When the work was finally supposed to be completed, the part I had already paid for wasn't brought. When it eventually arrived, it was the wrong part. The following day, he was once again hours late. After dealing with repeated delays, poor communication, and unprofessional service, I decided to cancel the job and requested a refund for the part I had paid for. Juan agreed to issue the refund and told me it would take 3-7 business days. It has now been six weeks. I've received nothing but excuses, and now he has stopped responding altogether. At this point, my next step will be to pursue legal action to recover my money. It's disappointing because the quality of his initial work showed real potential. However, reliability, communication, and honoring commitments are just as important as the work itself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with him.

Goodfelo's gave us a quote of $75-$150 for the diagnostic fee which seemed reasonable compared to others. We had the check engine light on and also the TRAC off light on, they charged us $75 for our diagnostic fee. They started work on Monday and we had the car by Tuesday morning. They replaced a coil that went bad and our spark plugs which weren't causing the problem but they said they were very old and recommended it. I like that they ask you first what services you want them to perform before they just do it. Our total for diagnosis, the coil and the spark plugs was $600.
