This was my first time at White Castle and I don't think I'll ever be back. Everything I tried was disgusting except the fries. Even the coke was bad. Chicken circles? Nasty and rubbery. Sliders? Sloppy and gray. Onion rings? Overdone and slippery inside. The service was fine. The woman at the counter was older and very helpful for us first-timers. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. This location was nice in terms of fast-food places. Go here if you already like White Castle! read more

Burgers were good. No napkins and no ketchup accessible for dine in customers. That was weird. Actually nothing was out for customers. Someone asked and they said it has been like that since Covid. Ummm, yeah, but all other restaurants have changed back so it was just weird. But hey, the burgers were cooked fresh so that's what counts. read more

Eureka White Castle must be the slowest in history. 25 minutes for 4 White Castles and a medium diet Coke. Hamburgers were good but Coke tasted like very little syrup was added. Been here 5 times and always the same. Saw only 2 people working. I'll pass on this store in the future. read more

I live in Fayetteville, Ar. and don't get up this way often. However; when I do I go to the nearest White Castle I can find, which is the one in Eureka. This is the first time I have ever got my burgers and the cheese was not even melted and the burger itself was cool. Was very disappointed with the food and will probably never go there again. I was raised in St. Clair, Mo. so I know that these burgers are not supposed to be like this. So sad. read more

Being from Arizona, we've never eaten at a white castle....this is our first time. Overall, I liked it, but the rest of the family didn't. I think I was the onions they put on each hamburger. The kids liked the chicken onion rings and the fries. I put cheese on some of the sliders, and that wasn't bad. The service was great and the place was clean. Our first experience wasn't great because I forgot to ask for no onions, so I think the family will not want to go back. read more

Nothing spectacular, but then again White Castle isn't exactly where you go for fine dining. The lobby was closed when we visited around 3pm yesterday, so drive through it was. We ordered one of the clutch boxes that has 20 burgers in it, with cheese. The staff were pleasant enough and the burgers seemed fresh. I can't speak for the interior as it was closed. All in all, not somewhere I would go out of my way to visit, but a positive experience in all. read more

One star down only because the bathroom was nasty upon entering and there was mud tracks all over the floor. Really hope they take better care of where they prepare the food. So my son has been waiting on this the whole trip. I am traveling for work and we had to stop for the classic burgers. I think the last time I had them is when I was 19 in New York, and my son had only tried the frozen ones. Great customer service. 50+flavor coke machine, clean bathrooms, food was great although it was just the little cheeseburgers, the onions were great and it hit the spot after having been on the road for 8+ hours. The only bad part is that it can be a little confusing to find from the highway signs, not too clear after the exit so we ended up having to turn around at the six flags parking lot, we must not have been the first to get turned around there-they were super nice about it. read more

We went four hours out of our way to come to this place. First time here for my party of 4. My husband used to stop in all time when he lived in Missouri. Soon as he heard I was going to Missouri, he desperately wanted a 30 pack box of the cheeseburger sliders. He swore that there was one in Rolla, MO but we couldn't find it on Google maps...so here we are! Back in our little hometown we can buy White Castle burgers and cheeseburgers in the grocery store, but he said this was better than the grocery store. Now here it is, late at night, getting dinner before our 10 hour drive back home. My rating is a combined rating from all 4 of us. The place was really clean and we were the only customers inside, so no wait time to order. We paid for our food, filled our drinks and waited for our order. The drinks are Coke products only. While waiting we looked at the pictures on the walls, noticed that they had outdoor seating as well. We also read about the history of White Castle. Even though we skipped lunch on the road...our eyes still must of been bigger than our stomachs because we all ordered way too much food. My son and I had 10 cheeseburger sliders each with fries and chicken rings. My brother and mother couldn't finish their order either. It was all good though to me they tasted like the ones from the store, but not to my husband! We did find out that sliders can really fill you up, I loved the chicken rings and my son ate all of his 10 sliders..he hates onions but loved these, he had no room for his rings or fries. We left stuffed with most of our food in bags. We ate some at the hotel the next morning then we shared the rest of it when we finally arrived back home. The last two times we've gone to this White Castle, they have not been that good. I don't think they're putting the buns on the burger as they are cooking anymore. The buns were just plain, not warm buns. Also asked for extra pickles, extra onions both times and got neither. WC is the favorite of my grandson and me but I'm starting to think they aren't using the old tried and true method of cooking the burgers. Drove from Dallas to St Louis and stopped at this location along the way. I grew up on White Castle and always crave it (they don't have it down in Texas). A lot of people think those small burgers of heaven are overrated but I couldn't be happier to eat several. Had my staple cheeseburger, a couple of chicken sandwiches and the jalapeno cheeseburger. All hot, all delicious. Service was pretty fast too. Will definitely stop by again whenever I repeat the roadtrip. read more

We are traveling from Texas and have always heard of White Castle burgers. This place.was dirty. Only 4 employees working and as the lunch rush moved in, it got worse. They then locked the doors and put a sign on the door that no one e else could come in due to lack of employees. I was not impressed with the burgers. This was the first White Castle we've had in years having lived in the south and west where they aren't available except in the super market freezer. It was fun to visit, the food was hot, fast and fresh, and it brought back a lot of memories. The place could have been cleaned better and the staff could have cared more about service than talking between themselves. We relived childhood memories of the food (cheap and unhealthy as it is) but won't be going out of our way to stop here the next trip. A must have when in St. Louis. This trip the food was good- as usual, but the service was a bit slow. Since we travel with kids- one uses a wheelchair-we do drive-thru, and eat in the parking lot, and take turns running into take care of "other" needs. As always, the mini burgers were tasty but the restaurant needs improvement in there sanitation practices. The dining area was filthy with customers trash on the tables, the floor was not swept and oiled fingerprints on the doors and windows. This White Castle says it's open 24 hours a day, every day. I've shown up several times and it's been closed. It's as average as any other White Castle. A lot of restaurants nearby have a problem of being closed when their hours say otherwise. Maybe it's just the area's laws. read more
