ZERO STARS! This man is a SCAMMER! Do NOT use! I was stranded on a cold, rainy NIGHT. This man promised his "tow guy" would come out to us in 30 mins. We called back after waiting an hour because the tow truck never showed. He said "you get no argument that we were late" but he REFUSED to refund my money. He told me that he would send someone if I paid ANOTHER deposit. We went back & forth w/me pleading with him to do the right thing as an ethical businessman. I asked if he would please just have his men do what they are supposed to. Their leaving us out in the cold, rain was due to no fault of ours (i.e., I didn't give the wrong address, pyt didn't go through, etc.). I asked that he at least restore me and refund the money I sent for deposit on services. My son said (in the background), "Mom, you're wasting your breath. Just don't deal with him." I said, "No, I'm trying to deal with him professionally and legally" The owner said, "Go ahead and handle it legally" and hung up on me. Unethical, rude and dare I say, criminal (theft of funds w/o delivering services). I will file further complaints w/BBB and other entities. It's sad for people to be immoral and scam others! Found Jim's by accident. My car battery died while it was in my garage. Called Jim's around noon and they said they couldn't come till between 8 and 10. That was fine as I had nothing to leave the house for. Brought a new battery and had it installed in 30 minutes. Tony seemed very knowledgeable and very nice. The only thing I didn't like was that he wanted full payment up front. I was nervous he take the money and run. My worries were unfounded. He did a professional job and the car works fine! read more

Shame on this company, husband had a blow out on his pick up truck, took them 3 hrs to get there, charged $94 and my husband told them the spare tire wouldn't drop on the phone but, they sent someone anyways he looked under the truck and said nope can't do anything! Tried calling and texting telling them I want a refund they told me stop calling and texting me! WOW! They ripped my husband off!
