I'm a sucker for a good sandwich. Sourdough is my favorite bread, so trying this place was a no-brainer. I ordered a cold 6" turkey and provolone with tomatoes, onions, peppers, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Because I skipped the spread, I wish I'd asked for extra oil and vinegar. Otherwise, the sandwich was delicious, and I'll definitely be back!
I stopped into Sourdough & Co. for a quick sandwich and ended up really enjoying the visit. I ordered a turkey sandwich and the star of the show was definitely the warm sourdough bread, which was fantastic and made the whole sandwich taste even better. The ingredients were fresh and everything came together for a really satisfying meal. Service was mostly friendly, though the cashier seemed a little frustrated during the interaction which took away slightly from the experience. Still, the sandwich itself was excellent and this turned out to be a great stop when I needed a quick bite.

We ordered a sandwich, a flatbread, and a large salad, and the total came to around $50. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. The sandwich was good, but I was a bit disappointed that it only comes in one size. The flatbread pizza was also tasty--cooked well and had good flavor. The Italian salad, however, was whatever. Some of the lettuce was brown, which was an immediate turn-off, and there wasn't enough dressing for the amount of greens in the large portion.
I love Sourdough and I adore a good Sourdough sandwich, with fresh warm sourdough bread. There is nothing better. So when my husband stumbled upon this little gem and ordered it for delivery, I was excited and had high expectations. Thank goodness this placed lived up to them. I ordered a ham and turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and the house dressing, with salt & vinegar chips and it was oh so good. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The quality of the meat was good, and the sandwich tasted divine. The produce was fresh and the sandwich was perfectly balanced with its meat to produce to bread ratio. I can't speak to the service or the ambiance because we placed our order for delivery. But I can say that I would happily order from here again.
My wife had this for lunch and she found that the sourdough was very fresh with a nice crisp and crunch. Overall, it makes for a light meal that is not too heavy, especially given all of the food in Las Vegas. Service was a little bit on the slow side however, the employees were very nice. If you're looking for a sandwich, this is probably your place if you're in this food court.

