Wash cracked our windshield on 5/16. Filed claim with the employee onsite. Informed them I was concerned because I have seen numerous things online about them damaging vehicles and then refusing to take responsibility for repairs. Was told at the time not to worry that those people had existing damage when they entered. Monday 5/18 received a called from them to inform me they will not handle repairs because on their cameras "there looks like there might be something there when you entered" which is completely false. read more

I do not wash my car often. When I do this location is convenient. The high pressure sals has always annoyed me. The last time I was there the individual was particularly aggressive. I said no repeatedly. Then I was having trouble getting my card to work so he "helped me." I did not realize that he had signed me up for the monthly plan until I discovered the recurring charge on my credit card. I have contacted the company for a refund and am waiting to hear back. I have tried almost every car wash in the Waukesha area and I get the best results at Jillys. Too pricey, but it is a good wash with a nice area to further detail your car. I really dislike the sales pressure their employees apply at the kiosk. I don't want a subscription. I know which wash I want and I know how to use the kiosk. Over the past few years, this push for selling the subscription-style wash has become downright aggressive and rude. Mismanaged, automatic brushes scratched my car. Obviously the brushes need maintenance. Also, I was about 3 feet in back of the car directly in front of me. The pros: Unlimited wash plans are convenient and can be a good value. Cons: Their brushes hold debris in them because workers aren't making sure the brushes are cleaned regularly. Paint gets chipped on hood of car from their brushes Glass on windshield gets scratched from debris. Vacuums rarely work really good Driers in the wash aren't always working the best when the heater goes out. I finally canceled my monthly membership after two years. My vehicle sustained enough damage. The gouge in my bumper from a piece of debris was enough. I have a scratch embedded in the glass of my windshield and multiple chips out of my hood. Let's not forget the swirls all over the vehicle of my black vehicle. The swirls would most likely happen anywhere. Save yourself the damage and go to any touch free car wash. read more

Customers are hassled by high pressure salespeople when you are waiting in line to pay. They want you to buy an unlimited pass. I said I was not interested three times, then he proceeded to be rude and ridicule me because he thinks I need to wash my car more often. It's not that good of a car wash anyway. They didn't even spray the back of my car at the beginning and it was still dirty when I left. They never seem to replace the towels for drying, they are always soaked. I guess you gotta get there when they open for the day. I'll find another place to wash my car. read more

Jilly's Lies! They were purchased by Jax Kar Wash and changed the Unlimited Wash program so it's NOT Unlimited. You are only allowed to wash your car twice per day and the second wash isn't even at the plan level you are paying for -- unless you're only paying for the lowest level. This is clear False Advertising and probably even a Bait-and-switch issue. Every other car wash I've looked at in SE Wisconsin that offers an "Unlimited" wash does so in good faith, but not Jilly's. They want you to think it's unlimited then strong-arm you when you complain it's not. I should add that when I complained, I was told they weren't doing anything wrong and that my wife and I were now banned for life - AND they didn't give us our money back because they said we got the value for the month. That happened on May 22nd, and since then they have changed their policy and it is unlimited again. But we are still banned. Don't do business with this company. read more

Avoid this carwash if you don't want to risk damage to your vehicle. It will not be taken care of by Jilly's, even if they are in the wrong. I went through with my 6 month old '22 Toyota Tundra. My dream vehicle that I spent many years working hard to get. During the wash, the brushes pulled part of the bumper from the frame (see photos). In turn, many of my vehicle's smart sensors started malfunctioning. I decided to contact Jon (the owner of Jilly's who's email is in other reviews here) to discuss potential remedies. Jon called me and was immediately defensive. He initially did not even take the time to understand the issue. Rather, he went on about how his car wash could never ever even possibly damage a vehicle unless there was something already wrong with them and insisted there must have been a previous issue with my brand new truck's bumper for the brushes in his carwash to do any sort of damage. He also said that he has never paid for damage to someone's vehicle from going through the carwash because it is impossible for it to be the carwash's fault. At the end of the conversation, he at least said he would look at the cameras to see if the damage was already there before I went through. I said great, if it was damaged before I went through we will know and I will get it taken care of myself. A few days later, he sends me a still shot from the cameras of my trucks bumper about to go through the carwash. The bumper is in perfect factory condition. See the photos for the text message along with it. I gave him a call and Jon agreed that there was not previous damage to the truck or the truck's bumper. I was ready to hear, "yeah, the carwash obviously damaged the back bumper and we'll make our own insurance claim or pay out of pocket for you to get your truck fixed". However, to my surprise, he says, "the gap in your back bumper is a bad design on Toyota and there is no way that this truck could go through my carwash without it pulling off your back bumper". He goes on, "this is clearly a dealership issue that should be covered by the dealer". His defense is that my new truck was built in a way that there was no possible way for the truck to go through the carwash without the bumper being pulled from the frame. Should be laughable, but it's really just sad. After just a few conversations with Jon, I can tell he is the type to never admit a wrongdoing even if he knows he's in the wrong. Especially if it could cost him a dime. He could of easily did the right thing by making an insurance claim or just paying for me to get it fixed at a body shop, but he didn't. I do realize that I probably signed something saying the carwash is not liable for any damage, but it still doesn't seem right. read more

