Amazing service. Called them at 6:30PM on a Wednesday when my battery light came on. I knew it was…read morealternator because my 2008 Toyota Tundra voltmeter was down to 12V (normally 14V). Jeff answered phone and told me to bring it in the next morning, couldn't promise to get it done on Thursday but that he'd look at it and let me know. Thursday afternoon Jeff texted me saying that it was the alternator, he had the new parts, but that he would probably finish it on Friday as he was working on his scheduled appointments. Friday afternoon he texted me that he was in progress and that he would try to finish it before closing but that the Tundra alternator is NOT an easy replacement (I already knew this by searching for Tundra alternator replacements on YouTube). At 7:30, Jeff texted me saying he just had finished and it was ready to pick it up. His parts prices were exactly what I expected from checking on line parts prices AND his labor cost was VERY reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about Valet Lube & Auto!
