I am giving two stars because of the only positives: they scheduled my inspection within a few days of calling and Justin, the technician that arrived, was very nice. However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused. read more

Well pal we have already had a convo over the phone I expressed to u my concerns and you did exactly what u did in ur post u made excuses that were not backed by anything now first off yes u were called out for a squeaky belt and a vibration issue. The control arms I was well aware of and ur estimate of $1500 to fix was just wild . They were done the next day for under $400 bucks! You say i caused frame damage hmmm how could I have caused frame damage when I told u at the time I just bought the car! Careful with ur working as u put blame on me when all I was doing is securing my investment you sent a tech who came out n fixed not 1 issue not only that but was incapable of fixing any issues at all it wasn't very reassuring when he pulled codes and had no idea what the codes meant or had any idea what they even were! I specifically asked the person I scheduled the appointment with if the tech coming out had experience with bmws because I understand they are very tricky and require a Lil extra understanding of how they run and especially how to work on them. The tech that came out told me nothing I didn't know already but charged me $150 bucks to tell me 1 things I already knew and 2 fixed nothing and couldn't have if he wanted to cause he didn't even know what the codes meant . Now u and I spoke on the phone shortly after and I thought we had come to an agreement but clearly u thought something different. So this is why I decided to reply i dont even have the car anymore but I refuse to be told the service I received was worth $150 bucks. Fast prebuy inspection time. The owner was thorough in explaining what they offer, and I even changed the time over the weekend bc the dealership was not open as early as the inspection was scheduled for Monday morning. Wes the mechanic who did the inspection was fast and professional. He even went back in and took a photo of the main codes this car was giving. The codes, welp turns out wont allow this car to actually pass emissions and is very costly. Like 5-7k potentially. We made the mistake of putting a down payment prior to inspection BUT the inspection saved us alot of money and headache too. Get a pre buy inspection. These car lots will do anything to sell you a car and unfortunately it's NEVER in your favor. Get a trained professional mechanics help and understand what you are buying vs the sales showroom gloss and fast talking, fast signing things they do at car lots. I have give it to the tech he tried, but from the very get go, I knew there was a problem because he looked worried about putting on some aftermarket tail lights for my car! He was courteous and professional. He did install part of the tail lights, it was a three-piece and he just put on the left and right tail lights not the middle piece! The owner texted me and wanted the mileage to complete the invoice and I mentioned to him that I thought it was a little pricey for $290 and told me that the tech was here for about two hours and he was not he was here just over an hour? I requested a quote from Any place and while they quickly gave me an initial quote I have to say I wasn't really sure about their knowledge of my vehicle, so I went elsewhere. Moreover they/he wanted top $$$ for repairing my vehicle-- which was less than 45 minute job but he wanted a lot more than I thought the job was actually worth. In the end I paid for the job in a certified shop which turned out to be a little cheaper and more reliable. Lastly while these mobile mechanics can offer good services I'm not too sure if they really should be charging shop or dealership prices for small jobs and you maybe not get a warranty. read more

I understand having to pay to have someone show up but to be told "no we can't do this, $150 please" is a bit much. The cost of the service would have been $150 so I essentially paid for nothing. I was expriancing a misfire on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I made an appointment to have it fixed. After I had signed off on the work and their mechanic had finished the job, I was informed that their computers can't talk to my car's computer so they weren't sure what was wrong or if they needed anything else. Had they been upfront with their inability to service my vehicle I would had just taken it to the dealership. Instead I paid $500 and the car is running exactly the same. Stop giving people outright incorrect advice that you could never prove. You weren't even speaking from a first hand experience. You explained "your friend who worked at a dealership is replacing an engine every day." If you knew sh!t about new cars you would know due to parts availability nowadays you couldn't get a new engine delivered to a dealership let alone the parts for it on a daily basis. Your advice might work on people just as ignorant or uneducated as you are, but to a person who has been around the block a few times with mechanics, dealerships, and cars from the late 90s to the cars made today. You don't even have to be a mechanic, just pay attention in high school and you should be smart enough to catch this guy when he is bullsh!tting you to your face. So I requested to have my brakes done for my BMW. We were talking about pricing for quite some time and I agreed to have them done for $1,000.00. The technician came out and notified me that they had the wrong brakes on the vehicle but he was going to see. Obviously that was a red flag to begin with considering I told them my vehicle and my wife is pregnant but I just waited to see what would happen. Then I come back out to check it out and the technician Weston stated that he did not have the tools to change the BMW brakes so he was leaving. He made it known to me that they did not have the tools at all and they potentially were going to charge me $150.00 to come out. We both agreed I would go to a repair shop that we BMW certified since this place was not. He eventually left with no charge but the fact that he was considering it was ridiculous. Hours later I get the message below threatening me to blacklist me from all repair shops. He said we had an agreement that would hold up in court and said I can not afford the car as you see in these messages. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. Considering I work at a law firm as well, I will be considering legal action. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. Recently used this service to figure out issues with my 2019 Camaro. It was essentially shaking when I started it up and the exhaust would smoke up. Appointment scheduled for 12/31. Was told it was a result of a bad PCV valve and suggested I have all three replaced. Went ahead with the service. $680 dollars later my vehicle is still experiencing same issues. They finally came out again today (close to 2 weeks later) and told me there's coolant leaking into my second cylinder but cannot provide any more information beyond that, as it requires further inspection beyond what service they provide. So basically I'm out what I paid and still no definite answer on what is wrong with my car. He noted likely a head gasket but can't confirm. There was absolutely no point in using this company as I'm still back to square one. Still need to have it looked at by a mechanic shop to diagnose the real issue. Extremely bad customer service. And they had the nerve to tell me they would not be charging me for the follow up appointment as if I should pay. They failed to provide correct information the first time around and in addition to that, charged me for a service I did not need. Yet made it seem as if they were doing me a favor by not charging me for the follow up appointment... SMH! Save your money and go somewhere else. read more
