It took over 2 hours, only for the manager to come out to tell me they could not do the tire rotation without breaking some rod because it had become fused. What is ironic is Dobbs performed my last tire rotation. When I brought this up, it was met with silence. I was told it would cost over $500 to do the tire rotation and breakage. I was supposed to have free tire rotations. Needless to say, I took my car to another shop, where I paid for a tire rotation with no problems.
