Had my vehicle in Dec 2025 and had tires rotated which were not put back on properly (had 2 out of the 5 bolts put back on) which caused my tire to become detached from my mini van on the interstate. But because Kyle the technician did not properly Document rotating the tires they have no record of it ever being done. Then when we picked the vehicle up we had a bill of 364$. This was for Labor only on a general tune up as we supplied our own parts however they charged 27$ for "shop supplies" too!! Friend of mines went in to Ronsicks to get a wheel/axle looked at because it had started making a squeaking noise. He got a call while he was at work that one of the techs broke the rim completely off trying to test/troubleshoot drive the car to find out whats wrong. They didnt offer to pay ANYTHING. The repair cost that THEY caused end up costing $4000....Do not reccomend! read more

I woke up to a screw in my tire AAA came and put the spare on. I called several repair shops and Mike @Ronsick's said bring it in. When I got there he said they could repair it and put it back on my car. Mike even put my spare tire back under the car. Great customer service. read more

Well I was in need of a new battery and a new pump for my fluid reservoir. So my husband suggested we take the car to Ronsick because some years ago they did a great job on his truck. I am not referring to the work I declined the Quote that was given at which those simple repairs were inflated to the amount of close to 1,000$ to change the battery was quoTed at 430$ 240 for the battery and the rest in labor and 430 for the pump which was at the part store for only 44$. And not to mention there was a consultation fee of 137$ at which I told them what I needed when I called to make the appointment. My suggestion is know the pricing before the appointmen. read more

Came in at 9:00 am for a simple oil change & tire rotation, was told it would take about 2 hours. Got a call at 1:15 & said that I needed a rear bearing cost at about $550. I opted out, as my mechanic can complete for $150. Just arrived back at 3:50 PM & my car is still on the rack. Was told it will be a while yet. What a joke. Been here more than 20 times before & service continues to decline. Sorry Steve will never be back. You've lost my business fir all 3 of my vehicles & everyone's vehicles that I know. I've gone here twice the first was to replace my catalytic converter and replace a few tires once I got it back the car wouldn't start. They told me the battery was just dead and gave me a jump and I was on my way. I finally get home and it doesn't start up again, I even went as far as to buy a new car battery and still no luck so I pay for a tow truck to get my car back to the location and they say they'll pay for it if it's something they caused I said great and went about my day up until I get a call back two later telling me it's an issue with my mass air flow filter saying that it had nothing to do with the catalytic converter. A quick google search told me that was a lie and I decided I'd address it when I came back to the location to pick up my car, and then I was told that it wasn't my mass air flow filter it was my throttle body. Now I have no prior knowledge of cars so I just took their word for it and thought of it as a coincidence. So I pay get my car back and the next the check engine light it back on, my car is overheating, and it sputters every time I start up my car now. I had my friends dad take a look and one of the two tubes that were supposed to be plugged into the engine is completely undone and there's an issue with the connector to the battery. So either the mechanics at the shop are crooks or totally inept to not see these issues. I spent around $1500 for my car to be worse than when I originally brought it in. This money was supposed to go towards going back home to see my family for the first time in three years and I had to cancel because of these crooks. Do not go here they will ruin your vehicle and take advantage of you. read more

Will never go back to this place went in to get an oil change my headlight fixed and a/c checked paid 94 for everything. Well they never fixed my headlight so I called to let them know the next day and the said they replaced my drivers side headlight, my headlight was out on my passenger side. They told me if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay again. I looked at me receipt and it clearly says they replaced the passenger side headlight, but the manager says otherwise I will not be returning. read more

I took my car here about the middle of May 2019 as I needed my air conditioner checked out and more coolant added. The cashier at the front desk explained that I could do an AC tuneup and explained what they would be checking and that the coolant/refrigerant could be topped off as well and the cost for the AC tune up would be $97. About 30 to 40 mins later, the mechanic comes in and gives me a whole different explanation as to what the AC tune up was supposed to be and he wanted to charge me way more to add some coolant. So i asked why i got two different explanations for the same service and two different prices quoted. So he went and spoke with the front desk guy (so they could get their stories straight) and came back with the same cost quoted in the beginning. So i get in my car, and drive around a little bit before going home, waiting to feel the difference in my air conditioner, so I popped the hood, saw that the cap on my AC port had been taken off, but clearly there was no coolant added (it was probably drained instead)! Then they sent me a text message the next morning to ask how the air conditioner was running and if I felt a difference! Really, you already knew that you didn't add any coolant and the that air felt the same because you wanted more money! And of course the response was for me to bring it back, but for what? So you could charge me more money to do what you should have done the 1st time. It was a simple service that i'm sure you have done a gazillion times...and you had my car in there long enough to perform the service I paid for. It's a shame that places like this will shamelessly take advantage of women, with no regrets. I was about to drive out of state and needed the air conditioning due to health issues. I ended up having to go somewhere else and pay again for the service that Ronsick's pretended to do. The second place told me that a pound of refrigerant had to be added! So clearly Ronsick's did nothing!! Mr. Ronsick, if you have been blessed to have your business for the number of years you have had it, then there is is/was no reason for you to STEAL from and deceive paying customers. Nobody has money to waste these days. I definitely deserved a refund! Shame of you'll for your act of greed and deception! Fantastic service! I live in Atlanta and was purchasing a used car from a dealership not too far from Ronsicks. I contacted them about doing a pre-purchase inspection and Grant was more then helpful answering questions and explaining the service details. They went over the vehicle from head to toe and called me with the results. They gave a very detailed report about any findings and made some great suggestions. Went to Ronsick because 3 different mechanics told me 3 different things regarding my heat not working properly. I've been dealing with Ronsick off and on for years now. After completing the inspection, I was told something totally different from the previous 3. So still in the same situation as before. No heat... I was charged $326.xx for a oil change, a radiator hose I was told would be the start of finding the heat problem. Then I was charged $33 to check brakes, $33 to check wipers because my fluid wouldn't spray out (thinking it was a fuse). When I arrive to pick up my car, on top of being devastated with the astronomical prices for all that is needed and being told I should get a new engine, I wasn't allowed to use their $20 website coupon because I didn't print it out. Why offer coupons with restrictions. $20 off is $20 off. Consumers appreciate any type of savings, even if they don't have access to a printer. How unfortunate! read more

I have been using Ronsick's Auto Care for about 5 years now. They have consistently provided great customer service and are always willing to go out of their way to help their customers. One day I was in the waiting room while my car was being serviced and a lady came in asking for their help. She said her car ran out of gas down the road and wondered if they could help. One of the mechanics said he was on his lunch break and he would help her. He drove her to a gas station, bringing a small gas can with him. He then took her to her car, put the gas in and came back. She came in a few minutes later offering him $20. He just smiled and said I can't take that, I just want you to have a great day. I was impressed, but this is the typical attitude I get from the staff. They have worked on several of my things, all without ever having a problem. They've worked on my boat trailer, my diesel truck, my motorcycle and several of our cars and SUVs over the years. We've never had an issue or negative attitude. I can't say enough good about them. If I had to play devil's advocate here, there are a few things they could improve on. They could clean up their waiting room, it's usually dirty. Also, have a soda machine readily available and conduct business between employees away from the customers, not at the counter which is shared with the waiting room. It gets really noisy. They also need more parking for customers as their lot is usually full and I have to park at the cell store next door. read more

I have never received poorer service than I have at this mechanic. My repair was done incorrectly. I have attempted to discuss the problems with the service manager and owner. Both wound up screaming in the phone and in person. I am left filing a BBB complaint as they refuse to honor the contract printed on their own receipt. Save your time & money.
