Even though it is shown online and in several ads the person over the phone told me they do not do brakes at this location. Now It's either false advertisement or negligent workers. Went here yesterday around 6pm for an oil change. I was in and out in about 20 minutes or so. Staff was VERY nice, they were not pushy and did not try to upswell me on additional services and products which was so refreshing! Usually when I go to do any sort of car servicing at other places they try to talk me into things but that was not the case here, I told them what I wanted and they happily obliged without trying to change my mind. The Service/Attitude and Product/Auto knowledge has definitely improved since the new Manger Alvin has taken over. My car was history was revised to make sure I was using correct fluids in the past. I called in around 12pm and asked if I can get an oil change and inspection done today. I was told I could. Great ! So I come in at 3pm; give them my car and sit there for 20 min thinking everything is getting done. Well after 20min I was told that I can't do my inspection because the machine is not working ( they didn't know that at 12pm?!) then it turns out they don't have the tools for my Mazda so they can't do an oil change either ! Are u kidding me ? It's a Mazda not a Maserati ! I wouldn't have been mad if I just randomly stopped by but I called and told them specifically what I need to get done. Wasted my time. Definitely will not be back. Plenty of other reliable places around. read more

The employers were very polite and courteous. They were open on a Sunday which was very convenient.

Used to be a great place. Don't know what happened. New owner maybe but, went in for usual oil change. 5 minutes after I arrived they took my car in. While the girl working the register joked around with the guys and played around with her cell phone and kept distracting and joking with the workers I waited and waited. 45 minutes later it was done. How does an oil change take 45 minutes? Especially when nothing else was checked and no other fluids topped off. Antifreeze was low and wiper fluid empty. 120 bucks for an oil change and I just hope they put the proper oil in. I doubt it though. Been going there for a few years and I trusted them but 1 bad experience and it's bye bye from me. read more

Been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years, never a problem. New management, but same quality service. I've never had to wait there, and the service has never taken more than 30 minutes. All the employees are professional and really nice. Never pressuring with their suggestions, definitely knowledgeable. I'm definitely going to continue coming here, and recommend this Jiffy over some of the other ones that may be closer to me. read more

I bring my car in here quite often for oil changes as it is close to my house. The staff is friendly at times, but I feel get caught up in the monotony of their job. The store is your average oil change shop and there is unfortunately nothing to special. The saying "you've been to one, you've been to them all" definitely rings true for this location. If your in the area it is good to go, but I wouldn't search out this location. read more

Great service. Chris and Rashid resolved my problem great and were very courteous. I would give 5 stars but there was an issue with my oil change. I was given a change I didn't need due to miscommunication. I just wanted a top off. When I asked why a whole change was done I was told "the oil was dirty" but I checked that morning and it wasn't. So I recommend being very clear with what you need. I'm definitely coming back here as I felt happy with the resolution. Good place. read more

Been a Jiffy Lube customer for 20+ years. I've always used conventional oil not synthetic oil. I understand an attempt to upsell based on the merits of synthetic but I don't appreciate being told the car must use synthetic when Honda's owners manual never mentions it. Then the tech shows me the oil filler cap that has SAE written on it and tells me it requires synthetic oil. SAE stands for Society of Automotive Engineers not Synthetic anything else. I was also told I would not be covered under warranty. Not sure if he meant Jiffy or Honda but both are BS. The Jiffy tech tried the same upsell technique when my daughter brought in her Chevy Cruze. I had to get on the phone and insist on using conventional oil. Jiffy needs to retrain their staff to provide honest and accurate information to their customers. I doubt they will since this sales technique is profitable for them and the techs who get a cut of the action. read more
