Management here has been dicey for a few months now to be honest in Goodyear. When your food comes out cold and mushy and you complain the last thing you expect is a snicker from the " manager" on site. We're done with this location. I'll try the one closer to Tempe just to see if it's this store or all of them. But for my money to be spent on lunch, I'll take it elsewhere. Going out for lunch is pricier now and last thing I want is mediocre service and food. Zero stars for this place.

The sandwich was decent and the au jus I thought was a little weak. All in all, just okay for me but there were no issues otherwise.

We went to this location to redeem my daughter's birthday sub, and we noticed the rewards program…read morechanged a little bit because we were able to get the club initially on our previous redemptions, but I guess the terms changed and you can only pick the original subs only. We placed the order for the number for turkey time minus tomatoes, add onions and cheese so we had to pay $1.42 including tax for the additional add-ons. Overall, our sub was made fresh to order. It was not busy inside of the restaurant, and the staff was friendly.
