Jiffy Lube - This is the machine they used for my oil change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Randolph, Massachusetts

I had a similar experience with customer service as other recent reviewers. This was 5-23-23 around 5pm. The technicians barked at me like they were pissed I was there. I like speedy oil changes but man, this was actually too quick. Typically I am shown the dip stick before and after service, but this didn't happen. It was also the first oil change where I was never shown the engine air filter. I would have had it replaced, I know I'm due! I know the oil, oil filter and washer fluid were changed so I didn't mention the air filter because at that point I just wanted to get out of there. There was nothing on the receit or no mention of the other fluids that are supposed to be addressed with a signature service such as power steering, headlights etc. The technician with the oily gloves who left my steering wheel oily and stained while I was in the office didn't help. Anyone can check 3 fluids but that is a run of the mill oil change, not Signature Service The three- foot grass out front should have been a red flag. read more

The service is fine, my service guy, KINGSLEY M was very nice and treated me with respect. Five stars service. However, team lead, EDUARDO P are EXTREMELY RUDE. If you're a first time customer and don't know how things work. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY. I have never been at a Jiffy Lube before and my friend recommended me as there's no appointment needed for an oil change. Came in and talked to Kingsley if they have anything open or do I have to wait. Before he could even answer Eduardo YELLED in the back that I need to pull up my car to any spot. I pulled up right in front of one of the doors and was about asked if I should stop here. Eduardo yelled and said "CAN YOU DRIVE UP THERE BY YOURSELF?" And I said yeah I can. As I've never been there, I didn't realize that he was being sarcastic and I had to wait for a staff to guide me in. He continued to yell and said "NO YOU CANNOT. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR US TO GUIDE YOU IN." Did he really feel the need to say that? EXTREMELY RUDE. Then a lady came in and said she was there before me and I took her spot and Eduardo immediately blamed me. I explained to her that I parked my car, came in and asked if there's a wait or not and all Eduardo did was yelling and telling me to pull up. Then he said "NO YOU HAVE TO WAIT MAN. SHE WAS HERE BEFORE YOU." I mean this is RIDICULOUS, I came in and asked if there's a wait or not and all Eduardo told me was to pull up then blamed me for taking someone else's turn. RIDICULOUS. I hope the owner read this review and take some serious discipline. EDUARDO is EXTREMELY RUDE, he is and will be driving away your existing and potential customers. Came an hour before close for a spark plug replacement just because I had to run out of town and didn't have the time on me. Was greeted with a "What do you want?" and just felt like walking out. Although I feel like it's a little expensive here compared to where I usually go but because it's close to where I live it's just easier going here. The workers are nice and helpful. I went into this spot on a whim. I needed my oil change and found this on yelp. The only thing I can complain about is the driveway needs either a better sign or the shrubs cut back because I missed it and had to drive around the block again. Beyond that, the guys were fast and courteous. I give them big points for that because it was hot as hades in the service bays. My oil change cost about $70 but, that's because of the oil my car requires. They went over all the costs with me before hand. They were super fast on my change and did not keep me waiting. This is one of those places that charges you for parts and doesn't actually change them. Both times I've been here they made an oily mess of the engine compartment. The last time they didn't change the oil filter. They just left the dirty crusty old one and charged me for a new one. This place has the potential to seriously damage your vehicle just so they can be lazy or save money. read more

I believe this is the Jiffy Lube right by Work Out World. The service is excellent and quick. They have a nice little waiting room where you can sit down and relax until your car is finished being worked on or even just stand and watch them work on your car. There's a mini car wash right next door where you can wash your car right after getting it fixed. This particular Jiffy Lube, a mile away from the movie theater, always seems to get my car done extremely fast compared to the one closer to my house. They process my car within 15 minutes from driving up. They are quick and very efficient, genuinely streamlining the process. I would give Jiffy Lube a 0 if I could. The engine in my 2013 Honda Accord was ruined because they did not put the oil plug in correctly. They do not stand behind their service. Believe it, I will never go to any Jiffy Lube again. If they screw up your car they will leave you hanging. UPDATE: This case was settled just before going to court. Jiffy Lube finally stepped up and paid for an engine replacement. NOTE to JIFFY LUBE - Take ownership of your work. If you screw up, own it and fix it. This Jiffy Lube was above and beyond AWESOME- I was so pleased. The manager, Jonathan, took good care of me and explained what they are going to do for the visit. I just got a used vehicle and wanted to make sure everything was good and he went above what he was supposed to do. Also the team was SUPER NICE. Andy made some recommendations for my next visit, I appreciate them not making me feel pressured to make the fix during that visit. The other day I took my car for an oil change, tire rotation & cabin air filter change @ Jiffy Lube in Randolph. After picking up my car and leaving, I want to a gas station to fill up the car. While at the gas station I realize that they didn't do the tire rotation and they charged me for it. I call them back & ask what a tire rotation entails to which the guy replied is swapping the back and front tires. I follow it up by asking if they did it, to which he answers yes. I tell them they didn't do it , to which they ask me how I know it. I tell the guy that I recently changed my front left tire after it blew up and that it was a different brand from the other 3 & that the front left tire was still intact at the position it was before I dropped the car for service. The guy realizing that he's been caught apologizes and asks me to bring back the car for them to do it right. I urge y'all to be extra vigilant when you take your car for service. I had awesome service when I brought my car for an oil change and to have my bulbs replaced. Being a female sometimes going to get an oil change can be intimidating especially when you have no clue about cars and they pile on problems that you car may have, but the man that serviced my car had great customer service skills! Terrible experience. Went for regular oil change as usual. The technician tried to upgrade me to synthetic oil. I refused, stating I prefer and have always used conventional oil. He insisted that Nissan stated that only synthetic oil should only be used on the car. I again stated that I only want conventional oil, and that I have done oil change at that location several times and at a Nissan dealer several times, and at all times, I have only used conventional oil. He then got very upset and warned that if anything happens to my car, I should not come to complain. He then wrote on my receipt of my refusal and my acknowledgment that jiffy lube is relieved of all liabilities if something happens to my car. I know the technicians at jiffy Lube are usually very pushy in trying to upgrade you to synthetic oil change, but this guy on Monday went above and beyond their usual aggressive push. This place is disgusting. I went there for an oil change in April. Never releasing these people did not replace the cap on my oil container with the proper Honda cap. The job was done so sloppy the lubricant was all over the oil tank. They were trying to hide the sloppy job they did. Today I went to another mechanic and they revealed to me that my tank was empty. I was running on no oil because it all leaked. I was so mad. I went back to them and raised hell. I will leave a message with their corporate office also. read more

The Jiffy Lube was dead on the day I went. With 3 staff members it took longer than the one I usually go to in Whitman. On top of that, for convenience, I asked them to replace the break light of mine I realized had gone out and the guy damaged my trunk. I didn't find out till later or I would have said something right then and there. They also didn't even put the sticker on my car to tell me when I had to get another oil change. Terrible.
