Hunter called after receiving our claim from dispatch, talked with my husband, and showed up anyway to see if he could help troubleshoot or help us with a plan- he was very knowledgeable (all at 11:00 pm on a Saturday). Although we had to sleep at the gas station, he made us feel comfortable with the area, made an excellent referral to another local company, and followed up with us the next day. Hunter went above and beyond and was the only person in this ordeal who cared about us as a customer.
