The cost for an oil change is the same at any Jiffy Lube. This particular Jiffy Lube is located inside of the car wash on Abercorn street across from the neighborhood Walmart. Store 1619 in Savanna Georgia visited on 01-05-21. Needed an oil change on my truck while here on vacation from Ohio, Gary and CJ did a fantastic job. We didn't even have to get out of the truck. Just pull into the service bay, pop the hood and they went to work. They were very professional, courteous and have you back on the road in no time. I did appreciate them not trying to sell me add ons or upgrades. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area and need anything. This experience was a Lott better than what I had in Ohio. read more

Went in wanting an oil change. Manager and worker were outwardly stressed and overwhelmed and took no efforts to hide that. Made me wait over 30 minutes just to tell me that they refuse to work on my car. Can't comment on their quality of work. I will say my experience at the nearby Valvoline was more efficient and pleasant. You'll have to take what you can get in these parts of Savannah. read more

The only thing that was needed was an oil change. Because of miscommunication on filters the bill was over $110. This is the first time my son got an oil change and was unaware of exactly what needed to be done and I feel that this facility took advantage of that. Our truck only had 16,500 miles and the mechanic, if that's what they're called at Jiffy Lube, should have known that the air filter did not have to be changed yet which cost an additional $30!!!! If they can't do the right thing, I will by warning you that they will take advantage of you! read more

I was very skeptical about coming to this Jiffy Lube for a few reasons. 1, I just moved to Savannah and I know men try to take advantage of women when it comes to their cars. 2, there were NO reviews on this location. 3, I have had some ROUGH experiences with Jiffy Lubes in the past. On 11/10/2017 around 2pm I brought my car in to get a conventional oil change. I purchased a Groupon to use for $25 for a conventional oil change. Upon arrival I was told that they would not provide the service and that I would have to get full synthetic oil which I have NEVER used in my car. They refused to change my oil unless I got that one claiming that would "burn out my fuel pump and blow a gasket" and other ridiculous things. For being a shop that solely does oil changes you certainly have multiple ignorant employees. When paying for a service, I expect to receive it and not a shotty sales tactic. I will NEVER return or recommend. read more

This is the worst Jiffy Lube that I've ever been to. Save yourself some time and the experience of their awful customer service by going to the Jiffy Lube just down the street which is AWESOME. First, I pulled up just outside the opening of the car bay and nobody came to ask me what I needed, so I exited my car to find someone to speak with. When I did find someone, they took my keys, threw them in the car onto my front seat and shut the door. All of my windows were rolled up and this made me nervous. My car has doors that lock automatically, so I said, "woah, don't do that, the doors lock automatically." The mechanic then said, "Do we have a problem?" I explained that my doors lock automatically and those were the only set of keys I had on me. He then explained that they have tools to get into locked cars and that he has the right to refuse service to anyone. I'm sure that they do have tools to get into a locked car, but he just didn't seem to understand that I'd like to avoid having them unlock my doors with tools if I could. He told me that stating my car doors lock automatically wasn't the best way to receive good service. At this point, I was uncomfortable and drove a mile down the road to the next Jiffy Lube. This time, I was greeted promptly and told to leave my keys in the ignition with my windows DOWN. The Jiffy Lube down the road has fantastic service, I highly recommend it. read more
