Many problems with signing up. I was under the program for the previous owners (Coast Car Wash) they gave me a low program when I was signed up for the top package. Asked for manager but nothing can be done on site you have to go on-line. I did that and they responded 5days later saying that I need to cancel and then sign up again. I did that but of course the price I was paying is no longer valid. Not a lot of other choices except to go into Brookfield but I will if services go down the drain. Big business.......UGH read more

To start with when my car came out of the wash there was gads of heavy suds running down the inside of the tailgate and inside the doors. For the money that I would have normally pay I thought that was absolutely ridiculous and so I had drying suds all over my car by the time I left the parking lot and even worse than that was two of the vacuums I couldn't even use because they weren't even attached to the attachment that goes on them and you could get it on. It's been a month and I have never heard back from Take 5 about my paid account, which was never activated at the car wash. I had my credit card company get a return of $267. Then I noticed a different company (BOING Holding CO) was charging me $27 a month for Take 5 car washes. I called and will give them a few days to return my money and cancel my accounts. I may have to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I highly recommend staying away from this company. There is a big disconnect between corporate and the car wash operations and the customer. read more

Awful service. I feel like someone should be presoaking the cars before they go in. No one was. Car wash practically did nothing to the bugs on the front of my car (see photos). I got better suction from my little Eufy car vacuum than their industrial sized ones. Half the vacuums were detached. I wouldn't go here if some PAID me $27. Overpriced. Awful. Hello to all reading this 5 star review that I feel is necessary due to the service and quality this car wash gave me today. Upon arrival I was not greeted with a wait time, rude customer service or, any negative experience. Instead I was greeted with multiple open lanes available to pull up to with a clean appearance, no dirt/garbage entering the car wash along with an employee running out to make sure they could give me some free car scents and wishing me a happy new year:). Following that there was a second worker already at the start of the car wash when I pulled around ready to lead me on the track and give instruction on what I needed to do which included ( putting the car in neutral after and steering when directed on to the track system ) super fast and easy. After the wash and pulling in to a spot I was able to use super strong suction vacuums and compressed air to clean my car that was complimented by a worker named John who kindly stopped on his was out of the parking lot leaving work and ironically the same super nice guy that gave me the free air scents. I'm not the type to leave reviews usually but I definitely feel this place deserves this 5 star review after the great service I revived today special shout out to John for having such a positive attitude. read more

Who knew you could get a great car wash in one minute flat? Okay, maybe it is more than one minute but seriously this wash is quick, which means rarely do you ever have to wait in line to get washed. Just know this is not a full service wash. At Coast you line up your tires onto the track with the help of a staff member directing you, put your car in neutral, and then glide along while their machines do the rest in just a few minutes. When you switch gears to drive, you can park and utilize one of their many free, unlimited time, vacuums. Plus, they offer a floor mat cleaning machine (just for your standard carpet floor mats, not the thick after market ones as those will get stuck in the machine). Prices: Coast offers four options for a single wash (ranging from $7 to $15) or club options for unlimited washes ($22/month to $35/month). See my photo for more details on their offerings at each level. Lack of star? I wish they offered a detail cart like Jilly's which offers free towels, windex, detail brushes and more. Those little extras would come a long way in justifying the prices. As well, there is no multi-car family club package available. P.S. Quality of service has decreased in the way of availability (not open when their online hours say they should be) and many of the vacuums do not work. Overall, I have been satisfied with the car wash experience when we are able to actually get our car washed. HOWEVER.... I have been trying for MONTHS to cancel my membership as we no longer use the carwash, instead choosing to wash ourselves. It's been two months that we have been trying to contact customer service to have our membership cancelled and no luck. I have called, had to wait on hold, then the automation told me I'd need to leave a message to receive a call back. Never received a call back. When I go online to "chat" with customer service, I'm put in a queue. I wen't from the 5th person, to the 4th person in line, then jumped up to the 9th person in line. This is absolutely ridiculous. At this point, I'm going to have to cancel my credit card in order to stop the company from charging us for a service we no longer want. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP. Waukesha location, Was a premium member and within 3months my experiences have gotten worse. I was always suspicious if I was truly getting what my membership provided, because sometimes I would see certain applications turn on as my vehicle made its way through the wash, and sometimes those applications did not. Then one day, green arrows on showing open, only to be told they were closed, and they proceeded to be closed for almost a week. Then when I finally got in, there was a guy using a hose to wet the lower half of one side of my vehicle. Imagine your car getting a dry run with those large rollers. Well, it left a huge scuff/scratch area on my hood that wasn't there before. I was able to buff it out. I canceled my membership and that was an adventure in itself. It shouldn't EVER be that difficult to cancel. There's a reason that when you see a Take 5, there's maybe a vehicle, if none, at these washes. They are never open. Made the mistake of getting their unlimited wash and it turns out they're never open when I drive by. Could be 2 PM, could be 10 AM, could be 6 PM. I can't say I've ever been disappointed by Coast. I have always enjoyed having a clean car and I've taken pride in it. Having a membership at Coast makes that easy. The wash is pretty good at all levels. Even the basic wash seems to get a car sparkling clean! Included with the price of the wash you will get access to the vacuums in the parking lot which are surprisingly powerful! There is an area at each vacuum bay to clip your floor mats onto to make it easier to clean them. One feature which is pretty helpful for keeping your mats clean is the air cannon which is available in each bay! You can blast the dry dirt and sand right out of your mats before vacuuming them and taking them over to the floor mats cleaning machines. The floor mat machines are only turned on during summer or warm winter weather. They do a very good job on rubber floor mats and an okay job on carpet mats. Thick weathertec style mats won't fit into the machines though. Overall, I would recommend giving this place a try! See what you think of the wash and the vacuums! This car wash is fast and easy and my car was very clean. I paid $9 for the Silver Wash (the cheapest is $7) which included an underbody flush and some sort of wax. Overall I think the wash was great but whatever they used for the wax has made my windshield hard to see out of when it rains. My favorite part was the mat cleaning machine after you get out of the wash, and of course the free vacuums. I don't live in the area so the monthly membership doesn't make sense for me but when I'm in the area I'll definitely stop there again. read more