I also appreciate that their menu lists the calorie count for most items. I do wish there was more chicken on the sandwich, however, especially at this price point. I ordered the Italian with everything and my girlfriend ordered the cracked black pepper turkey. First off the sourdough was good (I prefer mine a bit more tangy) .. good crust on the outside and a nice chew to the bread. The combination of ingredients and dressings/spreads on the sandwich worked nice but it made for a messy meal. The meat and cheese kept sliding out of the bread with each bite. The girl at the counter was friendly and helpful and the robot waiter dropped off the food at the table.
They have tons of options...sandwiches, salads, soups and flatbreads and you custom build your sandwiches. I got the mushroom flatbread and added chicken...so yummy! I also changed the white sauce to red...they said the white sauce is actually ranch, so it's not a traditional white sauce. My husband built a sandwich and said it was delicious. We both got the chicken poblano soup and it was served with a piece of sourdough. We both loved the soup...so creamy and flavorful. They have a huge board behind the workers with their menu, but you really can't read the smaller print. I would have loved a hand held menu, so I could see details. The vibe leaves a lot to be desired, but it's just a sandwich shop, so I didn't count off for that. It could be a quaint sandwich shop, if they fixed some things...we walked in and it felt like they didn't get fully opened. It was hot inside and we told someone and they said it gets like that and didn't make any adjustments (and it was cool outside). The lighting over the tables was odd...the back tables are kind of in the dark. No music and the workers didn't say anything to us when we walked in. Since it's a small place, that was a little awkward. It was just quiet with the 4 of them working behind the counter and they seemed stressed. They only had 1 call in order and 1 guy eating, so not sure what was going on. They have 2 high tops outside, so we sat out there.
I guess this is a new chain restaurant, but only one of them is in Las Vegas currently...it is not far from my house and I like a good sandwich, especially with Sourdough bread. Came in on a Monday and sat inside. hub ordered the French dip and I ordered the Rueben. Inside very clean and nice. Employees extremely friendly. Our food came out on a robot...thought it was funny... The sandwiches were amazingly good. I think it is the best Rueben I have eaten..it was perfect ratio of bread to meat and condiments. Hub loved his French dip...he got just the meat and bread and au jus ...he loved every bite. These sandwiches are not cheap...but they are made with top quality ingredients...so I certainly do not mind paying a little more for the quality. We will be back!!!
Overall the sandwiches were good. The Cholula chicken had some good spice to it and having them toasted was nice. It did take 20 minutes to get our food!!!! I did overhear they had a big online order come in, but that shouldn't stop them from taking care of customers who came in. Another table was complaining about the long wait time. The total was $55 for three sandwiches, chips and a drink. Now how much was it to add on chips and a drink? Well one sign was $3.25, another was $3.95, actual charge was $3.45. So I guess it is random. Our 6 inch ones were $13.99, the 4 inch was $9.99 plus we added avocado $1.25 and bacon $1.25.
Went in to get a sandwich and well they delivered! I got the pastrami Reuben and my wife got the Italian! Pastrami came out hot which was nice, and Italian was cold! Also ordered a side of Mac and cheese and it was okay, sandwich was definitely the star! Both sandwiches were delicious and very tasty! The cashier took our order and she made the sandwich spectacularly in maybe 5 minutes. The place is intimate and enjoyable! Overall, definitely coming back to try another sandwich.
An update: The sandwich shop is still amazing, making delicious sandwiches and the service is fantastic too. The consistency of delicious sandwiches and the amazing service is still going strong!!! Now , they have a robot waiter who brings food to your table, it is the coolest thing ever and everyone loves it!!! A new sandwich shop coming from San Francisco area called Sourdough & Co has opened a first location in Las Vegas , and it has exceeded all our expectations. WOW!!! Just wow !!! Seriously delicious! We are super picky when it comes to sandwich shops, but Sourdough knows how to make truly mouth watering subs. Each sandwich is hand crafted with care and the sourdough is magnificent! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere. It's a clean shop and nicely decorated with pleasant cozy colors. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping us choose the perfect sandwich to suit our taste. We have met the owner and he is very friendly and passionate about his shop and also very enthusiastic about opening another 19 stores in the future in Las Vegas . The sourdough bread is simply outstanding-crusty on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. We have ordered a few different sandwiches and a flatbread pizza and they were all packed with fresh ingredients, and all perfectly balanced. The portion sizes were generous, and the sandwiches were crafted with care. The quality of the food is top-notch, and you can tell they take pride in using fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. They have an amazing selection of delicious sandwiches, soups, salads, flatbreads , etc. The sourdough is moist, the meat is generous, and the sauce is just the right amount. They also sell their bread by itself. If you want to stop by and get some fresh sourdough bread . Overall: Hands down the best sandwich shop around. It's a MUST TRY!!!
We all loved this spot. Some of the best sandwiches in town. I got the smoked brisket that was so good and perfectly balanced. In our group we also got the Italian, turkey and Italian flatbread. Everything was delicious and we'd come back again. The women were very nice working behind the counter but the order did take awhile to get. We did seem to come at a busy time but we waited around 20 minutes. They have an order online ahead of time system which we will be using. Great spot! Highly recommended!

Very good sandwiches and also they are very filling, and the ingredients tasted higher end. My first impression was great. Everything tasted like quality stuff. The counter had about four employees all working diligently to get sandwiches out as fast as they could. Prices are a little on the higher side compared to other sandwich shops but like I said, the quality is superior. I hope they open more locations and that one pops up somewhere closer to my house. read more

food was pretty good for the price. definitely has a deli style to the flavour. i don't know how else to explain that but the food was really fast and they managed to fit a lot of ingredients on a kid sandwich. the cheese on the flatbread is pretty thickly placed so i will go for lightly if i decide on that again. read more

Food was good, a little pricey but the staff were great! Ordered a Turkey with cranberry sandwich and thought we got the wrong thing because there was very little cranberry. The staff addressed it very quickly and were very nice about it. I ordered a wrap but they did not warm the tortilla so it broke very easily. Not a huge deal, I still killed it, lol. I'd visit again if in the area. read more

