I brought my car in for a simple flat tire fix. After an hour and a half (they said it would be 45 minutes) they said they couldn't repair the tire because I had put a can of fix-a-flat in order to get it to the shop. That I would have to buy a new tire. (These tires are a year old with under 2,000 miles. Each tire cost $220.) My car brand does not have spare tires. So, I took it to Kansasland who had no problem with the fix-a-flat. They cleaned out the inner tire and repaired it in under an hour. I recommend Kansasland any day over Firestone. I stopped by their location one hour before the closed with a flat tire. Was was in desperate need of help, there were no other customers but they turned me away. Who does that? The guy was practically laughing in my face while refusing my service. Luckily I was able to get my vehicle safely to another location. I have been a steady customer of theirs for 3+ yrs. But I've about had enough. They recently hung up on me in mid-conversation as I was trying to work out a tow truck or mobile fix (they don't have one); I called them back 8 times....hung up on once more without speaking to me, and seven times they let it ring before an automated msg says 'no one is available to take your call'. Funny, they were available minutes before as I was talking to them. Fairly good garage...IF you don't need your car for 4 or 5 days, because that has been the average wait time to get my problems looked at in the past 6-8 months. (And/or if you don't mind leaving a message to get called back in 3-4 hours.) read more

Terrible service today. Second appointment in a row that I've had issues. Dropped off at the appointment time and was asked what time I needed my vehicle back. I said it would be great to hear at noon. I was told it would be noted and told to the tech. Arrived back at noon, no update, 1PM I had to ask when it would be done. Was told tech started another car. Seriously? At 1:45 when it was finally done the manager (Nick) had no, zero, zipcare or desire to hear my frustration and invited me to find another shop. Scheduled an appointment at 8am to have my tires replaced. Front desk asked when I needed it done by and I said 10am would be fine. He said that'll work. I swing by about 10:30am to see if it was close because I hadn't heard back and my car hadn't been touched. He blamed it on them getting swamped which I didn't understand because I had an appointment at 8AM. It ended up not getting done until 12:45pm... I don't think I'll be back. read more

I never look forward to getting my car fixed or maintenance. The only reason for this is because when I do go places I get a drama story about my car repairs. Only this firestone has honest with me about their opinion and suggestions. I have gone to other ones around town and they lie and exaggerate what needs to be done. This one has always been truthful and straight forward along with admitting and fessing up to their errors and correcting them. The management and staff are great. I get in and out of there in no time! I have even been able to schedule appointments same day I call. They always have deals and promotions on their website so always check there and ask when you're in the store to see what the current promotions are. You will be satisfied with the quality of customer service you receive here. Don't waste your time on those other shops. read more

So sadly writing this review, my daughter who just moved to Wichita for college calls me saying she has a warning light telling her she has a tire low. i told her to go straight to Firestone on Greenwich and ask them for help. She did upon arriving she was quickly told "sorry were to busy today to look at it today". So they just let my daughter hang and gave her the "not my problem attitude". Well off to Wal-Mart i guess and i might as well buy her tires there as well. I live in Seattle and am used to the poor service but it is also why Les Schwab tires in Seattle beats everyone in customer service. Shame on you Firestone for sucking at customer service and not even offering any help to a young lady who needed help. Sincerely a Dad. Up Date - Vehicle was inspected by competitor and found tire pressures were off, no nails found, tire pressure adjusted and warning light out and off she goes in a 20 minute fix. These guys are always awesome to work with. If they can't find the problem, they will work until they do. Recently they referred me to another shop but when the other shop took advantage or me and overcharged, the guys at Firestone had me bring the vehicle back, and worked on it, until they got it fixed. The charges were 30% less than the other guy wanted. I will never got anywhere else. The guys are honest and good at their craft! The guys at the Greenwich location are awesome! read more
