From them making you wait over an hour, multiple times, for your appointment to being rude when they come in the room, to missing crucial things on your lab work. I e been trying to get prior authorization for a needed prescription and it's taking over over three weeks and it's still not done. When you call them to see if the stuff is done, I've gotten combative and rude customer service. I will not be attending this doctors office ever again! My husband has been without work for months now and I asked for some assistance. It's $160 a visit and they refuse to accept insurance, i asked to pay $100, then $60 the following week and you would have thought the exorcist came out of this lady st the desk. So now I'm dealing with previous embarrassment and an office worker being rude to me in ear shot of other patients. When I was referred to this clinic I thought it would be as good as the one I left in Orlando. I completed the on line initial documents with no optional bypass of any of them. Basically it was sign or you can't continue. Bottom line my medical information was sold to a third party providers. They called with information that my doctor recommended their devices, I refused there equipment. I complained to the Institute and the only satisfaction I received was the documents I filled out months ago. Shouldn't the doctor ask you, then proceed with your permission at that time, if you want your info passed on?? Some one made some money off of my medical info. The data will spread and more solicitors may start calling. In the end I'm disappointed that the Institute seems to treat me as a commodity for profit rather than a patient who was fearful of what was going to happen to then without treatment.
