Service was bad. They were busy, but i had a mobile order and I went through the drive thru. Sat there for 30 minutes in the drive thru, and then was told to come in to get my order. I had my special needs son with me so I couldn't. I sent my daughter back and they still forgot a sandwich and drinks. It was my birthday too, so thank you for such a bad experience! read more

It was mid afternoon and I had stopped at the Eureka Schnucks and I hadn't eaten all day. I didn't want anything fried so I decided to give Jimmy John's a try. I'm typically not a sandwich person but hey, there's a pandemic and they have a drive-thru. I ordered a sandwich with cheese, avocado, bacon, mustard, onion, and I think that's it. After some confusion as to what I wanted on it they made it correctly and I was on my way. I must say the bread was fresh and so were the rest of the ingredients. The manager needs to take some customer service classes. Completely just lost our business. I called back to get his name and he hung up on me. I didn't want a free sandwich, like he accused me of. I just wanted this to not happen again because it's very disappointing to not have mustard on my double roast beef. Being a repeat customer, I believe in strong communication between a restaurant I like to frequent, but since I have a one year old, I was unable to interrupt dinner to go have a conversation in-person, which likely would have been escalated for absolutely no reason. I initially called just to find out if they took the order correct or if my mom could go pick up some deli mustard. Over the phone, the manager didn't want to listen to what I had to say at all. The complaint was that my double roast beef was dry of any extra mustard. He argued that I was lying bc he "put it on there himself." No- you put the spread on the wrong sandwich, my mom's sandwich has all the mustard and I wanted to let him know so it didn't happen again. I tried telling the manager (he wouldn't tell me his name upon request) but he didn't want to listen. I was trying to tell him the different sandwiches that were on the same ticket and he just kept cutting me off, asking for the ticket number, yelling at me the entire time, like some teenage brat. Very unprofessional. When I provided the ticket number and still tried to tell him what was up, he cut me off and yelled at me saying he needed to "deal with real customers." I told him I didn't appreciate his tone. I didn't know I wasn't a real customer that buys a minimum $18.74 worth of food at least once a week. I also refer my friends here who have ordered food and brought it over to my house while they're visiting. I've spent upward of $40 here on a single ticket multiple times when I first moved to the neighborhood but bc of this manager's poor customer service, no need to worry about me being a "real customer" (or anyone else I refer) ever again. I believe the manager's name is Ezekiel or something, he said it way too fast when he first responded to my call then refused to tell me and hung up on me when I called back to ask. If he gets this easily upset and aggressive over this type of customer-relation situation, he probably needs to get laid or take anger management classes. Or both.‍ PS TL; DR: I found out why the reviews are the way they are. Also, the manager says he doesn't gaf about social media, particularly Yelp reviews. Maybe it's bc this location is not reliable in terms of good service and fresh ingredients plus needs a new manager with actual customer-service skills. I'm not sure what happens around here during the day, but I just ordered a gargantuan #8 and added a few extra veggies/mustards.. it is BOMB AF. The service was amazing, too! My mom's sandwich's bread was dry, but we are glad to have a good JJ in the area as we literally just moved here! Hopefully these other few reviews are just hiccups in their service! So happy to get back to our hotel and just relax after moving all day and even happier we could accomplish this via drive-thru. Thanks guys! :) read more

Food good, service terrible. First off, I normally love Jimmy Johns and I usually never do a review. This location just doesn't seem to care about their customers. Went by at 1:00 on a Sunday. They only do drive through so I roll up. I'm told they have a large catering order and to come back in 15 min. The freaky fast people can't take the time to do a side order during their posted open hours. I was the only car in the drive up. Last time I was here they were out of chicken for a wrap. The time before they were not open at the time they had posted. Always something with these guys... read more

By far the worst JJ around. It's by work so I've ordered delivery several times here. Multiple times it takes them 20+ minutes and once was over 45 minutes later. Worst service ever. I pulled threw drive- thru and order. Then the guy hands a bag out to me and I take then he tells me it may not be mine. I try and hand it back and he's says he can't take it and I have to unwrap the sandwich to see if it's right. It's not so he blames me for taking the bag from him with the wrong sandwich in it. The sandwiches are fine, but delivery is incredibly slow, if they show up at all. After waiting close to two hours with no food, I reached out for a refund, and the manager was ridiculously rude for no reason. Requested no bread because of allergy and the Turkey Tom's were just pathetic. Subway would have done a better job and we will go there next time. This is probably the best Jimmy John's in the country. The manager, I think his name is Ezekiel, is freaky fast and freaky awesome. He was talking with a customer who had some complaint about their sandwich and mustard, and offered to remake the sandwich for them. The other customer seemed very upset, but he was professional and friendly. My sandwiches are always fresh and fast, and the staff are very friendly! Can't recommend this place enough! read more

Two stars is an honest review of this location based on delivery and customer service. The sandwiches are fine and consistent with the quality of the other chain locations. However, today was the third and final time I ordered delivery only have to call and ask where it is. Each time I order to the same apartment and 50% of the time the driver has failed to show up at the right place within a reasonable amount of time. Instance 1, they left it at the apartment above this one. Instance 2 it was super late and now I wonder if they went back to the where it was originally delivered to fix the mistake. This final straw today, the driver insisted they delivered to the right place. After an hour and 2 phone calls the manager (?) offered to remake it or refund it. I went with refund. If I'm willing to pay $2 for delivery and $2 tip, maybe don't act like I'm stupid for wondering where my sandwich is... One more thing, someone just showed up with my order left at their apartment in a different building. Seriously. read more

