This Jersey Mike's is located in a strip mall, if you didn't know it was there you might miss it. Don't expect much, it's drab and narrow on the inside. There's nothing upbeat about this place. I placed my order on the app, it was exactly what I ordered. So, no complaints there. I walked in and the place looked clean enough. Despite there being several people behind the counter - no one greeted me. They were too busy engaged in some mundane conversation about whatever. As I stood at the counter, still no one said anything - no greeting, no acknowledgment. After waiting to be helped, I piped up and asked for my order. One of them turned around grabbed it, handed it to me, and continued on in her conversation without ever saying one word to me. If this were in New York City, this lack of acknowledgement could be considered cultural. However, we are in Atlanta... Overall, my sandwich was good. So, no complaints there. If I had a craving for Jersey Mike's and I was in the area I'd come back, but I definitely wouldn't go out my way to come here. read more

This is my first time coming to this Jersey Mike's but it won't be my last. As soon as we walked in we were greeted which is rare nowadays in any restaurant. I also noticed one of the young ladies behind the counter had a smile on her face and that also was very inviting.. I ordered a large chicken philly cheesesteak on wheat,didn't have to wait too long for it either. My sandwich was made correctly and the bread was super soft, I will absolutely come back and hope that I have the same experience. My only issue was that it smelled like someone burned something in the back and it was permeating through the store but I am sure that isn't an everyday problem. read more

When I arrived to retrieve my mobile app order, the store associate was on the phone and pointed to a bag on the shelf behind me. When I got back to my car, I noticed the bag had my name but when I opened it the wrong order was in the bag. I went bag into the store and the associate was still on the phone with AirPods in his ears. He stated he had just got to work and he would remake the order. There was no sense of urgency to remake my order so I waited for an additional 20 minutes for him to slowly remake my order. At Jersey Mike's I ordered the Chipotle Chicken hot sub and unfortunately it didn't suit my palette as much as I would have liked. The regular sized sub was $5.75 and that price didn't include chips and a drink. To make it a combo I had to pay an additional $1.59. This just seemed way too pricey for a fast food deli similar to Blimpie, American Deli and Subway. Jersey Mike's have been popping up all over the metro area. They offer hot subs, cold subs, wraps, soups, salads and catering. Signature subs are the chicken parmesan, veggie, roast beef and provolone, meatball and cheese, the big kahuna cheese steak and grilled pastrami reuben. The Sub was remembered as being big and longer then they are now back in the days now it's like their down sizing their subs. My women informed me that their subs are good so I took her word for it. Ordered online at 12:00. It said it'll be ready at 12:16. I wait 10 min. My bag goes on the shelf sealed. I look inside 3 out of 4 things missing. One cold sandwich (chicken) came out as a hot sub with beef. Food was good. And they do have gluten free bread that's pretty good. But the employees were scrambling for everyone's order. I used to visit this location regularly when i worked over this way. Fortunately, i live nearby so i still visit when i can. The staff is always friendly and ingredients always fresh. The company regularly sends out coupons if you are part of their loyalty program to use for subs and will also send a birthday coupon. (Long rant) I placed an online order and it said it'd be ready in 30 minutes. I show up to pick up my order and it wasn't ready (not a big deal). And to be fair it was lunch rush and they had a bunch of online orders plus in person orders, but they only had two of the slowest people working. I see people come in to pick up their orders and their's weren't ready either, but the workers immediately worked on them when they asked about it. So I thought I'd ask about mine and the worker responds "oh we haven't gotten to that order yet"... well get to it just like you did with the other 3 people who asked about their online orders. So I was forced to wait in the normal line just to give them the order that I placed online almost an hour before. The worker tried to offer me a free bag of chips... like no I don't want a little bag of half-filled chips that cost $1, I want my sandwich in a timely manner, that's the point of ordering ahead. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for a sandwich and by the time I got back to my workplace my lunch break was over. It was so ridiculous. Had I known it would take that long I would've never ordered from this location. I bet I could've gone to a father location, got my sub, drove back, eaten, and STILL had time left on my lunch break. I love Jersey Mike's but this location is NOT IT. Do not waste your time and money here especially around lunch time and you're on a time crunch. They definitely need to learn how to handle in person and online orders. It doesn't make sense that I placed an order way ahead of some people, but got my sandwich way after them. I've never in my life been treated so unprofessiona. I ordered from the establishment on Aug 12, 2021 via DoorDash. I was told my order would be ready at 8:50pm. I arrived at 8:40pm. The employees were playing with a female at the door joking around. I went to the door they just stared at me. The door was locked. The smaller frame young man came to the door after they stared at me for about 2/3 minutes. I told him I was there to pickup my Doordash order. His exact words were: We ain't go not order for you then he said wait let me check. So he locked the door back and proceeded towards the counter. Jersey Mike's has lost a customer for life. This is the third time I've ordered online. The food has NEVER been ready on time with any of those orders. I understand things happen but you could let your customers know if you're busy. So my order was late and when I got back to work I saw that they messed up my order. I'll called back to get a refund and the man on the phone was very short with me. He interrupted me when I was explaining my problem, then he hung up on me without asking if I needed anything else or to even say thank you or goodbye. I placed an order with your location on Bakers Ferry Road in Atlanta around 8:20pm on 7-19-20. I got a confirmation and headed to the store at the ready time of 8:33pm. When I got to the store, the door was locked. The manager didn't come to the door, but sent a team member to the door. She told me that this store closes at 8 every Sunday. I said that they already charged me and gave me a confirmation number. She told me that I have to call Monday and ask for a refund. I called Monday, no one answered, and the recording says the voicemail is full. Why am I working so hard to get a refund for something that I had no control over from a store that seems to not care that this is their fault? read more

