My husband loves Jimmy John's and is always happy with his sandwich. However, I have always struggled ordering something that I like from Jimmy John's, but as I was asking Cheyenne questions about the veggie sandwich and feeling like a whiner telling her all the things I didn't like she stuck with me asking questions about what I do like to eat and she was able to make some very helpful suggestions. Her quick thinking, patience, positive attitude and great ideas helped me come up with the very best custom sandwich that I have ever had from Jimmy John's. I was so happy with this sandwich that I will no longer be trying to talk my husband out of going to Jimmy John's when we pass by one! I've ordered delivery from this Jimmy John's multiple times and it's definitely not "freaky fast". Waiting for food for 45mins to an hour is insane. Recently, I had to cancel my food order after waiting 30 mins and it still hadn't left the building, because I was going to be late for an appt and the response I got was, "yeah, sorry about that". I'm a pretty regular customer here, not the greatest subs but decent for the price and fast. Today I actually walked out without ordering. Walked in the door and there was a young guy at the counter who didn't acknowledge me so I waited a couple of beats and said "How's it going?" His reply was "You know what you want?". Not "Hello" or "May I help you?". I simply said "yes", and waited a pause. He said "Tell me what you want and I'll make it." I was a bit incredulous and just told him, "yeah, actually, I'm good", and left. Walking out I asked his name and I think he said "Danny". DO NOT EAT HERE!!! They have bugs in the lettuce!!!! It was brought to their attention and they REFUSED to do anything about it. They even tried to tell me the bug must have somehow flew into the middle of a wrapped sandwich and that it couldn't have possibly have been from them. I generally really enjoy Jimmy John's, the JJ franchise is probably my favorite chain sandwich shop. However, for the past three visits to this particular JJs the service has been consistently poor. On the first two occasions, the employee making the sandwiches forgot to put the hot peppers I asked for in my sandwich. This last time my sandwich was missing cheese and lettuce, (but at least I got my hot peppers.) To my knowledge this happened with three different employees on three separate occasions. What confounds me is they have the receipt with the sandwich order as a reference in front of them, but still get it wrong! The consistently poor service in regards to the simple task of putting together a sandwich is disappointing at the least. If I were the owner, I would seriously consider additional training for my employees. If you decide to visit this particular JJs and order to go, be sure to check your sandwich before you leave. read more

This store just keeps getting worse. Placed an online order, after 2 hours with no food insight we called the store only to find out they had no delivery driver. Very disappointed with this location. I ordered two giants which took them over 30 minutes to make. At the time their was only myself and 1 other person. The other customers sandwich was finished and they were able to leave. A bunch of online orders came in and my order still wasn't finished. Another person walked into the store ordered their sandwich and they were finished before me. On top of that they messed up my order gave me 1 giant and 1 regular sandwich. I used to go to this Jimmy Johns twice a year. Every Nascar race we would all stop in and get sandwiches. I always got a #5 and they always gave me a veteran's discount. Always. That is until today. The girl that checked up out said "ummm...no. I don't thinks so". Ok, no big deal. We paid full price and went off to the track. We got through security at the track, made our way to the seats and relaxed. We got out our sandwiches and mine had mayonnaise on it. I never asked for mayo and I can't stand mayo. Was in the area and came to this Jimmy John's for lunch. There was one person working a register and at least 5 other people standing around doing nothing. There wasn't a long line, but at other Jimmy John's they will usually open the 2nd register so you don't have to wait. Not sure why that didn't happen here. I got my usual Slim 4 (Turkey, add cheese & bacon) with Thinny Chips & an iced tea. It was NOT freaky fast. Probably about the slowest I've seen. I wish the French bread was softer... it's so dense and my jaw gets tired when eating their sandwiches. During lunch we were distracted by a disabled vehicle outside that was blocking the parking lot and other drivers were having to maneuver around it, including us when we left. We just purchased several sandwiches at this Jimmy John's and they included lettuce and tomato's on 2 of the sandwiches which we specifically asked that there not be. Unfortunately we didn't discover this until we arrived home with our food. My wife brought back the two sandwiches and received significant attitude from the staff. Mistakes happen so we assumed that they would just apologize and make a couple new sandwiches. The manager actually threw one of the sandwiches across the counter to my wife. The ignorance that we received was far beyond what I have ever experienced. We eat at Jimmy John's a couple times a month and have never experienced this before. How many bad reviews do you need to get before you change your ways? Just when you decide to give it another try after previous bad experiences, they disappoint you again! Our Office was busy today and I didn't have time to leave so I ordered delivery ... my order was not freaky fast or freaky fresh. I followed the order tracker online, I watched my order go through the steps quite fast! Once it was on "Out for Delivery" I was excited because my office is literally across the parking lot, Not even a minute away. I waited and waited... finally 20 minutes later the girl shows up, comes in with my bag of food.. I asked if she had my drink .."Oh yeah its in the car" runs to get the drink ... comes back in, reaches over the counter to put my drink on my desk...then she takes the receipt and runs out...the bag and my drink has smears of what looked like red Hot Cheetos Dust all over it! Not the best experience. Air conditioning was broke and very hot inside. One of the lights over the sandwich making area fell out of the ceiling while we were there. Top it off with hard pieces if bone in my roast beef sandwich. Not eating Jimmy John's for a while. In a side note. We ordered subs today for lunch. They were very fast, food was here in less than 10 minutes. My husband loved his sub, he got the Italian. I ordered the turkey with added avocado and bacon. My bread was hard and crusty, like maybe it was exposed to air too long. Also there was barely any avocado on my sub, which is kind of ridiculous since I was charged $1 for it. Despite that the sub was pretty tasty. I also ordered a pickle, and it was fantastic! Both subs and the pickle came to almost $20, a little pricey, but when stuck at home with a sick kid it is nice to get something delivered that isn't pizza. Overall due to quickness, taste (I'm willing to believe the stale bun was a fluke), and that pickle we would definitely order again. read more

I always get great sandwiches at JJs, but I have eaten at this location 3 times and the bread is always stale.

I've gone here 5 times since they newly opened in this area, and this is over a large spread of time. Every time[and just today] I go their bread is ALWAYS stale/overcooked e.g. the bread is hard and crumbly. There are two other locations about 5-10 minutes away and guess what? Never have this problem when I go to those. But why should I want to drive out of my way when I could go to a JJ in the same town that I live in? Its sad and I give up. I'll just stick to the Subway I guess...and that's even sadder. read more
