This car wash didn't get my car clean the last time I was there, leaving some bird poop on the right side of my car. When I showed up again, I asked if they'd spray the right side of my car instead of JUST the left side. After claiming "we're not supposed to," I wondered why there's a sprayer on the right side of the car wash tunnel. He barely got the car wet before sending me through. And then this time didn't remove the bird poop from last time AGAIN and it left more than half of the new bird poop THIS TIME. I had to rinse my car off at home just to get the last of the bird poop off. I'M NOT COMING BACK AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T BOTHER GOING. read more

This tsunami carwash In the Pewaukee WI location on Silvernail. I had never been through a track car wash before. So I asked the first employee where I chose my wash what I needed to know. Mind you, I looked them up and their website was not helpful. The employee said I didn't need to know anything. Imagine my surprise when I got pulled on a track. No one said I needed to put it in neutral. And I've always used gas station car washes. Bottom line, car behind me hit me, I have damage. Employee said he saw it. But later I learned there's an emergency button to stop the track. There were many cars behind me. My car started rocking back and forth. No response from an email I sent. No response to two voice messages I left. There may have been signs to put it in neutral but I didn't see any. Employee said he told me. But he wasn't even looking at me, just talking to someone in the office area. The guy that hit me had no choice. He even said he tried putting his car in reverse to avoid hitting me. He even told the employees to not stack cars so close together. My car was scratched & they refused to take responsibility for repairs. My friends car was also scratched & they did the same to her & while she was making her complaint another car had been scratched in the car wash. But yet nothing is wrong with their equipment! When I call to ask about my case I get ignored. Then I get told my case is closed because its to old. But don't worry they checked their equipment its ok... even tho cars are still getting scratched! Be careful they won't fix what they ruined cuz its never their fault! read more

Terrible. Luckily I have $5 membership for the month. Supposed to be spotless wash & dry but have water spots all over my car. Wheels don't get cleaned either. went back again 3/15 and said something. All I got was excuses. Shouldn't have to clean my car myself after a car wash. read more

On May 23rd, 2024, I went to get my car washed on 55th, and Layton .. As usual, the man working there guided me onto the tracks,I immediately heard a loud noise, which obviously told me this man's guidance was completely off, and my car wasn't on the tracks correctly.. I looked at the man and made a gesture with my arms like , "What's going on!?! At that point, my car made another loud sound, and the car began to move..so I didn't think about any further.. The next day, while throwing out the trash, I noticed my BRAND NEW 2024 CAR FRONT LEFT SIDE RIM WAS DAMAGED!!! I made several attempts to contact them by leaving my information as they asked, and as of today , I haven't heard from them ! Today is May 26th, 2024! It appears to me that they really don't care about the customer at all.. But yet, I've been a loyal customer by passing other car washes to give this establishment my business ! Now my brand new 2024 rim to the car is damaged and I'm very disappointed with this establishment! Because of their lack of attention, I give this car wash a 1 star rating only because I had no choice, I had to choose the rating otherwise i couldn't make this post! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH I went to have my truck washed on 2/18/25 at the location in Oak Creek WI. While in the wash my FACTORY INSTALLED LOCKING TONNEAU COVER was ripped open, twisted and rendered completely unusable, as the latches and locks were completely broken off. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude, refusing to give me any contact information to file a claim. Was like pulling teeth to get them to fill out paperwork for the damage and take pictures. Was told I would hear from a supervisor that evening, never received a response. After finally getting a hold of customer service through multiple emails, they refuse to cover the damages to my truck even thought video footage shows the damage occurred inside their wash. They don't care about anything except taking your money. read more

I have been to this wash over 15 times in the last year and it was great. Then, we heard and felt something hit our car going through the wash. Once we got out of the car, we noticed the mirror had been damaged. The nice employees also said they heard the noise and had me fill out paperwork and said someone would call us in 2 days. That did not happen so I wrote to the corporate office. The manager called me and said their wash does not damage cars and I said this was the first time. He said he would email me the correct forms and then after 2 days he said I had to fill out the form in person. Filled out the forms and the nice employee said they weren't allowed to let me take a picture of the form...Now, I'm patiently waiting to hear back about fixing my mirror that will cost me over $900. read more

I signed up for the car wash 3 years ago. I went from one plan to another. The rate was to increase because I moved to a better wash. However instead of just raising the rate, they started both billing me for the lower plan AND the higher plan. (So double billing) I've asked them to simply give me back the overcharges. I have no idea if this place is any good...because I've tried calling repeatedly to ask if they do undercoating, to inquire about detailing(or just a couple small scratches from my dog jumping on the vehicle). But...try getting ahold of them on the phone? Is it a new number? Did they change their times? Also, I don't see anything on here that even addresses undercoating. So I'm curious why they show up(curiosity which could be satiated if they would answer or return a call). Really can't imagine taking my new Truck there and relying on them to pay attention to detail when I can't get them on the home. 3 days I've tried. Looks like there are other issues. Someone just explain it to me. It's been all different times. I hope it's because business is booming SOOO much, you just can't be bothered. I genuinely doubt that, but I hope so. read more

You can get a decent car wash for just $5. Of course, they want you to buy a better wash and those can go all the way up to about $20. There are some levels in between if you want. The vacuums are free and work well. The hose is a bit short, so if you have a suv, I would suggest you back into the vacuum. You can even buy an unlimited wash pass if you want. Hello Readers I am here to tell a true story and was recent. I have been using Tsunami car wash for over a year. I normally get $5 wash. So without warning one day I drove up on a warmer winter day. The line was long but I noticed hands floating around at the pay station. Other people were walking about and the line was getting slowed down by that time there were 5 or more cars behind me. So I sat and waited. Once at the pay spot the guy wasks up and tells me now the wash is $10. No signs, no people walking to each car in line and no real warning. So I had the $10 and after about 15 min. I told the man this is not right. I will not be back. And did not return. The web site stated it was $5 so they just dropped it on all the costomers. So the cost of water went up? or what? It's a bad buiseness plan. To be fair for those that do not care. The wash was good. I just don't like being robbed at wash point. So do some shopping around. Can't blame that on Bidonomics or can you? read more

Easy and quick car wash. Good for the price but not touch less, so this is a one and done but still 5 stars.
