I would not even rate it. I stopped in a few days ago to order a sandwich at Antioch location, get it home and they added mayo' when I requested none on it. Call and the man said to come back and they would make it again. Then I get there today for the corrected sandwich and again the girl starts to make it with mayo, told her, "I said no mayo. " So she slaps down the sandwich she started, no apology and makes someone else's order. When I saw she added mayo again to the next sandwich, told her again, then she states it wasn't my sandwich. In other words, because I told her, no mayo; she decides to have me wait and do someone else's sandwich that places a phone order. When the other gentlemen made my sandwich after. I specified to him that is attitude, and she tried to interrupt, to justify instead of an apology. We are the customer, we pay their salary and if you make a mistake apologize and do as the customer requests. This is not the first time I've had orders that were not done at this place correctly, in fact I had not stopped in for some time. I want to give nearby businesses a chance to prove themselves. The owner of this establishment should see the video as to what she did and that should be enough to know, the customer was not taken care of. It's pretty bad when businesses will not do anything to correct the things, their employees are doing wrong and some of today's kids think they can continue to get away with this type of work style, what happened to ethical behavior in the workplace. I love Jimmy John's but this is probably the worst location in a 30 miles radius. They are always "short staffed" (an excuse) so they're always closing way earlier than what's posted. You can't ever get a delivery because they're "short staffed" on drivers (another excuse). And half the time, the app doesn't work or even have this location available as an option (like today). The high school kids who work there have garbage attitudes and huff and puff whenever they have to make a sandwich. This was freaky, but not fresh or fast. They did try to fix it though. Order wasn't created online the first try so we had to enter everything twice. 30 minutes in we get a phone call saying they were just waiting for their driver. 30 minutes later the driver arrives. Takes him a while to get out of the vehicle. They forgot the cheese and the onions on one of the sandwiches. We called to get the freaking dollar they charge for cheese and they say, "we can't refund credit cards but we can send the driver out with the $1 cash or the cheese". We said not to. According to Google Maps I'm 6 minutes from the restaurant but that's because you have to go around the LAKE that is in the way. If it were straight shot I'd be 2 minutes away. Common sense delivery zones... c'mon Additionally, it's laughable that they claim the delivery zones are for 'sandwich integrity.' The sandwiches re good but I can't go there. The parking for people with disabilities is blocked by their outside seating area. I addressed this issue twice with 2 different managers. Guess what? A mistake Jimmy John's seven or eight times a week. I always get the number 11 with leaf lettuce not shredded lettuce. The short young lady with dark hair who was working today 12/16/17. I have ordered for delivery from here numerous times, at least 20. I'm seriously a mile away, and I just ordered a simple sub, as usual, pay over the phone and think everything is all set.
