First time in a Fazoli's since probably about 2017. I haven't been to this Fazoli's since my teen years with my mom. The layout doesn't look very different to me but, they have updated the place and looks very nice inside. You order at the counter and they give you a stand with a number on it and they bring your food to your table. I got 2 Pepperoni slices and some of their breadsticks. The best breadsticks ever!!!! The pizza tastes exactly the way I remember it so does the breadsticks. I love when they got that crunch at the bottom of the bread with the grease in it. Fazoli's still has it going on and they have an app where you can earn points. Etown location did awesome. read more

I used to love Fazolis. I ordered from there a few days ago. I got a meatball sub and chicken Alfredo that's it. I paid over $30. That's Olive Garden prices. For the price, I will go to Olive Garden instead and get better food. The chicken Alfredo was so small it was laughable. I don't think I will be going back unfortunately. read more

Visiting here from MD. We don't have Fazoli in MD so maybe I like what I can't have This was explained to me as the "cheap Olive Garden" and that's basically what it is. Fast Italian food. I got the ravioli with meat sauce. I liked it a lot. Perfect amount of cheese and the sauce was tasty. The bread sticks is what you come here for. If you dine in you get unlimited, and it's worth it. Recently I visited this local Fazoli's on 8/19/19. While eating here, I noticed that cleanliness could possibly be an issue. The trash cans were open and overflowing. The tables and counters were all dirty while ordering and looking for a place to sit. The floors were also sticky and the carpet wasn't vacuumed. Moving on from cleanliness, the service was also problematic. The cashier at the front counter was emotionless and dry. She didn't seem incredibly happy to be there. I also asked for extra ranch dressing with my meal and didn't receive it. The quality of my food was also sub par. I ordered the $6 lunch deal, including baked spaghetti and slice of pepperoni pizza. The The pizza I had received was cold and the spaghetti was dry and flavorless. The only redeeming quality about my visit was the timeliness of placing and receiving my order and the overall cost, only being $6 for my food, which included a drink. read more

This was a quick drive thru dinner. Simple menu options, ordering process was quick and easy, however this night was busy and it took longer to get our food. All we got was 2 orders of Lasagna and 4 slices of pizza that the toppings had slid off of. Stopped in for quick Italian lunch. They have a good special ongoing that has choice of 2 items and drink for $5. I had the gnocchi soup and lasagna along with coke. The bread sticks were doughy and smooshed, salad was a bowl of very wilty lettuce with 2 tiny tomatoes, couple onion slivers and sprinkle of cheese. I HAVE ZERO IDEA WHY THIS RESTAURANT AND LOCATION HAS SUCH A LOW STAR COUNT. Fazoli's is a fast food Italian restaurant that still maintains a somewhat traditional home style Italian cooking. When dining in your food arrives on/in ceramic plates or baking dishes. Everything tastes extremely good (REMEMBER ITS FAST FOOD, NOT YOUR TYPICAL $$ ITALIAN RESTAURANT). The service was great, attentive, and fast. Once I completed my dish a handy dandy bust boy came and removed all completed dishes. VERY GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD. So let me caveat this. I currently live in Rhode Island, which means I get some of the best Italian food that the US can offer. I know, who knew. You will just have to trust me. So, Fazoli's, is not that, but what it is, is good quality food fast. The portions are really big, so you get your moneys worth. The product itself is flavorful and fresh. Went through the drive thru, was told this location doesn't participate in the rewards program for the app, but since I'd already "redeemed" them on the app, they offered a $3 discount, instead of the $5 and free cheesecake I had to redeem. The food, quiet frankly was sad. The pasta portion was large, but sauce was barely there. The cheese on top was so thick it hadn't even melted when it was baked. This was my first visit to a Fazoli's. Interesting concept. You order at the counter, and then sit with a number and they bring you the food. Sodas are self-serve. Wife had the twice-baked lasagna, which was a bit salty but better tasting than a frozen one. That, the soda, a small salad came out to 8 bucks, so the value is decent. I had chicken pesto penne, and it tasted fine. Kids meals were $3.50, and it was worth it. Employees were friendly, a decent crowd who all seemed satisfied. The location is very convenient, it is right next to various stores. I also can't get enough of their food! Well at least as long as they get it right. On many occasions they've gotten my orders wrong, and the only reason why I don't go up to the counter to fix it is because the cashiers are hard enough to deal with anyways. It takes me 10 mins average to get a sampler order put in. It seems like I have more experience than them, even though I've never worked there. I hope they improve soon because like I said, their food is awesome, but the service is pretty bad. Shoutout to the cooks, because they seem to be holding the place together. read more

Called yesterday to check what time favolis would be open til. Kids coming over for Christmas Eve. Told them we would get favolis take out. I called because we live about 45 minutes away. I was told by the gentleman that answered the phone that they would be open til 6 pm. We got to favolis about 5:05. There was a sign on the door that said they were closing at 6. The door wasn't locked so we walked in. The lady said were closed. We told her we were told they would be open until 6. She said nope we are closed! This is ridiculous. This a fast food style Italian place. Very good and super friendly staff. You place your order and your food comes put pretty quickly!!! Breadsticks are free and yummy, very garlicky...is that a word :)-!!! We loved it and have missed having one in our home state it had been over 12 years since we have dined at one of these. My daughter was pumped to find this one in Kentucky while we were staying at Fort Knox! We visited two times in a week....did I mention we loved it!!! My family loves Fazolis so we ate here today. The donning room was insanely messy and the staff was all griping at each other and being extremely unprofessional griping about their jobs in front of customers. It wasn't just 1 or 2. It was nearly all of them and the manager was at the head of the gripe session. So rude! To top it off, the bread sticks were way too salty and the chicken on my fettuccini was really spicy.
