I wasn't pleased at all. The front door was unlocked, and a few police were leaving from having lunch inside. As I approached the counter, one of the employees said " We are closed inside." Was I happy, no but I respected that. First of all why not? Please don't tell me due to Covid, because the officers didn't have on masks. But ok! :-/ My Husband went through the drive thru for my lunch. I didn't enjoy the sub. The bread was hard, I asked for regular mustard packet and I received Dijon. Ewww! Do not Support this location The service was mediocre and incompetent. My order was remade 3x because they kept making my second order over and over and never made the 1st order. I was still smiling. Then the young lady at the register shorted me $20 on my change. The homeless man who said he own that location counted the draw down but said he wasn't short. Then proceeded to tell me it's not his problem and to call the police. This was a very disheartening experience. I was also verbally attached by the beast that works the drive thru. Ok, I get the whole Jimmy Johns really fast slogan but if your speed hurts customer service then something needs to be adjusted. This is my first visit to this location on FIB in s/w ATL. I went in at lunch time ( around 11:50am) They were not very busy. I was greeted right away. I am going to list out what was ordered and explain how the visit went down. 1. #7 original ( ham / cheese ) no lettuce or tomato mayo only and cut in half so that I could share with a co-worker. *** The sandwich came with lettuce / tomato and was not cut in half. 2. Oatmeal cookie *** Out of oatmeal cookies ( had to settle with chocolate chip ) 3. A whole pickle that is cut into quarters *** was not provided with the order 4. A side of avocado *** was not provided with the order 5. BBQ chips *** no problems 6. Large Un-sweet tea *** I made it myself so there were no problems there When the sandwich was ready it was just placed on the counter. I asked for a bag thinking that all of our addition stuff would be placed in the bag too. NOPE. I had to ask for the side of avocado and for the pickle. Luckily we checked the sandwich prior to leaving and saw that it was made incorrectly. I'm not sure why this was such a hard to order to fulfill correctly. Thankful we didn't place a mobile order as we were originally going to do. The store did appear to be clean. There is limited parking. The bathroom was clean. A lot of times we don't bother to review the everyday fast food chains unless they mess up. I just wanted to say something good for the folks at my local Jimmy John's. These guys are right outside our industrial park so they get a fair bit of business from us. In 3 years of having them deliver to the office, I've only had one sandwich come wrong. I wonder if management knows this location has taken on the Slow Food Movement as a project. I was initially impressed to see a drive-thru at this location. I ordered inside, however, and was a little dismayed to see one dining table covered in empty catering boxes ready to be filled. When I approached the counter, the staffer on duty just looked at me. When I finally ordered my BLT, rather simple I thought, I waited. And waited. And waited. Never before have I waited for anything at a Jimmy John's. This is the absolute slowest JJ's I've ever used. This is the second time I've placed an order and it has taken over an hour and a half to receive my order. I called the store to inquire about my order and both times it's always "I'm sorry were short drivers today. I'm pretty sure it will be to you soon." My daughter and I both have a 30 min lunch break. I intentionally ordered an hour in advance to avoid this problem. Yet here we are again the same issue. Management was not apologetic at all. My next call will be to corporate. Customer service is lacking. My order was wrong and when I got home and noticed I was missing items out of my box I called this location. Well the young lady that answered the phone informed me she didn't make my order so she doesn't know what to tell me.....Please train these young people because covid-19 is no excuse for poor customer service. read more

