    Chicken philly cheesesteak
    Tanisha H.

This is my first time coming to this Jersey Mike's but it won't be my last. As soon as we walked in we were greeted which is rare nowadays in any restaurant. I also noticed one of the young ladies behind the counter had a smile on her face and that also was very inviting.. I ordered a large chicken philly cheesesteak on wheat, didn't have to wait too long for it either. My sandwich was made correctly and the bread was super soft, I will absolutely come back and hope that I have the same experience. My only issue was that it smelled like someone burned something in the back and it was permeating through the store but I am sure that isn't an everyday problem.

Went here for a sub, sent the directions on how I wanted it prepared. Literally got into a "discussion" about a bag of chips that I wanted to exchange. Got the food home, it wasn't prepared the way I wanted it. Too far to drive back. I called the store and the person who made the sub realized he didn't read the instructions right but gave it to me anyway? Huh, what? No worries, I hit up corporate get an email that someone from the store would reach out to me, no luck! I am from NJ and the best place to get a hoagie is back in NJ, PA, DE, NY, MA, MD.

It's fine. Not going out of my way but they do when you just want a sandwich. Wish they could toast their sandwiches.

I was hungry. Ordered regular Philly chicken cheese and a portobello mushroom cheese sandwich. Jersey Mike's never disappoints me.

Double meat would have been too much, it would throw off the meat to bread ratio. Plenty of thin sliced juicy steak, with the veggies and cheese just all melting together. The bread was so soft, the whole generous cheesesteak was a joy to eat, I hardly needed to chew it. I'm seriously thinking of getting another one tomorrow.

If you have hand-cut fries, you have a friend in me, if they are really good, you have a fan! My first trip I went specifically for the Reuben. It is what I saw that they had and that was my mission. It was a good Reuben, I think enjoyed it and would go back for another. This trip I was thinking Cheesesteak, but the Outlaw caught my attention, a cheesesteak with a twist. I was a fan of the twist. The pepperoni and salami plus the grilled red onions and banana peppers with the hot sauce crushed!

You place your order at the register and when your food is ready they call your name out. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad sandwich, the bread pudding and my friend ordered the tuna melt . The food came out fresh and did not take a long time to be prepared. I enjoyed every bite of my sandwich. It was flavorful and the portion size was great. Essentially you can eat 1/2 of the sandwich and save the other half for a second meal. Now the bread pudding was a disappointment. It was dry and lacked flavor, I would not recommend. My friend enjoyed her tuna melt, the only feedback she had was that the press did not allow for the inside of the sandwich to be warm. She thought the entire sandwich would be warm. I will be back for the chicken Caesar salad sandwich for sure !!

What a fantastic experience!…read more Although I've ordered from Which Wich in the past, this was actually my first time inside of the restaurant and what an experience it was. My intern/friend and I decided to grab a quick lunch while preparing for an experience nearby and I'm so glad that we did. Which Wich is a sandwich shop that has a pretty interesting ordering setup. With a bright and clear menu that welcomes you as you enter the shop, you begin with choosing your sandwich size. From there, guests can grab a marker and begin to craft their ideal sandwich based on the wide variety showcased on the menu. You can choose between various toppings like veggies, spreads, different cheeses, you name it. With all of the listeria outbreaks happening around the US, I was definitely apprehensive, so I went in with that in mind. I opted for an Italian sub with extra hot peppers, spicy mustard, light mayo, etc etc. All of the things I shouldn't have, but was craving. I haven't had a sandwich in monthssss and needed it to be cooked at certain temperature. I was incredibly nervous about that but the sweet woman (I hate that I don't remember her name and it wasn't on my receipt! :-( ) behind the counter assured me that she understood my needs and wow, did she! She toasted the meat for my sandwich first and then put it on my sandwich and toasted it again to be sure that the temperature was correct. What an angel. My sandwich was perfect! Omg. I wish I would have gotten a bigger one how I scarfed it down, lol. It was incredibly flavorful, the spicy peppers, pickles and jalapenos really took it to another level. Beyond the awesome service and sandwich, the restaurant itself was clean, spacious and full of tables if guests wanted to sit and enjoy their meals. I'll be dreaming about that sandwich for a long time, can't wait to go back and have another.

Not bad. You pick your bread (white/wheat) sauces, veggies etc. then write your name at the bottom of the bag & the sandwich artist will call them when your food is ready. This location is pretty spacious with indoor & outdoor seating. It was also clean. The reg sandwiches were a pretty good size little over a 6 inch. What a great experience…read more My partner and I placed a large catering order from this location via EZ Cater (as there were limited location options available for pickup) for a small event at our home and I'm glad that we did. We opted for Bojangles as my bf is a NC native and I thought it'd be a nice taste of home for our brunch. Ordering via EZ Cater was easy enough and they even send confirmations noting that the order was accepted and confirmed twice by the restaurant. I decided to pick up the order while my bf went to a meeting and ventured out to this seemingly deserted area in Smyrna lol. When I arrived, I let the team know that I was there for a large catering order and displayed my receipt. Lamont G. was the kind employee that greeted me and once I showed him the receipt, he was so confused as to what the heck I was talking about lol. He called someone on the phone and they were also confused and let me know that they did not receive the order from EZ Cater despite seeing my receipt and that it showed their correct location info. Lucky me, this team was phenomenal. They didn't turn me away but instead, Lamont quickly assured me that he would make it right and get his team on it right away. He apologized profusely and I let him know that his wonderful energy and dedication to making it right was all I needed. I took a seat in the dining room as I waited and Lamont even offered me a drink and a snack to hold me over. Let me also say, this location was covered in the cutest Valentine's Day decor! From ceiling decor and wall clings, to inflatable dinosaurs covered in hearts - too cute. Within about 20min, my food was being packaged up fresh from the oven/stove. Lamont even threw in a half gallon of tea, an extra tray of grits that was accidentally prepared and enough condiments for me to open my own restaurant, lol. He was even kind enough to carry everything out to my car, ensuring that the hungry pregnant lady wasn't doing heavy lifting. I appreciated that so much! When I got home I realized that we were missing the breakfast gravy ordered but beyond that, everything was exceptional. We had cajun filet biscuits, sausage biscuits, grits, eggs, bacon and mini bo-berry biscuits that came in the shape of hearts. Everything was absolutely delicious and our guests ate it all up. Despite a mix-up from the 3rd party in the ordering process, I'm so grateful to Lamont and the local Bojangles team for not only making it right, but serving up such a delicious experience.
