They forgot my cheese and they also put tomatoes on my sandwich. I'm allergic to tomatoes. I almost died. Thanks jimmy johns.

Had a $12 sub. It was all bread. Very little meat and very bland. Jimmy Johns used to be decent, now it's just a rip off.

Out of bread before closing. Wrong ingredients on subs. This location is horrible and has been horrible for a while. Do not recommend.

Customer service was slow and rude, starting with the individual taking the order. Definitely was not an inviting place.

Every employee we spoke with was genuinely friendly and seemed happy to be there and happy to help. We thought we needed to stand around inside to wait on our food and then take it outside to the street side tables but we were quickly encouraged to go set outside because " we know you guys are out there and we will bring you your food". We did and within less than 10 minutes we were served our fresh side salads. The wait staff was attentive and genuinely interested that we had everything we needed. Our pizza came out in just about the right time. Crust is just like we like it and the ingredients were super fresh. Again, we were checked on several times, but never felt hurried or rushed. The W experience was a pleasant surprise; the food was excellent but the staff was simply stellar. Kudos! We will be back and we will definitely brag on this place to others.

Glenn's is a great place to buy meat, catering dishes and especially dog treats!…read more We stopped on a whim, attracted by the giant chicken sculpture and entered to find a large butcher shop with tons of choice. Ready to BBQ? Choose from the long butcher counter or a tremendous variety of brats and seasoned chicken breasts. Got company? There are whole cases full of catering, ready to heat and eat. Tenderloin tips, main dishes, appetizers, sides and more, all at good prices. Hate cooking? Pick up containers of frozen homemade soup (10+ kinds), something from the deli or grab a hot lunch on weekdays. Have a dog? If you raw feed you need to hit this place up because they have it ALL at great prices. Plus every kind of freeze dried organ as treats and giant smoked bones for like $2-3. Something for everyone, plus really good prices.

In the middle of a pandemic, Glenn's chooses to promote misinformation about COVID-19 and expose their workers and customers to the virus. Not a single worker I saw inside was masked, and a sign hanging on the store's entrance flaunted the statewide mask mandate. I also politely asked the cashier to wear a mask when ringing up my purchase. I didn't think that this request was too much to ask during a pandemic, especially in a state that has been hard-hit with the virus. Rather than do this small thing to make me feel valued as a customer, the cashier jeered at me and dismissed my (very rational) request. I generally don't like to leave bad reviews, but - if given the choice between a bad review versus spreading a virus that has killed countless thousands - I will gladly leave this review in the hopes that others will see it and not give Glenn's your business. There are plenty of other local meat markets to support during these trying times, and I hope that readers of this review will do so.

What a gem in Mauston!…read more We're here for a baseball tournament, and I stopped in to grab a couple of sandwiches to throw in the cooler. I had the chicken salad, and it was absolutely delicious--unique, with a few surprise ingredients and a sweet chili drizzle that completely made it. I'll definitely be stealing that idea for my own chicken salad. I also ordered the smoked turkey cranberry hoagie for later. When I asked if it would be possible to have the bread on the side so it wouldn't get soggy, the team at the counter went above and beyond, individually wrapping all of the ingredients so I could put together a fresh sandwich for dinner. Such thoughtful customer service. I couldn't leave without trying the toffee pretzel cookie, and wow... it was to die for. I shared it with a few of the other team parents, and the first question was whether you sell them by the dozen! This will absolutely be a repeat stop every year for this tournament, and probably several times throughout our stay in Mauston. Great food, incredible customer service, a fresh produce stand in the back, and the cutest little shop filled with unique finds. Highly recommend!

We split a club sandwich which was more than big enough. All ingredients were fresh. I loved the fresh bacon. Yum! I had a fun time perusing the items around the store for purchase. So many local options. As we still had a few hours to go on our journey, I skipped the cheese (although it looked amazing) and chose some 'travel' beef sticks. So good. Lots of tables for seating. I was disappointed that they wouldn't fill my water bottle with tap water but I enjoyed the bottled lemonade as a replacement. Good experience.

This place featured a decent amount of snacks and munchies since we were looking to have a a little party back in our hotel. The price is here are below average and you're not paying the Tourist price. I do think that this establishment is a little bit outdated but it serves as purpose. Great hours, staff here was very friendly. Please keep in mind at the late Geneva area does have weird laws when it comes to liquor so please read up on it before stopping here because I promise you that you're cashier is not trying to screw you over. This more so applies to people that do not live in the area

It's easily the best selection of liquor for miles, including some pretty pricey stuff. On my last visit, I salivated over a few bottles of scotch with three-digit price tags. It would be wasted on me, though. Better to let someone with a more-refined sense of taste buy it. Anyway, in addition to a wide variety of wine, beer, and spirits, there's a decent grocery selection, too. It won't rival Sentry, but given a choice between a huge grocery store with a decent liquor section and a great liquor store with a decent grocery section, I'll choose the second one eight days a week.

They're only open for breakfast and lunch. Basic looking place but has more room than expected to be honest. It's got a back area with a bar and slots. The bad thing is this place isn't open later because there would be fun times. Has breakfast and lunch menus. It's about $12 to get a sandwich and a side. A lot of the menu is meaty. We each got the Veggie Sub. Comes with avocados, black olives, carrots, cucumbers, lettuce, Muenster which I left off, onions, tomatoes, and a vinaigrette, along with choice of a side, which I got with chips. This was pretty good even though the lettuce seemed old. Other menu items include chicken salad and typical deli classics. There's also breakfast with eggs and other stuff. For sure could get something from here again. It's best to go at lunch. They're closed Wednesdays.

We ordered, "Rachel Sandwich," - Turkey with 1000 Island, Sauerkraut and Swiss Cheese on Grilled Marble Rye Bread. The sandwich was crispy textured with perfect balance of fresh ingredients inside the sandwich. We also ordered, "Signature Baked Pickle Soup," - A creamy Dill Pickle Soup topped with homemade Croutons and Swiss Cheese, then baked to perfection. Both dishes were made from scratch and it showed. Fresh ingredients were flavorful and delicious. We had a chance to meet the owners. Both female owners who are friends decided to start this Deli in 2021. With ups and downs they've been able to change the business strategy few times and have persevered. On your way to Stockton or Galena, be sure to stop by to enjoy friendly service, cuisine made from scratch and a retro atmosphere. They offer good seating, tables by front entrance, as well as, additional tables in the next room. If you're looking to play Slots, they offer a good size room with bar area. Overall, we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
