But they dug into it, and provided a detailed report and analysis when they found what it needed, and then they gave me a couple of options for replacement. When I was leaving the garage, my car wouldn't start, and I was embarrased, but it was out of gas. One of the staff left and got $20 worth of gas to solve my problem and there was no extra charge for that special service.
