(I had to guess which of my four tires actually needed air).. so I call back for them to fix that and the guy Ricardo, supposed Manager, wants to charge me because it was too long ago, he tried telling me someone else did that when literally my car hasn't been touched since them. He plain didn't care. They don't take accountability for their mistakes, Ricardo was rude on the phone, kept saying OMG and putting the phone down instead of hearing me out.. I will Never go there again and highly recommend you go elsewhere because if they mess up it's on you! They will steal your money. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

Called to get a Jeep axle and misc. parts sand blasted. They said it would take a week; ended up…read moreturning into two weeks, ok fine not really a big deal. However, after I picked up the parts I noticed that they sandblasted the splines and machined surface on the axle shafts where the diff bearing and seal rides, not too thrilled about that. I called and asked them about it and they said that it's the customers responsibility to tape off the areas they don't want blasted...great thanks for mentioning that to me the frist time I called. They do OK work but don't assume they'll use common sense and not sandblast machined surfaces.
