Jason pulled out the damaged part and spent some time trying to find a replacement part. He was finally able to locate a repair business in Austin that rebuilt the part plus a 2-year guarantee. Jason returned and replaced the refurbished part, and the oven works like new. As a new oven would cost several thousand dollars, I was pleased with the cost and the great service. It was just after 3 pm at the time of that conversation and it would take approximately 20 minutes to get to me. So it would not have been done before I had to leave. I wasn't risking having it taken apart then having to leave with it apart because I wasn't risking not going to be back for several hours. Price wise you stated nothing originally about a discount nor explained diag fees and etc. You were told up front make model and I had the part. I asked how long and how much. You replied with how long and price. Which is very comparable to others. Honestly it was a hair cheaper. 9 bucks cheaper with NO discounts from the other companies that quoted me. Already lost 4hrs work to loose another 4 hours work to see if they show up again. 8 hrs for 20$. Insulting. Do not recommend using this company.
