It's true the location is a bit tricky to maneuver. We came in on a very rainy day. They let us pull right in as they were trying to keep us from getting rained on. Professional and friendly service. Hubs has gone here for oil changes for awhile now so when I needed it I decided to give them a go. Negatives: Hard to get in and out of because of it's location especially if you are coming or going from any direction other than west on Polaris. The waiting room is very very small and could use some cleaning and updating. And the day I was there they only had one bay working. Positives: They were quick, efficient, so wonderfully polite, explained everything to me, vacuumed my car, and told me that a part was missing in my engine (wondering what oil change joint did that to me???), showed me where it should've been and what it's purpose was and where I could get the replacement. They also did a temporary fix on it until I could get the part. While the price for the oil change was a bit high in my opinion (wish I had looked up an online coupon before I went) I would have no problems going back. read more

Have had oil change done twice here. Both times no issues. I'm typically out doing errands during the week, so easy in and out with less traffic than on weekends in this area. I've been coming to this jiffy lube location for the last four years. Today was the worst experience ever. Not sure if management changed or what ( didn't see the manager I usually do). The experience started off normal. I asked the gentlemen to check to see why my check engine light was on, he said sure it will take like ten minutes. No problem. I totally forgot that I had asked until I got into my car and realized he never explained to me why the light was on. Hopefully he just forgot I asked and that he just didn't just ignore my request. I also noticed they didn't even update my sticker inside my car. I think next time I will go next door to Firestone and get my oil changed! read more

Had my car serviced for both an oil change and transmission change today. There were only 2 people working at the time, and 3 additional cars showed up while my car was being serviced. The two gentlemen working were customer friendly, plus they worked their tails off to manage the multiple vehicles. They were very smart on the services being rendered, and walked me through the intricacies of how a new transmission fluid change went. Andre' is the BOMBDIGGITY!!! We dropped off the car and went to grab a bite at Eat Greek in the strip mall and a huge storm hit. He called my phone and said we could call him when we were ready and he would come and pick us up so we didn't have to walk in the rain. GREAT customer service. Another time when I was there, I had a loose panel underneath the front of my car that no one was able to fix. One of the young men, (I wish I had his name) working there fixed it without having to be asked. He simply saw that it needed to be fixed and figured out a way to do it. I have not had a problem since. These guys ROCK! Highly recommend this place! read more

Two stars for how fast it was, didn't have to wait in a drive thru line at all. However from start to finish I was essentially berated on not knowing what oil I used in the past, how low my oil was, how dirty the air filter was, etc. when I wanted to just use basic regular oil change, he basically told me "I get costs, but you'll need to come back in 2,000 miles cause these engines burn up oil, so I really think you should reconsider" mind you I have a 2017with 70,000 miles on it. I do not think I'll be returning to that business. read more

Other than the very friendly initial greeting, this was THE worst oil change experience I've ever had. Mid-way through my service, Kevin M. (He stated he was from a different location and was filling in) called me out of the waiting area to go over the specs of the service. When he asked me what kind of oil I wanted, I informed him that I had a Groupon so I wasn't sure what that included. This initial response was "Ugh, a Groupon!? I'll see what I can do." A short while later Kevin M. called me up to the check out counter and made a comment about how I'm making him work hard today and that I've never even been to this shop and I want to use a Groupon. He asked for my contact information and when I recited my address he acted put out with a big sigh because I have a long road name. Then when he saw I had a Grove City address he said "Ugh, this isn't Grove City, go back there!" When he went to enter the Groupon info he made another complaining remark about me using it, and then while telling me I needed to hit the "Mark as Redeemed" button on the app, he proceeded to invade my space to touch my phone to do it himself. I was so caught off guard by this attitude and treatment I was speechless. I just wanted to finish up and get out of there ASAP. Once I got to my car, I saw that anything that was on the floor in the front passenger side and the entire back area was now set up on the seats. This included a metal water bottle that I noticed earlier that day had been leaking, which was why it was on the floor. Because it was set up on the seat at some point, it leaked water all over the seat. I'm not sure the reason for needing to move stuff INSIDE my car?! I stopped 06/15/2017 about 4:15 PM. Full synthetic and oil change. I drive an infinity g35 and the technician asked if I wanted full synthetic I said yes. I drove home and my car started smoking. I looked to see if There was an oil leak and could not find one. I drove to work this morning and it was smoking pretty bad and the cabin smelled like oil. I said something to some of my co workers and they said check and see if they put the cap back on. Also the oil filter it self might be cross threaded. We are going to try to find out these at lunch time. I hope they did it right. I have always trusted Jiffy Lube in the past, but I feel something was not done correctly. The staff member that explained the services and cashed me out was especially cordial and emphasized how quickly they'd get me back on my way. And they did. Quit trying to sell me bullcrap. First visit? Engine started over heating cause there was a bubble in the coolant, tire pressure and oil light turn on within a week. You're incompetence made me revisit and then one of you considered charging me..what????? This second visit? $40 oil change? No I said value ( if that's what you call it) for 24.99. My everything is low? Nope, its not. Coolant? No, you guys did that two months ago...you're not refilling it and ruining my vehicle. Power steering? See previous answer. I went in for a simple oil change. After declining synthetic oil I was treated rudely and as if I was another stupid woman. After checking out I was given the sheet of completed items in my car. It states they checked tire pressure at 32 and 32 and vacuumed the floors. My car reads 30 and 29 for tire pressure and the floors are not vacuumed. I will not return and regret spending my money there. read more

