Their work broke my car. They changed my oil and checked everything. I drove a block down the road and my car just shut off and was giving an error. I have never had any issues with my car so I knew it was from them. My husband called to ask them what they did and their response was all we did was change the oil and didn't try to offer any help or suggestions. I had to get a mechanic. It ends up they had broken pieces of my oil filter holder when they checked my oil filter. The pieces got jammed in the electrical throttle body and caused my car to shut off. On average, an oil change will cost about $100 from the dealership. Being an Uber driver, I decided to see what else I could get fixed. I've had a heater and radiator cooling fan problem for a year that I'm not going to want to handle anymore. They offered a free estimate and were pretty spot on. The problem was more than an actuator and needed tons of labor. Workhorse Automotive quoted $2,200. There happened to be a cheap part that the 2015 Chevrolet Equinox is famous for. I'm told that the casing around a heater box had a hole around it from being knocked too hard by a random force. This is costly but the problem has been identified to a T. Jiffylube might of helped as much as they could by tweaking the headlight sensor to work at night and not be on during the day. My radiator cooling fan will be a problem I'll have to solve before 95 degree humidity. I'd say I enjoy this atmosphere and couldn't be happier about where my random oil changes will end up next. ...but I enjoy a premium oil change. The more it cost, the more durable the oil is. The more service I can get out of my vehicle. I can't just take my car to a Walmart unless I want to get it straight to my next oil change in the summer. There's just that intuition where my car runs smooth. I could never tell people anything bad about Jiffylube anywhere. What people are saying doesn't seem fair to the business. I've had my share of experience especially when keeping my car up to par in the long run or just to get by a week or month. It's amazing that they have more than one service because I'm into changing my coolant/anti freeze every 30,000 miles now which is a $200 or so job. Can't do that at Walmart but what I can do is spread my money out evenly to make every one happy. Do not go out of your way to avoid this business, please. You wouldn't be doing your car a favor if the health of your car and the people on the road with you waits for the next opportunity. No one is here to provide fake advertisement. I was greeted by a tall man after entering in the parking lot. He asked what he could help me with, and I replied asking for an oil change. He told me to come in and had complimentary coffee. When I entered in, I was surprised to see the cleanliness inside the store's lobby. The bathroom was squeaky clean. After a couple minutes, I was informed I had 1300 miles left before an oil change. This company is the equivalent of a scam. They will tell you that you need all kinds of things done on your car, set a high price for the unnecessary repairs, then offer you deals when you refuse to do the work cheaper. When I went in for an oil change, they told me I needed to replace the brakes. Of course, I didn't trust them so after my oil change, I drove to Firestone and had them check the brakes. Paid $85 for an oil change and they did not even vacuum or do tire pressure. Floors were still covered in dirt and low tire light on. They lied and checked that they did these on the final check sheet. How can I trust you actually used the oil I paid for? Terrible service. read more

Huge improvement! I am not sure if there was a transfer of ownership but the staff was super receptive and respectful. They cleaned my windows and gave my car a vacuum during my oil change. Got an oil change at the Seneca location around 12pm, went to work and then car wouldn't start. Called and ended up getting district manager Mike Keene to come to my work and take a look at my car. He then towed my car to fix the issues at the Harry location and got my car returned to me at work. Inconvenient situation but they handled it extremely well. Thanks, guys! read more

I went to have my oil changed and my headlight switched out. Thought everything was fine. Fast-forward to a couple months later. My head light is out again and I began having problems with my oil pressure, (and I don't let anyone but professionals touch my car). Turns out Jiffy Lube zip-tied my headlight in, and loosened a hose that pumps the oil so it would leak. Thankfully, I had my friends husband who is a mechanic fix it, for free by the way, before it became an irreparable problem. This Jiffy Lube location a rip off. They tried to talk my daughter into services she didn't need and couldn't afford right now. She only went in for an oil change and they charged her over $100. They overfilled oil which caused problems. Their staff was rude and treated my daughter (a female college student) like she didn't know anything; which is not the case.