I travel around the country at eat frequently at Jimmy Johns. This one has the worst service. My order was taken quickly. As is common at Jimmy johns the music is turned up extremely loud for the enjoyment by the employees. I went fill my cup with ice tea but it was empty. I had put my chips on the counter while I got my drink. It was announced my sandwich was ready. I turned and requested it be put in a bag. Been here multiples times and the food is never consistent. Today I have completely had it with this place. I placed an online order and got a call almost immediately that the delivery driver called in and they had to cancel my order. That's okay, I still drove to the store to reorder my food. Even though the guy had a tone of voice on the phone. I get there and the same guy greats me he asks if I'm there to pick up and online order or a small order. I say "small order" and he didn't hear me and loudly asks again "SMALL ORDER OR PICKUP" I say "small order and I talked with you on the phone earlier about a canceled order" he states "yup still me" giving me the attitude whole way through...I said "I'll just go elsewhere" thinking how I don't want spit from this unpleasant man in my food. It's not all entirely his fault, management needs to ensure he isn't there alone and support him. But a poor attitude is the tip of the iceberg on an already sinking ship. read more

This store has changed its hours to close at 7pm, but still accepts online orders after 7. BEWARE they will tell you that you placed it for the next day and that they could refund you but it will take multiple days to arrive back in your bank account. The manager refused to speak to me and continued to talk through the young drive through worker. Absolutely unacceptable. Fix your services or don't offer online ordering. This place is always on it - speed and accuracy are excellent. The workers are all, at the least, OK. One in particular is Josie, who is not only a complete doll, she is sweet and friendly as can be. We were excited about the opening of this new location. We've eaten there twice now and have been disappointed both times. Charging well over $1 for a plastic cup to fill with water is unacceptable, and the bread on our sandwiches was stale and hard with very little meat and cheese. I'm a huge Jimmy John's fan but this location is horrible!!! I had a very limited amount of time for lunch today so I thought Jimmy John's would be my quickest option...WRONG! I pulled into the drive through at 12:45pm and there were four other cars in front of me (the drive through line took up the whole parking lot causing dining room patrons not to be able to get out.) I thought it was odd that there was such a long line considering how fast they usually are. I sat in line for about 5 minutes before I was finally able to pull up and order. I ordered a Turkey Tom Unwich. I waited another 5 minutes to pull up to the window. The girl took my payment and I waited another 10 minutes before she handed me my sandwich...I made the joke and said "it's unlike you guys not be freaky fast." She looked at me with a glare and said "well it's lunch time and we just had a big order get placed." After I was finally able to drive off I was in line for a total of 20 minutes. When I got back to work to eat my Unwich, I unwrapped it to find hard yellow and white, wilted lettuce. If they didn't have good quality lettuce available why wouldn't they just tell me and I would have ordered it on normal bread??? I waited for 20 minutes and paid $7 for a disgusting sandwich that I was unable to eat...I will not be going back to this location! read more

Very clean restaurant. The subs here are pretty good. The bread is good. The sandwiches are very affordable too. I got three regular sandwiches for 15 dollars. While visiting Six Flags this weekend, we decided to leave for lunch. While my family chose McDonalds, I decided to get Jimmy John's which was located right next door. I have a strict diet regiment of high protein. I ordered a turkey sandwich, and paid for extra turkey. When making my sandwich, I noticed that they only put two folded pieces of turkey on the sandwich. I mentioned to them that I paid for extra turkey, and he stated that it was extra turkey. I asked him if it would be possible to add a little more, and he said he could only if I paid for more. I understand restaurant food costs and portion control, but the amount of turkey was not acceptable for the price I paid. At this point, I asked to just be refunded, as I was going to take my business elsewhere. They stated that company policy is that they don't do refunds, and they could only offer me store credit. Excuse me! Who doesn't do refunds? They told me that they would give me owner's number, but I just wanted either a sandwich with a decent amount of turkey, or my money back. After one employee told me how they make sandwiches (I know how to make a sandwich), I finally convinced them to add one extra piece of turkey on the sandwich, but not before the employee threw the turkey on the counter out of frustration. I could see and hear all of the other employees that were huddled in the back laughing at me by this time, which was very insulting. Once all was said and done, my sandwich, with three portions of turkey on it, still looked smaller and had less meat than the display picture of a turkey sandwich on the menu. Decent food. "Freaky fast delivery" is hit or miss -- sometimes it takes 5 minutes or less, other times 15 minutes. The food isn't very consistent regarding portion sizes. Sometimes the lettuce is overflowing the sandwich; other times I can't see anything on my sandwich but bread because there's barely anything there! Another issue is that they often mess up orders. I'm always a JJ fan but have recently become addicted to the lettuce wraps so I frequent this location often. The service is super slow, the store is messy & today I saw an employee do a "farmer blow" with his nose out the back door with his prep gloves on!!! (For those that don't know, it's when you hold one nostril & just blow out the other onto the ground). Then he wiped his nose on both arms & went right back in to work without stopping at the sink or for new gloves!! Soon after it opened, we go in, and are told they are out of bread... really?? So, against my better judgement my spouse tried to return and give them a second chance.... when she simply asked if cheese was extra on a roast beef slim. The employee's response: "well, we just don't give it away for free"... so she drove off, for the FINAL time.. but wait, there's more... after I send a complaint to corporate, they essentially pass the buck back down to the franchisee, who, after one week, has never even attempted to contact us.