Today has been rough. JM's made one of the worse days ever so much better. I can count on this location to make my sandwich just the way I like it! Very rarely is it not to my liking. And because the workers are human, I can give a pass if it happens every now and again. However, more often than not, the employees do a great job with my order, and they are very polite to boot. The food was good except the amount of mustard they put on my mini was enough for a,giant. The employees were very very loud and did not understand when I asked for the olive oil blend. It is clearly written on your menu. I reported that the diet Pepsi was out of syrup and no action was taken,even after I was there 20 minutes. What a wonderful experience at this location! I was in the area and decided to stop in and give them a try for the first time. The manager, Fred was very friendly and helpful. He suggested I try the turkey with provolone. The food was fresh and was amazing. My order was handled by Phyllis, who was professional and efficient. So unfortunate that I had such a terrible experience at this Jersey Mike's on Bakers Ferry Rd today. I'll be fair and say they were busy, as it was around 12:20 pm. Now, when we decided on our order, we walked to the counter and the guy slicing the meat seemed to rush us along. So much so that he appeared annoyed that he even had to wait on us. It was his tone of voice that was really throwing me off. He took our order and I ordered a grill sandwich so I knew that it wouldn't be done as quickly as a cold sandwich, which I was fine with because we weren't necessarily in a rush. After about 20 minutes, I inquire on the status of my sandwich and the same guy slicing the meat yells, "she got it, she got it." 12:55 rolls around, no sandwich. By this point, the young lady on the grill had come out and given 4 other customers that came in AFTER me, their sandwiches, from the grill. So, I began standing to request a refund so that I can leave. The same guy slicing the meat sees me standing and proceeds to ask the lady at the grill where my sandwich was. She then comes out to me and says, "I didn't give you your sandwich?" Smh I stood there with a look of total confusion on my face. She finally comes out with my sandwich with mayo all on the outside of the wrapper. After seeing how disgruntled I was, she went to the register and began rumbling through what appeared to be receipts. She came back to my table and laid down a card for a free regular sub. The gesture would have been appreciated had the card not been smeared with mayo as well.
