Nice people, store , relatively clean. Not great but I've seen much worse. Friendly, they are. I ordered the Turkey sandwich- now here is where it got confusing for me. BEFORE you order the protein, white or wheat, that's it. The sandwich was topped with their signature items, heated and served. Now I needed to tell them what I want on it. And then I asked. "Is it even toasted anymore ". They understand me, and said "we are trained often on the changes". Well, how about as a long time Loyal Customer to the Brand we say "no thank you ! We liked the original it worked let's her that Back here please"! It was a pretty good sandwich what they made. I applaud them for working in a hostile environment, which translated "no one wants to work in a place that changes its signature items constantly!" Not in this world and not in the next .
