So I purchased my vehicle through Carvana and because it was a new to me but still use vehicle I…read moredid shell out for the car care package maintenance hence why I'm here. They gave me a lot of options of places to go, but this place is just the closest and most convenient location. I made a mistake and made the appointment for one but show up at 9 AM because I've made a previous appointment that I couldn't show for and just forgot and thought I made the same appointment time despite that they still saw me and took the car in. The process was seamless give my name, car keys, and various information for the vehicle and let them know I had the package. I was in and out in like 2 hours, which for an oil change tire rotation plus I was out of pocket when I came in without the correct appointment time and its right before a holiday, so kudos to them. they didn't try to sell me on stuff that I didn't need, I know my car (Blue Thunder) feels better for it.

ATTENTION EVERYONE ‼…read more Please be aware! I unfortunately went to Firestone for an oil change. It was near closing time around 6:30 PM where I brought my BMW for an oil Change. So I dropped the car off and I get a call five minutes later that there was an issue with the drain plug. Once I arrived. I noticed that the oil drain plug screw was spinning freely as it was stripped. So I asked the General manager how did this happen? He told me that the drain plug screw was previously stripped prior for it coming to the shop (which was clearly not because they would have noticed a leak from the plug and would have notified me in advance). So then I asked the mechanic that was doing the job what happened and he told me that once he initially cracked it loose that it free spinning after that which I have on video proof as well as my proof so in all out, I just find it unfortunate that the manager couldn't own up to their mistake And fix the situation. They recommended that I file a complaint and also that I have to drop the oil pan & replace the plug and pan. I went in for $120 oil change and left with A few $$$$ worth of damage. There was no prior oil leaks on the bottom of the motor from the drain plug area and now there's a puddle of oil in my driveway! Please be aware and do your research on these guys before you make the mistake that I did. Until this gets resolved, I will keep pushing on this situation. Now I'm left without a vehicle God bless

Honest, capable, reliable, and successful repair!! What more could you want from a transmission…read moreshop??!! My 2008 Toyota Yaris transmission would randomly shift down or out of gear altogether, at between 35mph and highway speeds. Sometimes it would do this and sometimes it would behave properly. It was intermittent. So I didn't know if my tranny was toast and needed a $5000 replacement or could be fixed for reasonable cost. Oh yes, the Electric Power Steering in my Yaris would go in and out as well, separate issue. I brought it to Derek at Transmission Depot, and told him it was not a daily driver, so he could take as long as needed to diagnose and fix the found issues. Derek had team members drive it for errands to get it to misbehave, to assist in the diagnosis. Eventually they decided to replace the speed sensor and crankshaft position sensor. While they were doing that work, they found a couple ground wires to the transmission that needed cleaning up. They drove and tested it some more after those repairs. After another week or so, they decided it was ready for me to pick up. It was fixed!! Worked great and continues to work perfectly! For under $1000, Derek and the Transmission Depot team not only fixed my transmission random shift/slippage issue, but the intermittent electric power steering issue went away as well! Now both the transmission and the steering work perfectly and it's a reliable car again! Thank you Derek and the Transmission Depot crew!

Instead of trying to sell me on a bigger job they fixed the issue and got my vehicle back to me the same day. Will be using Transmission Depot for all future transmission work.
