Jim was a pleasure to work with. He stuccoed 2 planter beds I build out of concrete block and it turned out a great. His price was fair and he exceeded my expectations, much appreciated Jim! [5/11/19 Edit] Just finished painting my beds. I water cured the stucco for a week like Jim advised and then painted with an elestomeric paint. I built the beds and tried to do the stucco but sadly I have no skill with mud. Jim made it look much easier than it is, but that is 30+ years talking.

After nightmare concrete construction problems I needed to get a big chunk of stucco replaced that was cracked off. Fearful that it might be a big problem to fix, I had Jim swing by and said sure no problem easy fix! He was done and my hole was fixed in probably less than 20 mins!? He also came another time to help fix a big hole where a tree brach struck the house and that was another great job done. Another plus is speedy communication, on time arrival and he's a great friendly guy! We will be using him for all our stucco needs from here out! He also takes Venmo another plus!

My second experience with Jim!!! He is honest and does an awesome job. He keeps his commitment and he was honest enough to save me on a job that needed less and cost less. The stucco work he did looks great The plaster work he just finished... well also awesome!!! Take a look at the pics!! Thanks Jim for working around my schedule, being fair and honest with your price and doing such great work!!!

I called Jim to repair damaged stucco created by an old Trex deck that was attached to the house and installed below grade. Jim returned my call the same day and made arrangements to stop by and give me a quote. He listened carefully to my concerns, asked a couple of questions and quoted a fair price. The job was completed to my satisfaction two days later and I am relieved that the work was completed so quickly. Now the anticipated rain will not be an issue.

Jim repaired the window sill perfectly.

Jim is a really nice guy who does amazing work. I had several window sills that were sinking in and needed to be repaired. I'm definitely recommending him to all of my friends. He was reasonably priced (unlike 2 other bids I received), and he got the job done in a timely manner.

    After

Jim came out and removed the fake shutters and installed the left and right window border, matching the other windows. He would've painted but I told him not to because we're going to paint the entire house anyway. Great job and water tight!

That's Jim putting on the brown coat.

Great prices, a knowledgeable and helpful sales staff, with a huge selection of concrete block, stone products, stepping stones, rock veneers etc. They stock products from the most popular manufacturers of hard-scape designs. Their name says stepping stone manufacturers, but this is just one small aspect of their inventory. This is a great starting point for a Do-it-Yourself landscaping project. Many of the block and stone products are modular in design, meaning you can interlock pieces together without requiring a professional installer. The final product looks as if it was professionally done, yet takes a minimal amount of time to do a small area. Even block walls of the Basalite line of modular blocks are held together with hidden pins that are engineered to exceed building code specs. Standard block and stepping stores are available, too, some that are held with only sand in place, others that are joined with mortar. Lots of options to choose from. Contractors will find this location to have just about everything that is needed in wall and stepping stone/walkway materials. A&A has a great yard staff that will load your product for you, plus they have the equipment to be able to cut block or stone to your specifications. Delivery is available on all of their product line. Just all in all a great place to shop for landscaping supplies for your home. Four locations. This Citrus Heights store is located just half a mile south of the I-80, off of Auburn Blvd. View their website for details of their product line and pictures from their design center. It's amazing what can be done without professional skills to make a great looking walkway or wall.
