I have waited over a month to write the review in hopes of being able to write something more positive. Our neighbor hired them to cut one of our trees and while they did do a good job, it was nowhere near the fence height that we had agreed to. See photo. I had asked for an estimate to have it cut down further and let them know I was not pleased with where they left it. I had also offered them to cut down a fewOf my trees in my front yard and never heard back from them. I reached out several weeks later asking about my estimate and was told it would be sent to me, now well over a month later still nothing. I cannot say enough about James (Jim) Klinger Jr. He has done work for me before, and made my palm trees much cleaner and safer for me and my family. Today, I called him about the flowering part of the palm tree that has attracted some bees, and asked if he could come to get rid of it for me. He was at my house within 45 minutes, gave me a very reasonable quote to get rid of that one and another one, and set up and appointment to return 5 days later. Great communication. Jim was able to let us know when they'd be able to get our job in the schedule and was there as promised. He was very careful about his work and they didn't leave any thing behind that was not expected (had wood shaving mulch from the stump grinding, otherwise clean as a whistle.) Don't be deterred by the lack of reviews. Jim was stellar! He quickly came and gave us a quote on a tree removal and a bunch of stumps. He came the same day I talked to him to give us a quote and squeezed us in the following week to do the work. He not only did the work we requested, but he gave us advice on other future work, and was very knowledgable about plants and trees in general. He saved a tree in our front yard by giving us an alternate option (as opposed to removing which another landscaper suggested). He was smart, efficient, professional, and timely.
