When I arrived around 12:30 there were only marinated chicken breasts and they were grilling fresh hamburgers. I decided to try a burger and also got some of the macaroni salad from the little deli case. The burger was made by hand from fresh ground beef and it was not bad. I've had better and I've had much worse. They do have a few condiments you can add such as pickles, onion, ketsup and mustard. The macaroni salad was creamy and delicious. I thought the burger could've used a little seasoning but overall it wasn't bad. My meal was less than $5 so I am calling it a win! There are a few tables and chairs where you can eat if you'd like but I took mine to go. They have coolers where you can get drinks, frozen meats and seafoods, deli sandwiches etc. and they have a few deli meats and cheeses and fresh cut meats for sale also. There are seasonings and a few bbq sauces for sale as well. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and helpful and I will definitely come back when I'm in the area again and the next time I'll make sure I am there by 11:30 so I can have a plate lunch!

My only beef (pun very much intended) with Boone's is that they're closed on Sunday, so I can't go to church and get my butcher shop shopping on the same day. Love Boone's, would highly recommend.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Instead, I was met with an attitude that was unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming. Because of this experience, I chose to leave without purchasing not only my deli items but also the steaks and other meat I had planned to buy for an upcoming family reunion. I hope management addresses this issue. Employees who interact with customers should provide respectful, courteous service. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome simply for asking to be served.
