This is my first visit of a Jimmy John's via the drive-thru. My son got his normal Gargantua and I slowly looked at the outside menu and chose Bootlegger Club. The Bootlegger Club consist of French roll bread, roast beef, turkey, lettuce, tomato, and extra mayonnaise. I also got water and JJs BBQ chips. This sandwich was great, first time I had a sandwich without cheese, you could taste the combination as one. The chips were great and not over powering spices. Customer service was great especially with patience and us not giving them the correct amount of money I had another good experience eating a sandwich in my first time visit in the state of North Dakota. read more

Far from fast. And you're lucky if they get your order done correctly... been ordering Jimmy Johns for years and this one is by, far, the worst. Drive through, expect 15minutes wait for one sandwich some days.. delivery, super small area available and 9/10 times-not made as ordered (always fun when you add extras that ARENT freebies). They also don't really talk when you pick up the sandwich and and question when you ask for the swiped receipt (another thing notorious in this town-adding a tip after your card is run with you didn't add one). Every time I've been handed a sandwich and they hold out their hand just waiting for the amount-again, lucky if someone actually tells you your amount you're being charged. read more

A few weeks ago I received poor service over the phone, so I hung up, and ordered online. I figured someone was just having a bad day. Today I ordered online, and after a half an hour I called in to cancel my order; as I had prior plans. I was told that it's out for delivery now, even though my order online did not show that. I ended up canceling my order regardless. Update: I ordered jimmy johns again, I don't know why.... anyways I waited a half an hour only to receive the wrong sandwich, I had to wait another twenty minutes for them to bring me the right one. When the driver showed up I received my sandwich, and was asked to GIVE THEM BACK THE OTHER SANDWICH......so I had to dig it out of the trash, and hand him the wrong sandwich that was almost an hour old. My correct sandwich was gross and soggy, tomatoes were old, and it tasted sour. I will not be ordering from either jimmy johns again. It's a shame I can't give zero stars. I don't know what it going on over there but you guys need to get your shop together, I use to never have any problems. read more

Updated review on 01/10/2020 I ordered this same sandwich this morning and ONCE AGAIN there is no avocado and with the cold I tipped again 20%. Is this some sick trend after it being about a year? Just disappointed, if you guys are out of avocado call me and charge me without it. That's why my cell is listed. I haven't had any deliver issues so far with Jimmy John's until now. I ordered the veggie sub unwich style. The veggie comes with avocado in general. I added extra this time which is an extra .99¢. I know to some people that's nothing but I also added a standard 20% tip for delivery due to the cold ND weather. So for my $15.00 spent on chips and a sandwich that was missing my main ingredient I am disappointed and am not sure if I will continue service at the North Jimmy John's as I recently had a drive through issue with a nasty women helping me. 1 star from me g read more

Definitely not freaky fast. After 2 hours of waiting for a delivery for 1 sandwich, I called the store to cancel the order. They said the driver was "on the way" and still didnt have the courtesy to deliver the sandwich anyway for free. So much for customer service. Do NOT reccomend. read more

Maybe it's just a mind-trick, but I felt that when I ordered through the drive-through that the bread for my sandwich was not fresh... and the bread and ingredients are the main reasons I prefer Jimmy Johns to places like Subway. Yes! This stuff is delicious and super freaking fast! They're just super cheap on their avocado spread. The staff is super nice and super fun so it's nice stopping in and ordering. This place is WAY better that subway because it's clearly fresher and the bread is of WAAAAY better quality than subway. Jimmy johns all the way! read more

They make an average sandwich. I don't really find their quality to be any better than subway. Unfortunately the only thing to compare them with IS subway; and in comparison: the sandwiches are smaller, the prices are higher and the selection of breads, meats and vegetables is more limited. They aren't bad, and they do deliver which makes them an ok option if you live nearby to use that service, but I wouldnt go out of my way to find the place either. read more

Ordered an un-which and the lettuce was shredded and turning brown and skimped on the toppings and I ordered the guacamole sub and there was no guacamole on the sandwich.the employees there were rude and acted as if I was annoying them and/or wasting their time. I'm not sure how it happened, but stopping at Jimmy John's for lunch before taking my daughter to preschool has become a Friday ritual. Sometimes we drive thru; sometimes we eat inside. It all depends on how tardy I'm feeling that day. ;) The staff are very friendly and efficient. The sandwiches are delicious. The only reason they don't get five stars from me is becomes sometimes, in North Dakota, you want a warm sandwich. The fact that the franchise doesn't serve them really isn't their fault. FREAKY SLOW!!! Unbelievably slow Jimmy John's, no matter if you are the only person in the drive thru and if it's slow inside. It took 20 minutes in the drive thru to get two sandwiches with nobody in front of us. This is our fourth time being here and same experience every time. I was gonna go to subway and decided to give JJ a shot. Man was I disappointed. I ordered a "Big John" and there was nothing big about it! Flattest sub I have ever had. Freaky quick delivery!not sure if it has to due more to the fact that I only live about 5 minutes away via driving LOL.Anyways,I really enjoyed their "Turkey Tom" sand which.Whenever I order from them,I team it up with a pack of jalepeno chips along with a pickle.Speaking of pickles,they have the most juiciest,thick ones.I also enjoy their avacado spread,although they can be quite skimpy on portions at times.Jimmy Johns is pretty tasty but their food is pretty basic.I'd love if they added additional add ons.All in all,I'll give them 3 stars.Major points for there speedy delivery times. read more

The other day was my first time I've been to a Jimmy John's in about 6 years, since my first experience at a Green Bay, WI location was not up to par. But as soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly service, people who enjoy their job, oddly fast and efficient in which I'm not accustomed to being a sub shop.
