First time, I tried to pay at the kiosk for 10 minutes with no luck, using 3 different cards, all of which were refused. When I gave up, I decided to go into the shop and charge a snack. The clerk easily processed my card, but denied there was a problem outside. As I was leaving, another car was backing out of the kiosk. Second time, I used the other lane, paid, and nothing happened: no lights, no signs -- nothing. I ended up driving through the wash area, and stopped in the store for a refund. The FINAL time, after more than a month, I went to the first lane again. When I reached the entrance to the car wash, a pleasant young man greeted me and directed me to proceed. He began spraying the car, wheels, hubcaps, etc. and motioned to me to follow directions on the sign (put in neutral, foot off breaks, hands off wheel). Then the car started shaking as the mechanism ground away at my tires -- tires that were just serviced, aligned, and rotated the day before. He ultimately had me back out because the mechanism wasn't working. Seriously, fix this stuff or shut it down.

We dropped our truck off on a Tuesday (even though they provide a pick up service), and it was ready by the following Monday. Shelly was in constant contact with my husband, keeping him updated along the way. The cost was very reasonable, and they did a great job. We even had them do a mini detailing for us on the inside of the vehicle, and were impressed with how great it looked after. Payment was extremely convenient, done using a link.