Coast was the best until they sold it to Take 5. Always closed at random times Mat washer thing doesn't work. We pay for the wheel washing on 2 cars and it hasn't worked in months. The property is dirty and they didn't plow very good. I miss the old owners. We went to renew our car wash and a new district manager didn't know how to renew it. So we have paid for our other car and can't even get a car wash. You should refund everyone's money and close if you can't get it together!!!!!!! read more

I am a member but they changed it so when the attendant went to move my membership he canceled it. I have a different issue every time I attempt to get a wash. I bought the unlimited car wash from you a while back. I have tried to get my car washed several times but the business was closed for 2 weeks. I talked to the guys who work there & was told there was nothing they could do to reimburse me. I went a couple days ago & got my car washed. However, there was garbage all over the whole area, half of the vacuums didn't work ...the hoses were laying on the ground & disconnected. This place used to be nice. It's a total shabby letdown!! Frustrating establishment. Constant facility shutdowns during normal business operating hours, vacuums frequently do not work, staff is subpar at best, overcharged one of my accounts & cancellation process appears intentionally very difficult (spent over an hour & ultimately had to cancel my credit card so I would not continuously be charged). The actual wash itself is decent when operational but it seems like this facility is shut down more than it's open lately. Concept of these car wash models are great if you have competent management & oversight. Unfortunately, that appears to be lacking at this establishment. I have been going to the car wash on silvernail for 14 years+. I have had nothing but poor service since to buy out. I have been double charged. one from coast car wash. the other from take5 car wash. I have sent in a complaint and nothing is being done. The family that started Coast Car wash has sold it to Take Five about 1 - 2 years ago. Everything that was built up to perfection has been dismantled. The equipment for vacuuming is damaged and/or missed. The garbage containers are overfilled. There is liter everywhere onsite. It looks terrible. It appears that they have a very hard time keeping staff. Maybe workers need to be vetted better and paid more for retention of their employees. It is a shame. It was a fabulous car wash. read more

I have been trying to cancel this membership for 6 months, they just ignore and keep charging me.

Their wash damaged the paint on my Hyundai which required many hours of hand buffing to remove the spots. The entire staff is constantly cycling and cannot be reached or relied upon to even honor their word about canceling a membership... I was told by the staff there that it had been canceled, then next month was charged again. When I returned, it was an entirely new staff that "didn't know anything" about what the old staff failed to do. Their corporate number doesn't even work. I had to twist the arm of the guy working there to give me a manager's number. It's a horror show. You're better off just leaving the car dirty than ever going here. read more

This car wash has been going downhill for about a year now. -the security arms that let you into the wash are usually broken -the scanner at the "automatic/unlimited club" has constant problems -I typically have to back out of the "club" lane and go to the cashier and show them my credit card statement on my phone to show I've paid my monthly subscription before they let me thru -half the time, I don't get the platinum wash I've paid for(monthly basis) because another car sneaks in line- again because the security arms are busted and there's zero crowd control -about 30% of the time I've shown up DURING business hours, they're closed for maintenance. What are you maintaining? Everything is always broken! This pile of **** used to be family owned and ran like a top. Now it's garbage, and we're canceling our membership. I am not sure what happened to this car wash. I was so excited to finally get the unlimited membership for my new car. The car wash is poorly maintained !! Tire wash does not work and has not for a long time. Half the soap and wax nozzles are plugged. I have been a premium client from the time it first opened. Coast has gone down hill since they have opened and do not listen to complaints and have employees that do not care. They also are closed during regular business hours. Something has definitely changed here. It used to be my favorite car wash and we went often. No longer. Car does not come out as clean. I feel like they are trying to skimp in some fashion. Sad to write this review but got my rear bumper RIPPED off by their machines at the wash and the costumer service department it's trying to blame it on the part already been damage and not cover any of the damage done, even tho they were just some scratches in the bumper....
