Clean fast and friendly. I actually liked that the "toppings" are set. You still have options though. This location is nearby so this is where we go. The drink station is weird, with lids on the side of the machine. Small selection of Coke products, maybe a freestyle machine would help this minor issue. read more

Dinner today was from Jimmy Johns had the Italian Night Club and it was very good. I like that they make their own bread, they give you a good amount cold cuts, the vinaigrette is good. After giving the lady on the phone my order, she puts me on hold and comes back after another five minutes just to inform me you have to order $25 worth of food for delivery services. I had did my online order couple hours night before last for delivery. Ordered for me and my friend. I was surprised how fast the delivery was. And nothing was messed up. I obviously tipped the driver he was shocked to get a tip. I take it people don't tip the drivers here. My driver was super nice and polite. There was plenty of napkins and my drink wasn't overly filled with ice which I liked. Just if you ask for packets of mayo or whatever make sure just put in delivery instructions bring extra packets. I added ordered the Italian night club with extra mayo on frenchbbread with no onions. The pickle was good too. I'm sure I'll order from here again. Tip they put the delivery charge in the sandwiches. If you look at the pick up and delivery menus. The delivery the items are a little more but not by much. It's better than subway. read more

This location is def. rocking it. I love how I pulled up when a song started on the radio and got back into my car before the song ended. The staff there is so friendly and have smiles on all their faces when you walk in. The food is never disappointing my favorite is the #4 with cheese added. read more

What I love most about Jimmy Johns is how fast they prepare these yummy sandwiches! The bread is so good and the meat is fresh. Ever since I tasted their sandwich a couple of months ago before a movie, I realized this was going to be my go-to place before I enter the theater. I order six sandwiches to take inside with me and it's better than any movie food. I don't feel full or lethargic afterwards and I'm satisfied throughout the entire show. Keep up the good work JJ's. Jimmy John's is my favorite chain sandwich shop and this is the best location in town. The Italian Night Club sandwich (#9) would make my list of all-time favorites. In my opinion, the only better sandwich in town is Florio's Italian Sub. read more

Ah Yelp you never steer me wrong. I was in search for the perfect sandwich shop and I think I found it. I got the Beach club, added bacon and onion. It was delicious! I ordered online which made for a quick pick up before heading into work. I will definitely be coming back and trying more of these sandwiches :) read more

We are regulars we eat here at least once a week and for sure when we go to the movies its the perfect date night...now the #12 is my favorite the bread is soft with a nice layer of crisp and love love the avocado spread and sprouts right now they are not serving sprouts due to ecoli hopefully they will come back when thats cleared its reasonably priced, super fast, very clean and the food is delish!! they also have a punch card so get yours!! read more

First of all i love jimmy johns and have eaten at them all over the country. With that being said this location is doing something extremely wrong. The last 2 times i ordered from here (about a month apart) i have gotten terrible food poisoning. Starts with intense stomach cramps then stuck on the toilet for the next 4 hours. So disappointed with the service here. They got it wrong. My online order was a simple as they come. Turkey sandwich and a BLT. I paid I tipped received the bag from them. After they left we sat opened the order one sandwich was wrong. I called immediately and manager came to the phone. He starts with yea. I said I'm sure they told you my order was wrong. So he asked me if I wanted redelivery. He said he wanted sandwich that was incorrect back. I said I don't think so. He would just throw it away legally he has to throw it away. Excuse me if your inconvenienced mistake shouldn't be a intensified with making us wait yet longer. He never apologized. He would have kept a customer by offering the sandwich. After I asked for his name he replied said the first name was all he had to give me. And that he could give me corporate number. Very unprofessional. Never tried to make it right. Ordered online a Slim 1 and 3 other sandwiches. As my daughter was ready to eat her sandwich, she noticed there was NO meat AND cheese in her Slim 1. Basically, it was just bread. Take my grandsons to movie at noon and have lunch at J J after. Its our Saturdays. Like the sandwiches better then all the other chain sub shops I've tried and most of the local shops. Love jimmy johns hate this location my orders are wrong half of the time and I usually just let it slide until this last time my husband called and spoke with an employee they told him to keep the receipt and told him they would take his or my name down and that one of us could call back and they would replace the sandwiches well I called back on my next day off and spoke with the manager and owner and the owner then refused to replace the food I ordered that I had to throw in the trash due to a food allergy he then decided to give me attitude regarding the fact that I waited a week sorry but I have a job and you're never open on my off hours but I'll be sure to never give you my business again you should work on enforcing the "policy" or at least making sure all your employees know what the hell they are talking about read more
