This place has gone down hill fast. Today I ordered on line for delivery. After 40 minutes I called the store and was told they were very backed up and short handed, but that I can rest assured, my sandwich would be made and delivered. After 1 hour and 20 minutes I received a call from the driver that his shift was over, and if I wanted my sandwich I would have to come to the store and get it. After driving to the store I had to wait another 10 minutes for my sandwich. I was still charged the delivery fee. Sad. read more

My husband stopped in a few mins ago to get dinner to bring home, mind you the place is empty, and when he got back to pull out his sandwich and mine, it was wrong. He said this isn't the first time; this location hasn't given him what he wanted and refuses to go back. SMH... Worst customer service ever! DONT EAT HERE. Manager was picking his nose and making sandwiches asked for delivery on a few occasions I literally live 8 minutes away and they had delivered before and all the sudden they can't deliver. The guy taking my order must not have put it in or something, so when I check on my order an hour later, the manager just repeats she cant find the order and just asks if I want to place the order now. I agree with most of the other reviewers - Good food but adolescent service. I went in at 11:30 on a Saturday and they just looked at me standing at the order counter for several minutes. They were making sandwiches for themselves and their friends and could not be bothered to even say hello. It was 15 minutes until I got my bag and left. Slowest Jimmy Johns ever. They are almost never busy when I go and I wait 3x as long as the location on L'ville Suwannee. Last time they repeated my order back but still messed it up and put it on French bread when I said wheat. The servers are not friendly either. Not trying to be a diva but when your company sells itself on being fast it's annoying when the service is lackluster and slow. The worst subs you will every eat. Service very poor. I ordered the Italian, bread was not fresh. Mayo tasted sour. place was not clean, floor was sticky. I went to complain to the manager, he told me I was wrong. He is right I was wrong to ever walk inside of this place. read more

I'm not sure what the hell happened to Jimmy Johns off Buford Hwy. They used to be on point. twice in 3 weeks, I have ordered food for my husbands 30 minute lunch break and it has been delivered to the wrong address. The first time they asked if we wanted the driver to pick it up from the delivered location and take it to him, HELLLLL NO are you crazy, make another one and deliver it! Today I make the order at 10:20 and received my order confirmation at 10:21 via email. The order said it was delivered at 11:30..............NEVER THERE! I called and spoke to the manager Daniel who said that he was too busy to talk to me and I would have to call back later. Excuse me are you freaking kidding me, get me you boss - was my response. He said he can't give me her number(understandable) I asked for her business email address and he said I can't have it either. SO he calls her on the phone and they say "did she even get a confirmation"...................YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They guy says "ok, so what do you want me to do" TAKE HIM A DAMN SANDWICH!!!!!!!!!!! Well you know I can't give you your money back right???? I DON"T CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went through the drive through and ordered a turkey on wheat. I got home and had a white piece of bread ONLY. No meat, no cheese, no veggies. Nothing at all on the bread. I called and told them. They said I had to bring my receipt and the plain bread in for them to give me a REAL sandwich. I live about 20 minutes away and haven't been back by yet. I was pretty frustrated. It was after 9 pm and no dinner. Got back in car and ran to chic-fil-a. Check your sandwiches before you leave. There's a reason it is as freaky fast to make that sandwich. We've called in and picked up several times. Our subs are always fresh, neatly made and delicious. They're also ready when we arrive. The guys there have always been courteous and our order of three subs is always correct. They even remember the drinks. We'll be eating here often. read more

Ordered a sandwich online, got a call from the driver forty minutes later asking if I still wanted my sandwich. I said yes but wanted it remade - who wants a soggy sub? Called the store to confirm it would be remade, was told the sandwich was sitting there and had never left. Again, asked if it could be made fresh before delivery since it had been sitting a long time. Was handed over to the general manager who proceeded to insult and berate me. I asked for a refund but I'll be watching my credit card statement to make sure it comes through. Never ordering from this place again. Been to this location a few times. Service is getting slower and slower and ruder. This past visit was close to 2PM and they were not busy. It was so slow and the sandwich was not great. This business has gone downhill. The main manager seems to have no idea what is going on half the time. The employees seem to run it, which is bad, when most seem to be high schoolers. The high school kids seem to be the only good employees. Another manager, is ALWAYS, rude on the drive thru. Every time I go in, there is a female employee who is always on her phone. I go in here all the time, but I think that will change. The only plus is the delivery people. I always get a red haired lady and black haired boy that deliver to me. They are always nice and polite, and apologize if anything is ever wrong. Unless they start employing more people like them, I'm done with Jimmy Johns. read more

Absolutely horrible location!!! I work a mile away from them and consistently have bad service. This time was the last order I will ever place with them. I placed an order at 1PM when my lunch started. Their policy is to have the delivery driver out the door within 4 minutes of the order being placed. 30 minutes after I placed the order, I called the store and was told by the manager that they were understaffed and there was an accident on the street in front of them. She also stated that the driver was already out with my order. I checked Google Maps and found no issues with the traffic in their area. 30 more minutes go by and I call again. Talked to the manager again and was just apologized to, but was never offered any type of compensation. The driver finally showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes after I placed the order. To top all of this off, the bread is stale and hard (not the first time we've got stale bread from this location either). Never again will we order from this location. Hire new managers!!! read more
