When I decided to buy new rims, I researched online and then decided that giving business to someone local is always better. Wheel City ordered 4 after market rims for me. I paid a deposit. FYI. I had purchased new tires previously from another local company. My appointment was for 4:00. I arrived at 4:15. I offered to pay for the rims at that time. Nope. No need. I return at 5:15. FYI. They close at 5:30. The person with whom I had been working presents me with a slashed tire. They didn't call to let me know. I had driven my car all day. It had been parked for 2 hours. I have pressure sensors. I have new tires. I did not drive into the shop with a slashed tire. For reasons I cannot fathom, collectively all the big men that were there when I returned decided that they were going to make me pay for a new tire. They decided that I had driven in with a slashed tire and that I was going to get a new tire out of the deal for free. Seriously. I kid you not. Why would I lie about a tire? My car can't lie about a flat tire. But the general manager who was on site (he never identified himself) let these men gaslight me; he let one of his men physically push someone who had accompanied me. I am a woman. They will respond here that I got super angry. You bet. I was being gaslit, lied to, and stolen from for what, a tire? I think the mechanic who slit my tire would have had to pay for a new tire so they decided they would make me pay. I was frightened for my safety, my friend's safety, and the care of my vehicle. It was a scary experience to be around these men as they puffed their chests and circled around us. I called the police because one of them pushed my friend and because they kicked me out at 5:30 with my car up on the lift. The police came but claimed that they could not do anything about my car being held hostage because there wasn't a general manager on site. But he was there the whole time, watching me and watching what happened. The general manager never identified himself, so he lied to the police as well. After 24 hours, they finally put a new tire on my car. They paid for it because they slashed it. I bought the rims and they are in boxes. I'll post them on Facebook Marketplace soon. I may repeat the story there.

Walk in and they ask what I need and I tell them and then, pretty much yelling all they have are straight lines and they have never seen a bent line in their lives in that store. I argue with them till they look it up and they find the one I don't need and tell me tomorrow. I know what I need so I ask about the one that is above the one they don't have. He looks at it doesn't look at me mumbles something and then tells his partner to help out someone else and disappears. When he comes back guess what? He has the formed line in hand! Then after looking at the rusted bent one argues with me that they look nothing alike! I see some differences. It's a aftermarket part. I ask are the treads the same? They are and I said it will work. He yells at me that they are nothing alike and after I can't get it on they will not take it back. I said that's fine because it's going to fit. Guess what? It fits! Total assholes work at the store in weaverville and I will never go in that store again. The chain is a good place for parts but they need to hire people who help and sell parts instead of treating everyone like they are stupid!

I had run over something in the road a few days before, so I thought there might have been a puncture. I waited there and waited as that is how it works at my Discount Tire. But nobody came to help so I decided to go inside but someone came out to meet me and just told me to wait. Another car came and we had a line so finally someone came over to check the tires. Thankfully, I didn't have a leak as with the rate this shop operates, I would have missed my show. I will look for another location if I have another tire issue in the area.

Third visit everything seemed fine. Got my car back with a vague conversation about the TPMS needing to resync after driving. Left despite a nagging feeling and the TPMS error didn't go away. The real problem though? An unrelated tire was down to 10 psi! This would have left me stranded if I didn't have a pump with me! Edit: after my 4th trip back to the store my TPMS system is not working! Avoid this location at all costs!

A tractor-trailer was unfortunately parked right near the outdoor air machine, so I went inside to find out where I should go. The indoor staff was very friendly, telling me exactly where to wait and assuring me someone would be right out to assist. I did have to wait a little while for someone to come out and help me. However, once the technician arrived, he was excellent--he knew the exact air pressure my vehicle required without even needing to check the door sticker. He got them checked and filled quickly, and I was back on my way in no time.

Additionally, rubber bushings, tire weights, and various other debris are all over the parking lot. The rubber won't cause damage, but those metal weights could. We called Black Mountian Automotive and with out hesitation they had a tow truck on the road and got us with in 20 minutes of hanging up. They took us back to the store and repaired our car and sent us on our way. While we were in the store we had the chance to talk to the kind woman behind the counter and met her dog Winn-Dixie! They allowed us to bring our dog inside as well. They stayed open to finish our repair and make sure we were all okay. We also got to buy some earrings that the owners mother made! Everything about our experience with this shop was excellent and I highly recommend calling them if you are ever in a bind.

Took the car home overnight and to my auto mechanic to check it out the next day. He put it on the lift. It was extremely rusted out underneath. Never saw so much rust. Would've been a nightmare if anything needed to be replaced or repaired under there. I took it back. Told the saleswoman. Someone knew this about the car because if they changed the oil and did their inspection like they said they did they would've seen the extent of the rust. Saleswoman wanted to show me another car. (She was very personable.) But now I don't trust them. And it looks like that car is still on the lot. Buyer beware and if you are looking at a used car there be SURE to have your mechanic check it out before you buy it. The warranty was 1,000 miles or 30 days, powertrain only, so I would've been up s***s creek and out all the money I have to buy a car.

They worked diligently until my problem was solved. I purchased Bosch blades for my partner, motor oil, repair of old blades, and a couple of extra blades for my car. The following adjectives are just a few to describe Sal, Donnie and Jeremy: friendly, kind, considerate, knowledgeable, energetic, motivated, informative, eager, thorough, attentive, skilled, technical, engaging, well mannered, personable! They earned my loyalty to OReilly for all my automotive after market needs. I think of them as friends. These guys exceeded every expectation ! Did not try and make excuses. He just wanted a chance to earn back my business. He brought me a loaner car, picked up my truck for warranty repairs, plus a replacement key for my wife. Hers was stolen with her purse. Today my truck was delivered back to me with all repairs complete, a new key, and a 4 page inspection of my complete truck with recommended future maintenance. It was as clean as I gave it to them. (I just had it detailed the day before they picked it up). I was a little concerned as it might get filthy on the lot. Nope. Although they were unable to obtain the necessary part on a Friday, they arranged for a rental car and drove us 35 minutes to collect it. The following day, I received a call to inform me that the repairs were complete. Additionally, the service team took the initiative to inspect my vehicle for known issues and discovered that the fuel pump was malfunctioning, which they subsequently replaced.