The food is good and the service is normally fast but it seems like most of the staff doesn't know was going on. I came in to place a catering order and since the manager wasn't there all four employees could not figure it out. I have use them at least a dozen times to provide lunch for my training classes. Five out of 12 times the driver can't remember to bring napkins and condiments. How can a driver not remember to bring napkins and condiments. It's the only thing they have to do besides delivering the food. Jimmy John's really needs to train their drivers on doing more than making fast deliveries. So I really love this place. Good simple sandwiches with great bread. Nothing more, nothing less. Normally if I want a sub or sandwich and don't want to get out of my car to stand in some line I make my way to a Jimmy Johns. I think its genius that they have a drive thru. My issue with this location is the customer service. They sometimes hand you the sandwich without a bag, yep, they just pass you the wrapped sandwich right through the window. My coworkers and I eat at this JJs at least once a week and I've never had anything but a good experience there. Today, one of the girls in the office went over there to pick up sandwiches. When she got back she was flustered and frustrated because when my sandwich was made incorrectly, the employee at the window wouldn't give her a new sandwich until she paid the 50 cent difference. The employee literally held my sandwich hostage because SHE made the order wrong. My remade sandwich (with 50 cents worth of wheat bread!) looked like it was made by a child, the bread was squashed and it was absolutely slathered with and inedible quantity of mayo. I called and the manager sent a delivery driver to bring me a new sandwich. But because he used the ticket in the system, it was the wrong sandwich. The staff gossiped for a while before I asked to be served. When my food was ready, I checked it, only to find out it was incorrect. The young man in the food prep line, went to the back and came back with lettuce dangling from his hands. He placed the lettuce on the cutting board prep line with no paper underneath. And instead of making a new sandwich, he proceed to pick out the contents of my wrong sandwich to add to the new one. When I asked for my money back, I was welcomed with a bit of an attitude. Absolutely NO concept of customer service. Ordered delivery online, everything is received and "out the door". 45 minutes later I call and get put on hold for 10 minutes. I hang up and call back, and they look everything up using my phone number, and I get an "it's on the way, sorry we're short on drivers today". If you had the order listed by my phone number, I think you could take 20 seconds to call and explain "freaky fast" means over an hour!!!! The place is clean but staff can seems bit pushy when it comes to ordering they expect you to know exactly what you want and will seem to pout when you take longer the lightning speed. So unhappy with this location. I live within 5 miles and was excited when this location opened up. Only to find out that my address was not listed. I have tried submitting my address and still six months later address still not added smh. Great speed. Never gotten my order wrong. If you're trying to sit down and have a relaxing lunch during a work day, forget about it. The staff has maybe three workers who are working diligently and doing a great job. The other employees sit around on their phones and talk very loudly to the point of shouting. It's honestly kind of funny because all the customers are just eating staying quiet, and watching with amazement. This was my first time to a Jimmy John's and I was more than happy with the food and service. I don't know if this is the case for all Jimmy John's but the service was very quick. It could be that I usually frequent Subway which offers extremely customized sandwiches and Jimmy John's didn't appear to have that. Location is ridiculous- tried ordering delivery to my location which on Google maps is 4.2 miles away- 8 minutes. Location apparently only delivers to a five minute radius, not mile, which every other delivery place does. So thanks! My coworkers & I placed an online order at 1:04pm & the order was 1hr & 11 min late. I called the store several times to check on the order before it came & the phone rang then stated disconnected each time. I then called Duncan Donuts next door and their employee was nice enough to walk next door to contact them for me, only to be greeted by a rude female employee that turned her back on her & walked away as if she was invisible. A gentleman(Rico) got on the phone shortly after & was extremely rude when I asked about my order, over talked me the whole time, would not check my order number and laughed in my face and said "You do that!" when I mentioned calling corporate. He mentioned rudely stated that all of their orders were an hour late due to being short of help. They even forgot my kickin ranch that I paid for last order and didn't get. Once again!!!smh My company orders from there frequently for group and individual lunches & this is totally unacceptable. They are normally better than this. Look at the menu and decide what you want before you drive through. And be sure you tell them what kind of bread you want if they forget to ask. They rushed me through and gave me a sub when I wanted wheat bread and then got an attitude when I told them I didn't want it. On the positive the food is good. Service, not so much. read more

Young "lady" was exceptionally rude, and hung up on me three times in a row. Is it that hard to order a sandwich?

It was a rainy Tuesday evening about 8pm. I ordered a #4 turkey sub from the drive thru. They asked if I wanted cheese (I said yes not realizing it would be extra because this sandwich doesn't come with cheese) added cucumbers, onions, oregano, hot peppers, oil extra vinegar, tomatoes, spicy brown mustard and then cut in half. I pull up, pay, and ask for extra napkins. I wait m, receive my sandwich and proceed to drive off after giving my son his half of the sandwich. Right away something is not right about the sandwich. It was extra thin. I bit it and the taste was all wrong. No vinager, no mustard, no hot peppers.... I back up to the window, retrieved my sons half of the sandwich and expressed to the young man (he was very polite) that my sandwich was all wrong and that I would like them to remake my sandwich. He takes it, tells them what I wanted ... it's still wrong and they didn't remake my sandwich, they added part of my missing toppings and the wrong mustard. As you can imagine my sandwich looked a mess. I asked for a manager. A nice lady came to the window and asked what the problem was. I explain and showed her my sandwich. She took my order and personally remade my sandwich the way I requested. I wish I had gotten the lady's name. She even individually wrapped the two halves. Of course I opened the sandwiches and we tried them before leaving the parking lot. They were excellent. Thank you to the individuals that helped resolve my issues on 9/5. read more

This was the cleanest sandwich shop I have ever been in! The food inspection was 100! I've only seen that kind of rating in a new store and this location has been open for some time. The smell of fresh baked bread just makes you hungry when you walk in. I love their sandwiches. I think that the thin sliced cucumbers adds a crisp fresh taste to the sandwich.