We found this new little gem while out running errands. The employees are super friendly. It was our first time here. We ordered what they recommended. We got a Italian sandwich and garlic pesto sandwich with turkey. Also a pickle spear on the side. The sourdough bread is amazing and the meats are delicious. They have 3 sizes to choose from for the sandwiches and also serve soups. If you are looking for a sandwich spot this is the place! read more

Nice clean little sandwich shop- Easy to miss as it sits as part of a small section of a large strip mall over by Starbucks. Very friendly staff! Food was good! We had the pastrami sandwich and they put all kinds of stuff on it that really takes away from the true pastrami sandwich experience... which is really all about the meat! Which by the way had a texture that was likened to that of very processed meats. And sadly they skimped on the meat BIG TIME! (See my photo) Not worth $13.99!! We probably won't be back as it was a stop on the way out of Vegas, not all that impressive. I suppose I'd recommend trying it...Local or not. read more

I ordered the turkey and salami with Swiss on sourdough. I ordered online for pickup. Upon entering, the store was clean and the staff was friendly. My order was ready earlier than expected. I took a bite of the sandwich as a whole. It was delicious. Then I deconstructed so that I could experience every item by itself. The bread was pillowy and the veggies were all fresh, including the jakapwnis which I appreciate more than the pickled ones. The Swiss was of high quality with that creamy yet nutty flavor. The salami was very flavorful. And the turkey was paper thin, just the way I like it. I would always prefer to pay for fresh, high quality ingredients. You truly get what you pay for when it comes to sandwiches. read more

Great spot for tasty sandwiches. I got the French dip with mac n cheese. It was very good. Meat was yummy with mozzarella on tasty bread. Au jus was delicious. They give a big cup. I let the bread soak for a while and barely used half of the jus. Mac is also a big portion. It was good but a little watery. Service was good and place has a chill vibe. read more

Ordered on the website for pickup. Very convenient. We got a BLT on sourdough with house spread, Cholula chicken sandwich, cup of clam chowder and cup of chili. The sandwiches were excellent - so good I forgot to take a pic until halfway through. Wasn't sure what the house spread was but decided to try it and it's sort of like a creamy thousand island. Very tasty. The soups were a little cold which wasn't surprising for takeaway but was disappointing. Our only major feedback is on the packaging. The side pickles were packed in a paper bag which oozed pickle juice all over everything and was really unpleasant. Also the sandwiches were taped in paper then wrapped again in paper and tape, which was just a lot of excess to get through. read more

I hovered between a 3 and 4 because the food really is tasty, but I can't get around how bad a 2 item order got messed up! I ordered online at 10:00am for an 11:30 pickup. The pros: The food was really good. I ordered a cracked pepper turkey sandwich and a cup of soup. The bread was tasty and the ingredients were fresh. The order was ready when I got there. The cons: For the sandwich, I ordered house spread and Dijon on the side and got neither. So my tasty sandwich was a bit dry. The soup I ordered was supposed to be a delicious sounding fire roasted vegetable soup. I instead received chili. It was good chili, but not what I ordered. Fortunately, I'm not picky so I ate it... with my dry sandwich . I might add to another commenter's complaint about the pickle being put in a paper sack. Paper and liquid do not go well together. The pickle juice just soaks through the bag. All in all, I'll go back, but I'll make sure to pay attention to what I'm getting since the people packing the food don't seem to. read more

Got a turkey and pastrami sandwhich. My wife got a pastrami sandwhich. Assembly of sandwhich was terrible. My sandwhich had so much mayo and mustard and it was dripping wet. Awful taste and below average quality. The bread itself was chewy and seemed undercooked. My wife's sandwhich and mine both barely had 2 slices of meat in it. Not a place for sandwhiches. I see lots of good reviews. That was not my experience. I placed an order to go. The flatbread was okay, but it was just mushroom flatbread, so I would expect many more mushrooms. There were about 10 pieces on the entire bread. (See picture.) I also ordered a turkey sandwich. I asked for no onion, but I got onion. I also got a large piece of turkey meat rind or something, which made up a good portion of the meat in one half of the sandwich. (See picture.) I won't be back. read more
