These are some seriously delicious sandwiches. This was my first, and since we weren't familiar with the menu, we went classic with a French Dip and the #4 Turkey & Ham. Every sandwich comes with a crisp dill pickle spear, and you can upgrade to a combo with a drink, chips, salad, or mac & cheese. The French Dip was fantastic - Swiss cheese melting into tender beef, with the au jus making every dipped bite even better. The turkey and ham was equally great, piled with fresh toppings and a house spread with an orange hue that's packed with flavor. The bread deserves its own shoutout: warm, soft inside, lightly crisp outside, and tasting like it was baked minutes ago. And while I was expecting something more like a Panera Bread in terms of its layout and atmosphere, it was more like a Firehouse Subs or Jersey Mike's which was a bit disappointing. My go to sandwich is the French Dip but when I saw the calorie counts, I knew that I needed to pivot to something a bit lower in calories and went with the Smoked Brisket instead, opting to not have the tomatoes or coleslaw on it. They have a huge board behind the workers with their menu, but you really can't read the smaller print. I would have loved a hand held menu, so I could see details. I guess this is a new chain restaurant, but only one of them is in Las Vegas currently...it is not far from my house and I like a good sandwich, especially with Sourdough bread. Came in on a Monday and sat inside. hub ordered the French dip and I ordered the Rueben. Inside very clean and nice. Employees extremely friendly. Our food came out on a robot...thought it was funny... The sandwiches were amazingly good. I think it is the best Rueben I have eaten..it was perfect ratio of bread to meat and condiments. Hub loved his French dip...he got just the meat and bread and au jus ...he loved every bite. We all loved this spot. Some of the best sandwiches in town. I got the smoked brisket that was so good and perfectly balanced. In our group we also got the Italian, turkey and Italian flatbread. Everything was delicious and we'd come back again. The women were very nice working behind the counter but the order did take awhile to get. Very tasty. The soups were a little cold which wasn't surprising for takeaway but was disappointing. Our only major feedback is on the packaging. The side pickles were packed in a paper bag which oozed pickle juice all over everything and was really unpleasant. The cons: For the sandwich, I ordered house spread and Dijon on the side and got neither. So my tasty sandwich was a bit dry. The soup I ordered was supposed to be a delicious sounding fire roasted vegetable soup. I instead received chili. It was good chili, but not what I ordered. Fortunately, I'm not picky so I ate it... with my dry sandwich . I might add to another commenter's complaint about the pickle being put in a paper sack. Paper and liquid do not go well together. I see lots of good reviews. That was not my experience. I placed an order to go. The flatbread was okay, but it was just mushroom flatbread, so I would expect many more mushrooms.
