I order delivery from this location often, as it's the only one that delivers to our address. On average, they make my sandwich wrong 8/10 times. For example, I asked for avocado and mayo to be removed from the sandwich, and they removed everything else too. I had cheese and lettuce, with the onions and sauce I had added. This is the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. I had to wait 10 minutes for a normal untoasted sub - just a standard Turkey Tom with no changes. It was also not very clean and VERY loud inside despite only 3 customers being inside. On top of all of that, the payment system defaults to 15% as a minimum tip and you had to select "other" to do anything less...which for this service, wasn't feeling particularly generous. Placed online order pick up 15 minutes later (not 1 person inside) the lady says I have to make your sandwich. So wtf have you been doing with no customers last 15 minutes. New Jimmy Johns slogan: we are freaky slow, lazy, and incompetent. Wait an additional 10 minutes and of course, they messed up my order. No Mayo/mustard packets, no cookie, no onions on sub. Finally the saddest excuse of a sub. 1 piece of turkey on the entire sandwich and it literally was worse than a Subway sandwich. Message to the Manager: You need to fire every single employee. 4 employees working today, they weren't doing anything, can't read an order or make an order right, and take forever. I love writing reviews. I spend money freely. I like to eat out and I respect the sweat and toil that goes into a business, not to mention the investment that provides income for the owners. So I'm reluctant to be too critical. Today I feel an obligation. I got the trifecta This Jimmy John's screwed up my order (not the first time), made m wait while others came and went and served stale bread (not a little stale). I used the app in the parking lot because I was on a phone call. You cannot make America any greater! order anything you want on a phone while you talk. I wait for the notification. I talk more, I wait more. I hang up. I go inside and ask. Four sandwiches are sitting there, I ordered five. The woman says she's making my order. Other employees pick up my sandwiches, look around, set them down. Two walk ins come and go. I ask again and then point out that people are coming and going while I wait. And I wait more. .... My order is ready. I say thank you. A curious thing that has developed, I used to say your welcome. Making food for me has become something I should be greatful for allowing them to do for me. Anywho, now the fast food has made me late. Thoughtful me brings in dinner and they're made at me. I have one less sandwich than I ordered and I have one more sandwich with stale bread that I didn't order. This location is far less than good. I'm out. I love Jimmy John's. Fresh ingredients, usually the food is good. Well run Jimmy John's have 2 very experienced employee and sometimes the owner. I've been enjoying Jimmy John's liberally for 25 years and will continue to do so. But this location should be put out of its misery. Additionally, I have no incentive to give them an opportunity to make it tight. My time has more value than that. I did once. I was made to feel like I was trying to get something for nothing. The idea that I had spent my money there and was disappointed or that they had an issue that needed attention was never considered. An apology? That's funny. And no opportunity is provided for feedback. No text, no email. What a shame. They have a great idea and they've reduced the overhead to bare bones. I dial it in, I pick it up. Visited this place a few days ago. Just mainly came here for a BLT sub sandwich . The staff was friendly and courteous. It did take a bit of time to get my sandwich even though nobody else was in line or waiting with 5 people in the kitchen! It's a quiet location, very clean as well. read more

I've been going at night several times and notice that they close earlier than the open hrs say when there's no customers.

Really good just kind of slow in the drive-through. Also make sure you ask for everything you need because I didn't receive any napkins in my bag which really could have been nice when I spilled something. I also asked for some water but they totally disregarded it. read more

This Jimmy Johns is right off 294 so makes it a convenient stop for going on road trips or just coming home from work. The staff is made up of high school - college aged kids but they are always friendly and professional. The owner of this place trained the workers well. True to Jimmy Johns they are very fast and they have no problem making changes to orders. I would be back here for sure. read more

My favorite JJ's. This place has the nicest staff. They always welcome their customers as if they are returning home. Their ability to serve well prepared sandwiches in a timely fashion is amazing.
