Despite paying for a professional inspection, they failed to detect toxic mold in multiple areas of the house during my inspection window. This oversight ended up costing me tens of thousands of dollars in remediation and repairs. Beyond that, their communication was poor--delayed responses, difficult to reach, and overall unprofessional. Even after I brought the issue to their attention, they refused to take responsibility and wouldn't even refund the cost of their failed inspection. A company that does not own its mistakes and lacks integrity should not be trusted with something as serious as mold testing.
