Con Artist, incompetent con artists. Force you to pay 130…read moreUSD for a bumper to bumper and diagnostic inspection before they will give you an estimate. They make you buy the parts required from them at whatever the "bending you over the barrel" chooses as an overinflated profit maker. I e. See attached estimate and see comp prices for the OEM parts from the jaguar company store. The parts cost does not include labor of any sort. This is simply the parts cost per strikeforce estimate vs parts cost from the actual jaguar service department. One OEM Jaguar key fob not programmed to vehicle: Strikeforce price$584.68 per key fob. Jaguar OEM dealer price $49.77 per key fob. Which equals a mark up of over 11× the dealer price or 1100 percent of the cost you'd pay at the dealer. Next, the estimate calls to replace the bcm or body control module, which is perfectly functional just in need of programming codes. Doesn't need replaced at all, but for fun, let's compare their estimate to the cost of purchasing from the jaguar dealership. Strikeforce charge for part only is well over $5,000, nearly $6000. Jaguar dealer sells OEM bcm for just $240. This equals a 2000 percent plus or over 20× the dealer price as their mark up for this 1 part not including a single penny for labor. These prices are robbery. They prey upon those who don't have the knowledge or resources to research the real OEM price for parts. And all the while they smile a pretty smile and make you believe they are working to save you time and money to repair your car at the lowest prices possible. Absolute extortion. Btw, the estimate didn't even mention the cooling system repairs which is what I had it towed there to repair. Fyi, the mechanic that phones you to reprimand you daily, when Deborah is at lunch or is busy talking over someone else, during your dealings barely speaks English at all. And clearly doesn't understand English as he does not listen when you speak he just screams over you and is beyond rude and nasty. Definitely wasn't born stateside. Thick African accent and no social skills whatsoever. Needs a crash course in manners and proper phone etiquette.

Instead of focusing on hiring more drivers, he has time troll. I hope he continues on this path, I envision his business doing great for years. A classless man (Mr. Brown). I believe their mobile services are classic bait and switch: A bait and switch is a deceptive marketing and sales tactic where a seller advertises an incredibly attractive product or service to lure in customers (the "bait"). Once the buyer is hooked, the seller claims the advertised item is unavailable and pressures them to purchase a more expensive or inferior alternative (the "switch"). Their site has buttons to make you believe you will get a call with your appointment times, they are booked nearly a month out, but if you bring it in they will help you. Sounds pretty bait and switchy to me.

They broke the clips on the bumper so there was a noticeable gap on the passenger side grill and agreed to put another on there. I've dropped the vehicle off twice supposedly they ordered a new bumper from Weber Chevrolet which they got from the junk park they the same existing bumper on and put a dirty ass bumper on my back seat which is white instead of putting in the trunk. I still have the exact gap in my bumper. This is the worst place you can ever take your vehicle I wouldn't recommend no one the there this definitely a 1 star place

When I went to pick my vehicle up I specifically asked the office Manager were all the damaged part replaced with NEW parts & Office Mngr replied " YES, of course"...we walked out onto the repair lot I inspected my vehicle & found 7 areas that were very unprofessionally repaired & 3 parts were old/ reused or improperly installed parts. The Off. Manager agreed my findings were valid/ terrible & should have been new & professionally applied. However, he said the body shop manager & he himself looked over the vehicle before calling me for pick & to pay my insurance deductible. Sadly neither guy did the final inspection or felt the shotty job done would be acceptable to me. I asked the off. manager, are SURE you & the body shop manager looked at my vehicle? He said yes before your arrival but I see he missed alot of details that need attention. I was informed to take the vehicle the Body Shop Mngr will call me to bring my vehicle BACK. I took the vehicle back nearly two weeks later because I left town on business & they didn't have an open appt b4 I left town. Now....its going on another 2 weeks my vehicle has been back in their body shop. The loaner car they provided is old has no USB charging port, no Bluetooth for hands free while driving, the drivers door I have to kick open from the inside because it sticks badly & the tires are so worn the car slips & slides going 35-40 mph. I'm praying they'll rent me a much more safe car from Enterprise Leasing. This has been a terrible experience. SMH!

I tried working with the owner to allow him to fix the issues that I was told would be taken care of on his expense since the car was just purchased. After giving him some time to handle the issue. I ended up having to take the car elsewhere to get some of the issue fixed. I then gave Corey another opportunity to handle my issues I was having with the safety of the vehicle. I dropped my car off to have work performed and upon picking it up. What I gave them money for was still not fixed and to make matters worse there were additional problems with the car and parts now missing off my car that was there when I dropped it off. I spoke with Corey explained the situation and was told that he hired someone third party to work on my vehicle and would not be held responsible for any damage or unfished work. This man is a con artist and getting over on those who don't know any better.

THIS IS MOT A CHRISTIAN MAN NOR A CHRISTIAN BUSINESS!!!!!! I asked for a new motor. I gave Corey 2200 cash and would pay the rest when a NEW motor was put in. Car doctor wanted to charge me storage fees because they refuse to put a new motor in my car. This nightmare began in December 2014. It's 2018 and I still don't have that car or my $2200. They take your car and sell it or in my car let their friends keep the car in their storage without you not knowing, then charge you storage, with him and his friends sharing profits. The front man Corey, lied and told the state he fixed my car in December, but as of February the next year., I was calling around looking for motors.LADIES DON'T TRUST THIS LYYNG SNAKE.
