Ordered ahead online and went to pick up via drive-thru. Food was ready to go when I arrived and the associate guy was super friendly (didn't get his name). Very efficient service. The food itself was nice and filling. The bread was toasted just right and all my sandwich modifications were followed, except for it being cut in half. No biggie though, we have knives at home. We ordered a party box of sandwiches for our family on Mother's day. Upon dishing out the sandwiches, some of our family members thought that there was nothing in the sandwiches, but lettuce. After double checking, we noticed that all the sandwiches contained just two very thinly sliced pieces of meat hidden under the shredded lettuce. I've stopped in at this location a couple of times now. The last to visits left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered both times online for pickup. Maybe thats where the problem lies. I ordered the box of 30 mini sandwiches for a family gathering. The people taking the order were very friendly, and since I've ordered from them before I wasn't worried about my order. I placed an order today like I usually do. I never get ice in my drinks. And I always instruct them to not put ice in my drink, as you can see from the printed receipt. The delivery driver made me uncomfortable about signing the receipt when they offer leave at the door options. If you can leave it at the door, why is my signature required? My go to place when I am on my way home from work and am STARVING. Fast doesn't even begin to describe this place. I'm barely done punching my PIN number into the credit card machine and BOOM they hand me my sandwich. I love the sandwich selection and the 3 size option. The giant size cut into 3's can feed me for 3 meals. They will also substitute and add things into the sandwich no problem. I know it's just a sand which place but the service is super friendly, I don't think "no" is in their vocabulary. The inside is large and more than enough room to eat with your family. I love Jimmy Johns but my experience with management at this location was not so very welcoming. 1) The staff were friendly and accommodating. The gal at the register was nice enough to ask if I wanted onions. Since I was sharing with my son, I asked for one half without. The manager was training another employee and loudly said (as though I needed to hear her) that "these types of requests shouldn't be done" then proceeded to train. I asked if there was a problem, she said "no". This is unprofessional and uncalled for. 2) There are no utensils so I had to use my fingers to put peppers in my sandwich 3) It was after 1:30pm and we were the only guests in the dining area. Excellent customer service. Walked in expecting my usual experience and was surprised by how awesome the staff is here! I've attached pictures to show how clean and nice they had the restaurant. I took my sandwich back up to the counter to ask if they could cut it in half for me and the employee told me that she'd help me as soon as she finished the sandwich she was preparing. Always freaky fast. I order on the app and by the time I get to the drive through (I live close) the order is ready. The app is good because I can get all the requests put into an order before I leave the house. The order is always spot on. I don't think they've ever made a mistake on my sandwiches. Also, I work kinda close and we all put our own orders in separately. Then one or two of us will go for a drive to pick them up. The drive through always has them ready! Try the unwich! I'm trying to cut back on the bread but I love their bread so about every other order, I get it as an UNwich. Still really good stuff. My kids usually also ask me to order som day old bread while I'm there. It literally costs no more than some spare change. Lastly, try the favorites. More meat and cheese for not much more cost.
