I now have a doorless shower that allows my husband to roll into the shower on his chair without a problem. The shower floor was pitched perfectly so that all the shower water was contained within the shower area. Not only is my bathroom safe now - it is also gorgeous! I was so impressed with all the workers' attention to detail and how the 2 week renovation went so smoothly. Marc and his crew knew what needed to be done and they did it to perfection. Siding to me is an art form. It is the last piece of "clothing" on your home. As an artist I had…read morea very specific siding vision. It was to reflect my art which at the time was all about lines. How lines connect and weave together to form an object. The siding was another personal piece of art. I wanted the entire house clad with Garapa wood, a beautiful blonde brazillian hardwood that was actually very had to work with. I wanted all sorts of lines grooved into the cladding at variable widths. i wanted to see waterfalls of wooden lines everywhere. crazy. but that is what Maynor and his team delivered, and so much more. The work was meticulous and beautiful. Architects have come by to admire the siding. The detail work that went into cladding 8000 sf of house and deck was immense. Around all the large windows were massive picture frames that were built on the ground and carefully lifted up 3 stories. Maynor was patient and sought hard to deliver a perfect product. Btw. I know everyone says this but this really is my very first online review of anything. Construction is such a difficult process, mostly bc of the experience of dealing with the trades. But Maynor and MOM construction were such pros I feel very compelled to write something. Happy to talk to anyone who has further qs! THANK YOU MOM construction!!!
