    Bootlegger and pickle, yum!

I have a confession to make... I have been seeing other sandwiches behind Jimmy John's back. I don't know how I got this way, but it happened. I still love Jimmy John's, that much will always be true. The worst part? I have feelings for them too. Now I know exactly how The Bachelor felt. I think distance was our problem, with me being a humble class Eastside boy, and Jimmy John's being a rich, Franklin-area sandwich, maybe we just didn't belong together. But I really want my relationship with Jimmy John's to work out, and like a troubled marriage trying to fix itself by having a baby, I think having a second Jimmy John's will bring us back together, stronger than ever. No longer will I have to go out at night trying to pick up sandwiches from god-only-knows-where because JJs is so far away. I promise we WILL make this work. Our baby Jimmy John's, is smaller, but it has his mother's delicious sandwiches, like the Italian Night Club, the Bootlegger, and the Gargantuan, please don't ask me to pick a favorite, I just couldn't. And just like his daddy, it doesn't like strangers lingering, so there aren't many spots to sit down and eat, so I recommend visiting for take out or ordering delivery. You know what? Jimmy John's and I, I think we're gonna make it.

We absolutely love this place!! Super delicious and great quality of french bread they make for their sammys. Staff is always super friendly, accomodating, and FAST! They mean it whenever they advertise their fast servicing ways. I absolutely love their Beachside option with Turkey and avocado... plus adding sprouts to it just amazing! I love adding their vinagrette dressing and oregano to the lettuce/sprouts as well. So freaking good! I also suggest trying their kettle chips. Highly addicting! We love their bbq flavored ones. My husband always gets their roast beef one but he always feels they dont put enough meat. So we always order extra meat for only 2$ more and now we are sammy happy folks!

I am a regular whataburger customer and get the same thing every single time. A number 7 with just CHEESE and ketchup. I've been ordering the same thing for years, have never said anything different. A woman took my order. I asked "can I get a number 7 with just cheese a ketchup". And I could admit when I'm in the wrong, but in this situation, I did indeed ask for cheese on my burger. I don't know if you guys have cameras that you can look at to prove that I did ask for cheese. I paid, then asked "do you have a code to the bathroom" and she said "yea but I need to put it in for you." So I said "okay" then waited. She seemed like she was in a rush, stressed, busy, and trying to multitask. So she was super rude and short. I then proceeded to wait for her to take 4 orders while I stood there still having to use the restroom. My stomach was hurting due to how bad I had to go to the bathroom and how long I had been waiting. She then made eye contact with me and continued on with her duties. So I went up again to the register and said "I just need to use the bathroom" and she told me "oh yea just give me a sec" so I proceeded to wait even longer. Finally she ordered some other worker to open it for me. I returned to my table and my burger did not have cheese on it. I checked my receipt and it did not have cheese written on it, but I know that I did ask for it. So I stoped worker number 1 and told him "im sorry I asked for cheese on my burger" and he said "oh let me fix that for you" very kind. And I waited.... then told worker number 2 the same thing. She told me that she would help me, so I waited even longer. When no one helped me I went up to the register again and met with the same woman (the manager) who took my order and took forever to let me use the bathroom. I told her politely "im sorry but I asked for cheese on my burger" and she looked me up and down and told me, "no you didn't" so I told her "I promise you, I asked for cheese" and she told me again "no you didn't" and she said "I'll charge you for it" and proceeded to try and gaslight me and charge me 54 cents to add cheese. She wanted to put the cheese on the COLD burger I was holding, and didn't even have the courtesy to provide me with a new burger. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager. Which disappointed me even more to realize that your management is that disrespectful to paying customers. I was very kind and would've been understanding if she would've just owned up to making a mistake, but instead she looked at me like I was an idiot. I don't think that it's fair that paying customers have to argue over something that could've been so fixable. Do you guys not follow the rule "the customer is always right" ?????? I ended up leaving super disappointed and having paid for something I didn't ask for. She did not give me any sort of refund. Every restaurant I've been to in the past, including other Whataburger locations and that same location under different management, they have always been kind and apologize for any misunderstanding on their part. That manager is no role model, lacks customer service, is unkind, and I don't know if that's what you want representing your restaurant. I will not be returning to that location due to the terribly poor management. I'm writing this in hopes that it doesn't happen to anyone else, and due to the fact that I didn't want to make a scene. Please do something about it. The location I attended is 1310 George Dieter St. El Paso, TX 79936, United States. It says on my receipt that my cashier was "Elihud L" but it was a woman who claimed to be the manager. She was wearing all black.

