After 18 years of being a loyal customer, the owner, Syed Mohammed, decided to engage in deceptive pricing . We drop off cleaning every week. Last week we dropped off two coats (one heavy, one an all weather coat). We were charged over 40 dollars. While I thought that was exorbitant, I paid it. Imagine my horror when yesterday, I picked up my coats and was told I had to pay an extra almost 8 dollars because the owner decided there would be an additional fee for the good of the coat. No one called me to ask of the extra charge was ok. I was told that if I didn't pay it, I could not get my coat because the service was already performed (even without my knowledge). I immediately asked the person working g there why I wasn't called and asked if this was ok, she said she didn't know why Mr. Mohammed did not call but that I could reach out to him. This is my version of reaching out as is the BBB complaint I've filed. Who does this to anyone... especially long term loyal customers. Until yesterday, everyone in my family (5 people) came to Jill's cleaners weekly. You just lost all of us. I hope overcharging us for a coat was worth it. read more

Just keep driving past this cleaners.... There's gotta be something better on this side of Pearland as far as dry cleaners go. Heck.. I would drive across Pearland if I needed to. It had been a hot minute since I've been there but have always had great service. The quality of customer service is now LACKING greatly. I ran in to drop off several shirts to be cleaned and pressed, first off.. the counter person Frances didn't even say "hello" -but she sure let me know immediately the shirts smelled of cigarettes ! Great Frances!!! Your establishment stunk of sewage and dry cleaning chemicals yet I didn't call you out on that. Then she proceeded to check every cleaning label on them making sure to weed out a few she let me know I could just wash myself.. I work in customer service and I really was shocked at how put off she was at the 7 shirts I had. I had my husband go pick them up, cause I was not going to deal with her again -when he called her out for the way she acted yesterday regarding the shirts and attitude- All she said was." that is just not how things went down." Yes ma'am that's how it went down- and because of that I won't be coming back. I'm actually mad at myself for paying the $27 for your 10 minutes of crappy attitude. read more

I took brand new sheets to Jills Cleaners to get professionally laundered so they would be neat and wrinkle free. I was trying to create a hotel ambiance in my guest room for my mom recovering from surgery. I get home and realized that the cleaners gave me Ralph Lauren California king size sheets that had stains on them . I took the sheets back (thinking they gave me another customer's sheets mistakenly) and the employee argued back and forth with me that I gave her Ralph Lauren sheets. I'm like ma'am I have never owned Ralph Lauren sheets and I gave you brand new sheets that fit a Queen size bed. Needless to say the owner was called (who refused to accept responsibility and reimburse me for the cost of my new sheets) and the police were called to take an incident report. Now I have to pursue this in small claims court . Side note: based on all the details I do not believe the cleaners mixed up my sheets with another customer I believe that the employee stole my sheets and replaced them with old used stained sheets . read more

Worst cleaners I've ever used! I always tell them "no crease" in my jeans and shorts yet they always have a crease in a few items. You can see the iron marks which look brown and dirty. Will not use them ever again read more

I took my king size Waterford comforter to have dry cleaned and specified the proper cleaning. When I picked it up this morning, only to get home to see that they washed and dried it. Now it's totally ruined and shrunk to the size of a queen or full size. This is a very expensive comforter that I'll no longer be able to use. read more

I like the convenience the single day turnaround. I'm yet to discover any issues with my cloths. Been coming to this place for a while. Today I dropped 4 shirts for laundry. 1 was damaged with a burn stain from last week that I brought to her attention. She gives me a total which was far more than what it should have been for 4 shirts. I questioned the total then she tells me it's because I have long sleeves. First of all the are called French cuffs. Secondly no one charges extra for that. So after asking why she lowered the price to what it should have been. The asked me in a rude way........ARE YOU HAPPY NOW? How rude. My happiness will come when I find a new dry cleaner. I've been coming her a while. Make it my last n thank you. read more

They lost my $500 suit. I gave them enough time to see if they could find. When it was evident it was lost, they dragged their feet and never gave me a solution. After months I tried negotiating with them and even just asked for store credit. The owner refused and only offered me $100. They're horrible. Stay away. Poor customer service. I've had multiple problems with this store. Recently they did not dry clean a pair of pants and I did not discover it until I got home. Then I had to call (wasting my time and energy) to find out why...they claimed the pants were "damaged" - Well, why didn't you tell me about the damage when I droppped them off and pre-paid you for the work? And furthermore, why didn't you tell me about it when I picked UP the pants having already paid you for the work? Their reply: "Sorry, we'll issue you a store credit"...like I want to go back here. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS. They will stain your light colors and then act like that's the way you bought them in. They stained my white curtains and then stated the yellow stains don't come out. My beige jacket had a pink stain which they stated was a cleaning chemical so were able to clean it again and take it out. Several other occasions the same problems. I kept letting things sly by but not worth it. Bad attitude by owner and unprofessional. read more

Never, ever, take your clothes to this place!!! My husband used them to launder his dress shirts when we lived in Pearland. We dropped off 10 shirts, all of which were expensive hard to find sizes, and they were lost! And not only did they lose the shirts, they took zero responsibility for losing them!....they had the nerve to blame it on us...said we never dropped them off!! Buyer beware!!! Worst ever! Been a loyal customer for a long time. Started having problems with their service and then they refused to back up there work. Problems from they shrunk some of my clothes, creased pants when specifically asked not to, and when my husband was working out of town he realized they melted 4 of his zippers on new shorts. Don't use this cleaners! They lose clothes, tell you that you never left anything are exteamly rude! They finally found the pants & shirt, but they were ruined. The button was broke and there were new stains on the shirt, had to argue to get button fixed, only to pick it up with the wrong size button, & it still had stains! They are very unorganized and my shirt was ripped. The ripped shirt took 4 days for them to alter it. There was no compensation for the inconvenience. My other items were one size smaller and had a very weird smell. This is unacceptable service and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place has the worst customer service! They tell you pickup is after 5pm but that really means 6:30 or later. I sat in the drive through line for 15 min and there was only one car in front of me. Employees are rude and don't care about taking care of customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

They are terrible!!! They returned one of my shirts with a HUGE blue looking ink stain on the back and said it came in that way.....ya I think I would have noticed that on my shirt. Now I am curently battling them because they lied to us by saying that they had to hold one of our orders because they were stained and then 4 days later when I tried to come pick them up again they tell me that they have lost them. SERIOUSLY? One employee keeps saying one thing and then the owner is now saying that this is the first time anything like this has ever happened. They also have a two week reimbursement policy and will only reimburse you if you have the original receipt from the store where you bought the clothes. That is complete crap. We had to threaten them to get them to agree to reimburse us and now they are still holding this two week policy in effect starting YESTERDAY when they lost our clothes over a week ago!
