As you roll into the automated car wash, the staff are super kind and try to clean the car with soapy water before it even enters the wash, to remove stiff grime. Normally I vacuum my car out after so I would have seen right away however it was a busy errand day and when driving past they had no line so I took it as a sign to hop in since it was in great need of a wash to get off all the salt. One of the benefits usually with Jilly's is the attendants at the start will manually spray/mop the car down. So needless to say my poor car came out not looking like a shiny queen but dusty sad thing. I also think their pricing is designed in a way to push folks to sign up for a membership to get the better or higher-tier car washes. Example, to get a well-rounded wash, it's roughly $20 when a membership with unlimited washes is $30 a month. Sure, you can get a basic $10 wash but if my $20 wash isn't always spotless I don't know how a $10 would fare.

Shelly was in constant contact with my husband, keeping him updated along the way. The cost was very reasonable, and they did a great job. We even had them do a mini detailing for us on the inside of the vehicle, and were impressed with how great it looked after. Payment was extremely convenient, done using a link.