Four different burger options available on the main menu along with a couple chicken sandwich options and hotdogs. I opted for the #3 single cheeseburger which included lettuce, tomato & onions. Paired it up with the Supreme fries that included crinkle fries covered in homemade chili beans and cheese. Finished up the meal with a Coca Cola in the glass bottle. My name was called shortly afterward to pick up at the counter. Food looked good and once I dug in, it was tasty. Burger wasn't huge so if you're hungry may want to opt for double option. Fries were a generous portion. I enjoyed the sauce they provided on the side.

Located off one of the main streets; in a shopping complex sits Orange Cow Burgers which originally started out as a Food Truck. Now, there's approximately three locations in the surrounding areas. Menu is pretty straight forward and simple. Orders are as follows: a single, double, triple and protein cow. It's fresh ingredients, all-beef patties that are cooked to medium. The best part is they have a secret speciality sauce called moolicious! We got two single patties along with two orders of fries and a pup patty (single plain patty) for the dogs. All to go. Prices are extremely reasonable in today's market. Taste was as if you made it right at your own La Casa. Only complaint was not having "enough" of that sauce to really have it stand out beyond home cooked. That said, you can also get their "loaded fries" which includes this specific sauce as well. We opted for "extra crispy" plain fries and they were really good. Service was fair enough as far as the wait ( 2 parties a head of us) and friendly staff. Great little spot if you happen through El Paso Texas or if you're local, hit them up for your own burger experience & request extra mooliscious spread of course!

It was only a mile away from the hotel up a hill, so I made my way there. The A-frame building has very limited parking, but I was lucky to find a spot right out front. I would imagine on a Friday or Saturday night it gets kind of crazy, so you're going to want to get here early. I walked in and was told to sit wherever I would like, so I grabbed a table so I could take a look around and see what I was getting myself into. The place had a nice charm to it, it felt more like an old Tavern than a rib joint. Lots of bent seating and plenty of tables all around the facility. Waiter came up. Got my drink order and brought it back within moments. I had also asked for a water, but that never arrived. I decided to go for the rib Hut combo which was one beef rib, two spare ribs and three baby back ribs. They came out to the table pretty quick. I also ordered fries and onion rings, since you can't really have barbecue without fries and onion rings. Dish of barbecue sauce..... Vinegar-based, which is perfect for the area. The beef rib was definitely the star of the show. Had a great char on it, super moist, and very flavorful. Flavorful. Addition of the barbecue sauce definitely helps, and that was gone in moments. Honestly, the baby backs were not that good. They were pretty overcooked and had very little meat on them. The spare rib was pretty tasty, had plenty of meat and was incredibly flavorful. Was this the best barbecue I have ever had? No. But it was darn good, and I cleaned my plate. I definitely think they could step up their service a little bit, my waiter only came by to check on me once, I had run out of ice in my iced tea early on and he never came by to replace it. After I was done, I was sitting and waiting for my bill for probably an easy 10 minutes or so. The place wasn't super busy, but I'm a pretty forgiving person. Bottom line? If this place stepped up on their service it would be a five all the way around. I would just sell the kitchen to take a little more care with the ribs as they definitely were overcooked.

The Rib Hut prepares them about as well as they can be prepared. The bark on them is thick (but not hard) and tasty. I had the potato salad. I won't be getting them again. There was nothing wrong with them, I just thought it was plane and bland and they have better sides. The pinto beans were amazing. The best I have ever had. Piping hot and seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of spicy kick. I will be getting those again! The roll was fresh and delicious and a little sweet. I liked it. The service was friendly and fast. I was greeted immediately on entering and the wait staff was fast, friendly and quick to get me everything I asked for. The restaurant itself is small and quaint and clean. I recommend the Rib Hut and will be going back again myself.

Very nice lady at the counter gave me helpful suggestions and so I ordered three tacos and an amazing lime and cucumber fresca.
