It was just after 3 pm at the time of that conversation and it would take approximately 20 minutes to get to me. So it would not have been done before I had to leave. I wasn't risking having it taken apart then having to leave with it apart because I wasn't risking not going to be back for several hours. Price wise you stated nothing originally about a discount nor explained diag fees and etc. You were told up front make model and I had the part. I asked how long and how much. You replied with how long and price. Which is very comparable to others. Honestly it was a hair cheaper. 9 bucks cheaper with NO discounts from the other companies that quoted me. Was told not a problem and will be done by then. Took off work half a day to wait. No show at time scheduled. Made contact 1 hr later after waiting on hold to be told tech is behind. No communication to inform me. Get told he can be there by 330. When setting up appointment I was told 2 hours and it would be done. Offers 20$ off to reschedule. Already lost 4hrs work to loose another 4 hours work to see if they show up again. 8 hrs for 20$. Insulting. Do not recommend using this company.

I am not even home during business hours but happen to be that day. So we then again moved the dryer back to the laundry room for them to fix and they still couldn't fix it and said they need to order another part. Didn't hear from them in WEEKS and they said they couldn't fix it because it was in the garage when really they just didn't know how to fix it and now GE can't get in touch with them.