Jilly's car wash is somehow connected to Jax car wash (no Jax in our area). I was reading the information on a recent receipt and noted that by registering my vehicle I qualified for some perks including a free birthday wash. So I attempted to register as directed. Unfortunately I had all kinds of problems with the site, so I contacted customer service and vented my disappointment with their website. The customer service representative was great, she got me registered, activated my perks, and I got my birthday wash. BTW, the Jilly's washes are probably the best in the area. Got the "Ultimate Wash" for $15. This includes a hand pre-wash. Admittedly it has been a while since I washed my car and thus it still had bug guts on it (this is the reason I bought the ultimate wash). Not only did it not remove the bugs but it didn't remove simple dirt. So I go back to the place and they offered me a free rewash but followed with a bunch of excuses including how they aren't set up for big removal in the winter. My frustration is, why are you going to simply do the same thing and expect a different result? I can go through the auto car washes at the local gas station for half the price and get this same quality, they will even probably let me go through the 2 or 3 times. The wash is okay but the vacuums, each and every time I go there which is about once a week, have hardly ANY suction. After my most recent visit today, I was told that I need to take off my luggage racks on my small SUV each time because "something happened last week with a luggage rack and the washing mechanism." That's my problem? Shouldn't carwashes be equipped to handle cars with luggage racks? It's no easy task to take off/put on the rack each week. I would suggest choosing another car wash. read more

They put scratches in my car. Their own video that they had showed no scratches before my car was washed. When i confronted owner the video was "accidentally' deleted. John the owner said it was impossible to prove that they did the damage. Bottom line is that if they damage your car they will scatter like rats. I will see them in court. read more

I have been an unlimited wash subscriber for 2 full years now. They were new and fresh and buttoned up. All the spray nozzles sprayed on our vehicles, suds and fancy colors were everywhere and when we pulled out there was very little additional cares needed to finish the job. Since then the quality has slowly gone down hill to the last couple weeks. Very often the gates don't open to let cars in especially in the unlimited wash aisle. Some of the kids doing the pre wash scrub care and do a good job, others just going through the motions. Very little soap suds (yesterday there were no suds and just water), no fancy colors, the spray nozzles were spraying and sputtering every which way and honestly only about half actually spray on our vehicles. The drying agents are regularly out as well because the post wash work has become an entire vehicle issue to beat the water spots after it dries. I understand this time of year for a car wash has to be difficult but there needs to be some sort of maintenance and supervision. All I ever see there are kids and they are obviously not paying attention. At least fill the soap barrels! We are probably going to get an unlimited package at one of the other wash places in the area. read more

Wrote a review months ago stating how no one at the Elm Grove location had replied to a letter I had written. I have since started going to Scrub-a-Dub. The wash there is actually better and the dry is MUCH better. You don't have to hand dry every square inch. They also offer coupons and other money saving promotions. After going to a different car wash, my car still had bugs that did not get to attend the funeral of their fellow friends down the drain. I was passing by and decided to try Jilly's. I'm so glad I did. I almost ran over the workers (sorry), I thought I was supposed to be in neutral, but they said park. After that stressful moment, they could have done a horrible job, but they went above and beyond. They really concentrated on the bugs to make sure they were finally laid to rest! I stopped by here for the first time on a Saturday and unfortunately for the first time their car wash was broken so all of the stations were closed. I was offered to use the vacuum and other cleaning supplies for free because of the inconvenience. I cannot speak for the car wash (exterior) itself, but the customer service and the interior tools were exceptional. I will go back to use the car wash at some point but my experience this far was very positive! read more

Jilly's Car Wash is pretty nice, a step above what you would find at Kwik Trip. They don't vacuum the car for you but there are free vacuums to use after the wash. A few guys pre-wash the car before hand, getting most of the bugs and treating the tires, rims etc. After that you pull forward, put the car in neutral and sit back and relax as your car is moved through what essentially seems like a dishwasher for cars, it's very cool. After the wash you can pull into a vacuum station and vacuum the car. There are semi dry towels for drying off whatever water wasn't dried by the huge blow driers at the end of the wash. Also there are some solutions available to finish your tires, dashboard etc. All in all very worth the money. read more

I've been taking my vehicles to Jilly's since they opened and I liked the wash. My son recently took his car there and unfortunately the door handle was damaged. After the wash he went to use the vacuum and noticed that it was pulled from the door. He showed an employee and was told that they would have to review video to determine if the wash did it or not. He received a call a few days later and was told that they couldn't tell if the wash did it so they refused to pay for the damage. It was fine when he got into the car to go to the wash and damaged after the wash. They also told him that his vehicle was too old as well. His car doesn't have any rust and has been taken care of. They took my car last minute yesterday and they did a phenomenal job! I'm pregnant and needed the inside of my car cleaned to put in the baby's car seat but we own a husky who has been in the vehicle a TON. The hair removal was my biggest concern and they went above and beyond what I was expecting. My car looks brand new! I have been using Jilly's Car Wash for quite awhile now. I started using the Elm Grove location then Jilly's opened in Pewaukee where we live. I LOVE this car wash! We have been Unlimited Pass customers from the start. I'm very particular about caring for our cars and trust the system that Jilly's utilizes 100 percent. I have our cars washed here at least twice per week and have never had any damage or even a scratch on my car as a result. The staff is GREAT. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile even when the staff has cars lined up out of the parking area. They do a great job from start to finish. I love the free detailing areas for vacuuming and cleaning windows. I've used a lot of car washes over the years and hands down, Jilly's is the best. read more

Jilly's management is very unprofessional. They activated a monthly house hold package this year without my consent, that i had cancelled it in 2017. and they are not giving me my money back.
