What an amazing crew led by Damon. I cannot say enough about their integrity, knowledge, customer service and job quality. Hit a chunk of concrete coming back from KC, bent the wheel and popped the tire along with broke off one of the lug nut bolts. Took my car to them on a Friday afternoon expecting not to get it worked on until the following week. They worked it in the same day had it fixed before 5pm along with fixed the vibration it was making because of the blown tire/wheel. Damon told me worst case scenario when I went and picked it up it was less than half of what Damon originally quoted. The car drives absolutely amazing thanks to them. After having issue with prior repairs I went back to see if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation, the manager informed me that there was an overhaul with employment since previous work was completed and they would make things right and they did just thay. I sure wish I could post a picture of my invoice on here. I took my husband's 2003 Ford pick up to the Expert Auto center on West Central yesterday. They charged me a $125 diagnostic charge and then changed eight spark plugs out. There was no talk of any of them, breaking, or trouble of any kind, but Dan charged me $804.10. When I arrived home and looked over the invoice I was shocked to see how much I had paid for nothing more than spark plugs. I imm called Dan and expressed how ridiculous this price was, he told me that the diagnostic fee was an accident and they would return that portion of the money to me. I went to get the $125 to now be told to wait on a call from Tim to "see if that's an option." I did some research as well..on Kelly Blue Book I'm told that the fair price in Wichita, Kansas to replace all spark plugs on my year, make, and model should run between $387.00 & $455.00. Have been back several times for the same issue. Last time they told me they thought they found the issue but "to watch it" . Time before they did an oil change. Went to get in my car and the engine light was on.. I asked why and he said it had nothing to do with the oil.. so I said ok why did you at least call and ask if I wanted that checked out? read more

I agree with the other reviewer: this shop is a gem! Chuck is a knowledgeable front desk guy who has the patience of a saint & can multitask like a champ! I'm traveling so perhaps the rates are "normal" for this area but I was floored with how little they charged to repair TWO CV joints! I was expecting around $500 but it was far less than that! Since every repair is different, I won't mention what I paid. There was also a sweet couple in the waiting area when I arrived, & even though the shop spent time trying to figure out a computer problem which turned out it was a recall issue the dealership had to handle, the couple was not charged & left with the knowledge they needed to get it fixed. Please don't start going here, then it will take them longer to get me in :) Tim and the guys are excellent, they happily change a burnt out turn signal in minutes and don't even charge. They check your car out quickly and call you to let you know what's wrong, how much it will cost, and how quick they will fix it. They're great, we take our cars there no where else read more

INCREDIBLE service. I have been to them twice, first the central location, and then the W. 13th location. Both times, I could not have had a better experience. They worked me in immediately, quickly found the issue with my vehicle, and explained it in a way I could understand. Told them that when they are servicing the car for oil change they should check the levels on everything including transmission. I was labeled "a complainer" because the transmission they had replaced almost burned up again. So much for trying to help them improve their service. Very defensive reaction from them. read more

Pretty sure I found my new auto place for oil changes. I called last minute and they squeezed me in! They are located near Indian Hills area. Extremely genuine and friendly staff, and to top it off they have a Saint Pattys day special going on. $10 off your oil change. Had fluids topped off, air in my tires and lube and oil filter for 19.99+ tax. I will definitely be back! read more

My elderly father-in-law went to have his Aircondition on his mirage in april fixed. For 1200.00. In may it stopped working. He took it back. They said. Will turns out the part we replaced wasn't the problem. It's going to cost even more this time. Dad then took it to the dealership. They explained everything and how expert auto should have seen the correct problem. My advice never use them. They are in business to rip off people. read more

Very good. No BS, only honest diagnosis of problem. Have used them for minor adjustments and replacement transmissions. They've check my cars and found nothing wrong (no charge) and backed up any problems on repairs they've made (NC also). Might not be the cheapest but are a great value. read more

I've gone to Expert for years. Sometimes its great, sometimes not so great. When I questioned a bill a few times they became defensive about it and made me feel bad about asking. I cannot recommend them especially the last time when they did not perform services they billed me for. The cars are always filthy after they work on them. read more

Listen, I went to these guys for several years, and I know how they operate.They miss things. I trusted them to check fluid levels on the vehicle as they state they do during oil changes. Cost me a new transmission and almost another one. The last time I had the oil changed, the transmission fluid was out - they did nothing. I had other work done and they didn't hook up things properly, things required for safety. Considering suing them. read more
