His great demeanor when we talked about what I needed done sold me on the company even though I was supposed to have someone else who I had used in the past come give a quote a few days later. I found this after they left. I called the owner Scott and asked him to help clean it off our brick entry. He said he'd talk to his people, but never called back. I called him again a week later and he now wanted me to send him a photo. This was particularly odd as it doesn't really matter if he looked at a picture. I sent him the photo, and again I got no phone call back. I got no promise that anyone was going to come out to clean it. Nothing! This is sad. His communication skills don't seem to be in evidence. He doesn't take care to make sure his employees do things correctly. Even I know you don't lay a chain saw on concrete or bricks without something to catch the dripping oil.