This was my first experience ever at a Jiffy Lube. I selected the location I did due to a coupon in the 2012 Entertainment Book that offered $8 off a Signature Oil Change. I knew that Jiffy Lube was pricier than just about everywhere else doing oil changes, but I had NO idea I'd walk out of there with a total tab of $68 AFTER using a coupon. The best part about this experience was the service. There was no wait to get my car in and this location has a small lobby with leather chairs where you wait for your car to be serviced. The location was fully staffed on a Sunday and the employee who assisted me was incredibly fast and friendly. The prices, however, do not justify a visit to any Jiffy Lube. Normal price for a Signature Oil Change is $39.99 - ridiculous to begin with, in my estimation; I think a price tag of $30 might be justified, but not $40. It was recommended by the tech (who was speaking so fast I could barely discern what he was saying), that my air filter and PC valve also needed replaced. I consented to both, once he told me the cost for the PC valve would only be $5. I usually have my air filter changed out every once in a while and I've never paid more than $10 to have it changed, ever. I was charged $21.99 for the air filter, which I could have picked up and installed at the O'Reilly's down the street from me for $7. I was also charged $4.99 to TOP OFF THE ANTI-FREEZE in my car. I have NEVER been charged anything in my life for a top-off at any other oil change location in a real garage. Between the non-disclosed charges of the air filter and the anti-freeze and taxes, my "coupon" wound up costing me much more than I ever anticipated. Never again will I be visiting a Jiffy Lube; the prices are absolutely outrageous and not enough to justify even the fastest oil change in history. read more

Didn't read reviews before going as the FasLube on 23 is now closed and I usually went there. $77 for an oil change....that was without 3 discount coupons. One of which I had and 2 others were offered to me after I was blown away by the cost. The girl working tried to talk me into synthetic blends when I first walked in even though I said numerous times I didn't want it. She then told me it was only $15 or $20 more and she could give me coupons so I could essentially try the synthetic blend at the cost of the conventional (ended up being $26 more on the receipt. She conveniently couldn't tell me how much more it would be until she could "see how much oil my car took") so I agreed begrudgingly to try it. Come time to check out, bill was $77 and she acted like they did so much more for me that other places wouldn't do to warrant the charge (tire pressure check, vacuum). All other places I've been to offer these services. What can you do when the service is already done and all of a sudden it's $77? Ask them to drain the oil and leave? She was rude when I questioned the charges. The thing that annoyed me the most was the finger pointing and laughing at me when they thought I didn't notice after I said multiple times I didn't want the synthetic blend. I'm very unhappy and will never go back. No wonder they have to hold signs on the side of the road for business. They are more than double other locations I've been and I will never stand for rude employees who seemingly make fun of their customers. This place used to be great. I got my oil changed today and it didn't take very long. The service checklist on the receipt details everything that they did to the car, including washing the exterior windows and vacuuming the floors. That's great that they do this, unfortunately my windows and floors were not touched. I came specifically to get my oil changed, so I'm not going to sweat it. But it does bother me that they said they completed certain tasks when they clearly didn't. Which makes me wonder, what else on the service checklist may have not actually been completed?
