The whole freaky fast slogan thing does NOT apply to this particular location. It took exactly thirty minutes to arrive. Dinner delivery is a blessing when you have two little babies at home as it takes a lot of work just to pack everything up and grab something on an already lazy day. I would say it was probably a lazy day for Jimmy John's too but this isn't the only occasion on which they've been freaky slow. Not only was the delivery slow but the sandwiches were just sad. I asked for sprouts on my sandwich and received none. Another person's sandwich came initially with sprouts and received a very small amount. Both of our bread was hard. She is making me include a clip of her tapping the bread to hear how hard it was and pics of how sad her nearly sproutless sandwich was. Probably not going to order from this location again. Sucks cause there are not a lot of delivery options in this area. It's like they utilize that to maintain their poor service because hell, a girl's gotta eat. read more

Typically I like jimmy johns and it is consistently good; however this location lacks any management skills. We stepped in a as the only customers and ordered three sandwiches; after paying we are told it will be 20-25 mins because they got an online order. (There are 7 workers but they can't designate one to serve in store customers?). Saw the same thing happen to two elderly customers that came in while waiting for our food. They do a good job and live up to their freaky fast reputation. I find it kind of ridiculous that one reviewer based their review off of one particular experience they had on one particular day. I've ordered here about 20 times in the past year and a half, both takeout and delivery. The only 2 complaints I have are: I always add sprouts and about 1/4 of the time they forget to add them. They are always quick to right this by offering a new sandwich or a credit for a future order. They often forget to bring a straw when they deliver drinks. Last time I ordered from here they put mayo on my sandwich when I did not order mayo, and gave me an oatmeal cookie when I ordered chocolate chip. So basically they got no part of my order right. Each time food arrives late, and I get a wide variety of excuses such as, "We only have one driver", "traffic was bad", "I'm having a bad day", "manager quit, so everything is hectic", and even,"I lost your pickle in my car I tried looking for it, but couldn't find it." Every time i have a big order, I have them repeat it back to me to ensure accuracy because they've messed up a delivery before, and they're speaking a mile a minute like an auctioneer! This has happened to me TWICE. Today, I asked the lady to repeat the order back to me and she started talking super fast. When it comes to Jimmy Johns, my order is boring: I get the same slim sandwich (sans veggies) I got when I first tasted Jimmy John's back in college. You'd think I could broaden my horizon by now--I do, afterall, love me some veggies; but for some reason it's the same consistent flavor that draws me back. There are other sandwich shops I opt for when I want to pile on freshness. I'm usually a fan of their bread, but when I visited this location yesterday, I thought the bread was a little tough--so much so that it made it difficult to enjoy my sandwich (which I ended up not even finishing). All Jimmy John's I've been have the same menu setup--no real "build your own" options. So, when I had to order lunch for the BF, I had to select a sandwich and then remove a bunch of toppings, instead of just telling them exactly what I wanted on it. To me, that leaves greater room for error, but what do I know? Another thing that bugged me is that I wasn't offered a second bread option--I read on the menu afterwards that they have a multi-grain bread, which the BF would've preferred, but I didn't notice in time. My friend and I ordered a total of 4 sandwiches, but they forgot to make one at first, so we had to wait for the last one--no real big deal, but it just further shows their attention to detail might be lacking a bit. But they were friendly, and there was no wait during lunch on a Sunday--overall it was a quick trip in and out..some would say "freaky fast"...oh wait, that's their delivery :P read more

I am really tired of having to stop the sandwich people in the midst of preparing my gluten free order because they do not follow the JJ gf prep procedures! PLEASE MANAGERS: train staff and review periodically gluten free procedures and what being gluten free means. I get such terrible looks and sighs when they have to stop, throw away, and start over.
