I love the food at E&G's but I have the worst experience with them here in AV. There was a period of about 3-4 weeks where I would place an order and would get a phone call that "there's no driver here to deliver" and they were always shocked how I got my order to go through online because no one had shut down the site since there was no driver. Today I finally placed an order again after not ordering from here for a long time b/c of the trouble I always have with them and again I get a phone call "We are out of chicken wild rice soup, it will be 45-50 min for another batch" ok fine, just switch it to chili. Then I get "well delivery is going to be 45-50 min, is that ok" NO that's not ok my lunch break is over by then! Needless to say I will not be ordering from the AV site again until they get better management and organization. read more

I have been here not less than 50 times. I can not say I have had perfect service and perfect quality every time, but I have had a great experience an overwhelming number of times that I did not. I is a great place to stop on my way home, if I do not want to make dinner myself. I would definitely suggest them as a quick stop for lunch or dinner. read more

It was tomatoes and salt, and well, some bad quality frozen lobster. Then I got the wild rice blend on the side. Like some mentioned, it's literally a spoonful. The rice was tasteless with no seasoning whatsoever and it measured exactly 1 tablespoon. The roll was not that great it was bland. On a positive note, my girlfriend ordered a salad, and the salad was actually very good, and the size was a good size and had lots of flavors. I have nothing negative to say about that everything was right including the lettuce and greens looking fresh. I am not sure how this place got such a high rating unless it's all salad orders. I did notice on other platforms it's almost 4.5+, their taste buds must be missing, or people must not know what good food is anymore. I rarely leave 1 star reviews but had to on this one.
