Called in and made a claim, brought my car in they tried to lie and say it was like that before it got there. Turns out there is an "small crack" as the mechanic stated in my oil tank. After being there and the mechanic basically arguing with me for over 35 minutes the acting "manager" was very helpful and gave me a refund then offered to review the cameras. He reviewed them with "the mechanic" and ultimately determined an employee damaged my car, didn't tell me, wrote a note on the invoice stating "severely damaged oil leak" and sent me on my way. And charged double the amount of my usual oil change. I now need a new oil tank reserve thanks to this shop. Do no go here!!

* Review of Redemption *…read more ** Long Review Alert ** Mixed feelings come with writing this review. The feelings consist of both anger and empathy. With that being said, I do believe that mistakes happen and that everyone deserves a second chance. On 6/8/2020 I dropped my vehicle off after making an appointment to purchase four new tires. From a financial standpoint, it made more sense for me to purchase from Dobb's versus the Lexus dealership. Dobbs usually offers 90 days same as cash and/or rebates. Please know that while this was my first time taking this particular vehicle in for service, my family and I have frequented this particular location on many occasions. So much so that when I called to make the initial appointment, the gentleman on the line was extremely welcoming as he thought that he was speaking with my Mom who uses Dobbs to service all of her vehicle needs. After dropping off my vehicle I was given approximate pick-up time. Being that like most folks, I am working from home so there was no need to rush or ask for a specific time. So far, so good right? Well... I arrive to pick up my vehicle around 5:30 p.m. After paying for everything, I hop in my car and head home. As I am driving, I immediately notice black smudges all over my ENTIRE vehicle. Specifically the cream-colored leather seats! I could not believe it! In shock, I call the store to let someone know and was asked to bring the vehicle back in so that they could clean it. I declined the offer; mainly because I wanted to make sure that I was fully aware of the damage. I arrive home and immediately began to clean. As I'm cleaning I become extremely agitated. Agitated at the fact that NO ONE bothered to notice what a mess they made in my vehicle. Next, I notice that an item was missing from the door pocket. I call Dobbs a second time. This time, I'm furious! Why would someone take something that doesn't belong to them? Next, I decide to take pictures and asked if I could email/text them because again.... not only was my car disgustingly dirty, my personal belongings were missing! After a few minutes, I receive a call stating that the missing item was "found" and that I could retrieve it the following morning. Finally, the reason I decided to post a review came to me today while I was cleaning my trunk area. The items in my trunk were strewn about. The netting that is usually attached and in place was covered under a bag and removed from the original location. I didn't even bother calling again because at this point the blatant disrespect for other people and their property is obvious. In closing, I won't say that I will never go back as forever is a long time! I hope that in the future management will enforce the importance of customers and their property.
